Ask for crispy chips... it's worth the extra wait. Always recognition and a cheery welcome. The fish is sea fresh and everything is as it should be.

Coast to Coast often cater functions for my husband's work, and he asked me if I could book them for his 40th birthday party too. Such a great idea. Simon and his team were really helpful and friendly. They turned up in good time for the party and were super organised. All of our guests really enjoyed the food as there was a good choice of menu options. Thanks so much, guys! :o)

Siimon and his team were excellent and we couldn't have asked for more. He responded promptly to all enquiries beforehand and turned up at the venue in plenty of time. He was flexible and helpful and the food was delicious and he also provided gluten free and vegetarian options. We had so many compliments about the freshness and taste of the food and there were a lot of empty boxes at the end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Thank you so much to Simon and his team for catering our party in Hampshire. The whole booking was seamless from start to finish and we could;t have asked for more. Our guests thought the food was fabulous and they were thrilled with their pots of curry sauce and much peas! thank so much again, we will definitely keep Coast2Coast in mine for any functions we have in the future

Enjoyed an impromptu dining out experience here recently, when our planned Chichester restaurant had kitchen issues. Called for a quick spot of grub before the theatre and the staff made us very welcome, moving chairs/tables outside so we could enjoy the cooler (than the inside) evening weather. The food was all cooked fresh to order and the chips were top notch. Prices very reasonable too. Free parking.

It seems finding good fish and chips is becoming a task for Tom Cruise - Mission Impossible. I'd seen the reviews on Trip Advisor re this one and thought I'd give it a try. Gentleman behind the counter was friendly. Food was cooked freshly to order but the portion size was far smaller than most other places and, as is so often the case, the fish wasn't skinned which is seemingly becoming the norm in Sussex. Admittedly I didn't ask for it to be and maybe I am unusual in my wanting it to be so but my local chippy when I was growing up always did and I feel that is how it should be. At £5:10 for a medium cod and small chips it was reasonable against places however given the small portion size I felt a little short changed. The food itself was ok. No offer of salt and vinegar which, being takeaway, I didn't realise until I'd left and made the meal very bland. The batter was more soggy than crisp but again, this seems to be typical of all places these days. The place itself is spotlessly clean and smells wonderful however I feel It's no better or worse than any other local chip shop. Given then excellent reviews on here I did expect better. I would consider going back and trying something different to see what other offerings are like.

Just had the 2 for £10 breakfast. We both had The Feast which had pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs and tasty potatoes. It was lovely and as we had 2 young children thankfully served quickly. The juices were in a pint glass which almost justified the £2.50 cost. They also warmed the baby milk without question, take note Knight and Lee. I will definitely be going again. Also mustn't forget a mention of the staff. Both young ladies were a credit to the establishment.

I used the mobile service in Lavant first time on Thursday evening. I was very impressed, both staff members were fabulous, very polite, very welcoming and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, I had cod and chips it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing, the portion size was massive too, great value, I would definitely recommend using this service and I will definitely be back. Thank You once again.

Found the food portion rather on the small size for the pricet, and chips was greasy the fish tasted odd, I did not want to eat it, the staff was messing around so I had a bit of a long wait. Last year was good hence why I decided to eat there again.

We have been coming to coast to coast for past year. Started with generous chip portion sizes. Last 2 visits have asked for fish (of which we can't fault) and large chips. The large chip portion barely serves one person. I would be grateful if you could respond and advise why they have decreased by over half the amount and hopefully take the feedback on board.

Visited Coast to Coast several times when I stay with my mother in Chichester. Always welcoming great food. They did the catering out of their chippy van for my sisters wedding and it was fab. Highly recommended.

Coast to Coast mobile service provided a wonderful fish and chip supper for our members on a the evening of 13th January 2015. The food was second to none and the staff were helpful, friendly and served us all with a smile, now that is a rare commodity these days !

The Coast to Coast mobile service provided the catering for our Rugby Club quiz night. Quite simply the best fish and chips money could buy, served quickly and with a smile.

I've never been much of a fan of fish and chips but I noticed this fish and chip van in our village week after week and there were always queues of people outside. I felt I must be missing something and a couple of other people in the village mentioned it was good, so one week I gave it a try.The food was delicious and since then I go back any Thursday I possibly can. The chips are the best I've tasted and the curry sauce is to die for. I really shouldn't put that as I struggle to get to the van until a bit later and just occasionally they have run out of it - I really don't need more people knowing how good it is!They have some excellent non fish or meat options - breaded mushrooms, veg spring rolls, and pea fritters (which I wouldn't have touched with a bargepole but my daughter made me try) - that too was very nice. Their cod is fresh and melt in the mouth. They do tasty pies and delicious chicken. I've never had a bad meal from them. Last week two fish got stuck together in the fryer and rather than give me a fish with the batter ripped or spoilt, they gave me both at no extra charge. My husband was delighted when I got it home!My family are hard to please as we all have very diverse tastes but the one thing they all agree on is that they would like something from this fish and chip van.

I really love the food from this chip shop..it is round the back of Tesco on the parklands estate. They do a mobile service that visits local villages each week. Staff are friendly & worth a visit!

The staff here are all very nice and polite, they will go out of your way to make sure that your food is the best it can be. Best in chichester!!

Coast to Coast recently provided the catering for our wedding. Everything leading up to the day was spot on, with Simon & Gemma being attentive throughout the process. The day itself was amazing and every single one of our 50 guests were amazed by the quality of the food, all cocked fresh to order and served to the tables. I would definitely recommend this company as a caterer for any size occasion as the price was better than competitive with other options to make even cheaper if you wish. They also have a shop in Chichester which provides the same quality food served in a clean, wellcoming environment! Thanks to both Simon & Gemma for making our special day even more fantastic and we have recommended you to all of our guests!!!

Great fish and chip shop! I also like their chicken strips with sweet chilli sauce. They actually cut their own chips and even the small portion is huge!

Omg if your looking for melt in the mouth fish and chips then this is the place x apart from being clean, warm and friendly, the staff have a great morale and sense of humour, this chip shop does the best food around, I was utterly amazed, great value for money too!! Why would you go anywhere else x Coast to Coast is the best chip shop for me by far . X

Fish and chips would not be my first choice as a meal - but Coast to Coast has converted me. Really friendly staff and attentive service (sat in) - very clean - reasonably priced - huge, succulent piece of cod (deliciously moist), the batter perfect and crisp, yet fluffy inside, chips. Seriously - if in Chichester - check this establishment out.

I love taking the kids here for a treat. Something on the menu to cater for any budget. I have four children so I need something filling but I can't afford to spend a fortune. Its also next to the park so we sometimes pop over when out playing for a quick snack. Service is brilliant, very friendly. I've moved out of parklands now so would love them to open another shop in summersdale.

Chips tasted like yesterday's and was very greasy fish looked like it had been thrown in as was in so many bits I thought I had ordered fish bites service was good but that was all food went in the bin

Following a recommendation from a friend I recently decided to try coast to coast in Chichester. Even though it had been recommended I must say that the fish and chips surpassed even my expectations. The fish batter was fantastic and the cod excellent. The portion size was generous and the service provided was welcoming and genuine. I cannot wait to go back when next in the area.

When coast to coast opened we were there for the opening day as we had used their mobile chip van several times and had always been impressed. The food is always amazing with decent sized portions. We also used them to cater for our wedding party and were impressed by the variety of the buffet spread.All of our guests were very impressed with the food too. I would highly reccomend them to anybody and will continue using them.

Took a small group of students here for lunch,they thoroughly enjoyed their meal.We have been customers of Coast to Coast since they came to the area {mobile shop, then shop at Parklands} - the food has always been great,cooked to order and NEVER greasy,good portions,staff happy to help,no problem recommending!

One of the best chip shops I have visited and I have been to quite a few! We had been in the area visiting friends and stopped here on the way home.The crispy batter was just amazing and the portion size was more than enough for me. The staff were so friendly and I only wish we lived closer. Visiting friends again in the summer and can't wait to go back to Coast to Coast.

This local fish and chip cafe came as a recommendation - boy what a good one it was.Tired of the Xmas foods we decided to have some fish and chips and they were absolutely delicious, freshly made and served with a smile.Very much worth tracking this place down.

I was lucky to win a meal for 4 people on a local radio station Spirit FM based in Chichester .I went along to this café/fish and chips shop with 3 other friends to try out the food ,I was not sure at first as its a small fish& chips restaurant on a parade of shops ...it was clean welcoming the owner was very nice and made us feel welcome .The Meals we had were really good plenty to eat and tasty and has a 5 star rate ing on the door .we would most certainly travel to this cafe restaurant again ..and would let my friends know about it too.....and the tea was nice and hot .

Coast to Coast has been open for around six months and is an excellent café cum fish and chip shop. Their large chips fed three people, and both the fish and battered sausages are easily the best in the area. The staff are friendly and the whole venture is well run. A boost to the local community.
