You get what you pay for and the food court dining plan is a good budget option. Food is average quality but not bad. Breakfast is a winner, you can't go too wrong with fry up and cereal. Dinner is mixed but OK. Better to go first for breakfast at 8am, and you tend to miss the chaos that later ensues. Staff are all really friendly and helpful. It's butlins and there are lots of families and kids so it's not going to be anything but quite loud. Is what it is, I think its good for the kids as enough options for them to eat as much or as little as they want. If you're a hungry adult you can have your fill too!

Got food poisoning from the fish, there's lots of quantity but not really quality, too loud with all the kids they should out up sound proof booths if they weren't cheap. Food was dry and unseasoned, staff were nice and got you oat milk on request or any questions you have but next time I'd stay in the caravan and get better meals for the day for under £25.

Staff were always ready to clean and take away empty plates.. Was always kept clean and tidy Can run out of highchairs during busy times. Food is OK but not to personal taste as sometimes struggle to find something to eat. Hot puddings was the same nearly every day. Drink choice is nice

School quality food, drinking from tiny plastic cups. Even the customer tasted like yellow water that had once upon a time seen some custard.

It was amazing the staff was very kind and polite I recommend not going premium dining because it’s basically the same but other than that it was amazing. 😁

We purchased the food court dining plan and was allocated the Coast restaurant for the duration of our stay. You simply turn up during opening hours, give your room key card to the lobby host who scans it and then go find a seat. It's a simple set up and we had no issues finding a table and in fact had the same table for every breakfast and dinner during our week. A few days before our stay we were sent menus however they stated that items may change due to supply issues but its understandable. Breakfast consisted of white or brown toast with butter, and various spreads. There was a good selection of cereals and fruit as well as porridge and meats. The cooked breakfast had both meat and meat free variants and was very tasty. The evening menu had a daily soup with brown and white bread rolls and had a good selection of mains and again included vegetarian options. There were a good selection of sides such as roast potatoes, chips, rice, vegetables, gravy and baked beans to accompany your choice of main. On our stay there were a couple of days where the advertised menu wasn't being served but an alternative was offered instead and if that didn't take your fancy there was always pizza, fish fingers or nuggets available. It's important to enthasise that children are able to eat whatever they want whether it is the nugget option or a full roast dinner, help yourself to a plate and get what you want. For dessert we found that there was a good choice of cake such as chocolate fudge or caramel slice as well as fruit, yoghurt, jellies, cheesecake and trifles as well as the ice cream machine with various toppings. Drinks are also included but limited to hot drinks and fruit juices and squashes, there is a bar should you wish to have a more celebratory drink at your own expense but I hardly saw that being used. The staff were brilliant, from being greeted by the ever cheerful Penny to the cooks and table cleaners, everyone was friendly and offered a good morning or goodbye, it's the first time we've had the dining plan in over 20 years and we honestly don't know why we haven't been back before, it is well worth it and made for a very enjoyable stay.

The Barge is located right in the centre of Grimsby, if you are here drinking then it's a must visit place. The barge itself was being painted when we got there which will end up looking good and giving it a nice refresh. Inside is nice, good jukebox and nice service. Beer is on thr pricey side but worth it - there are a lot if dives in this town so you get what you pay for. Ample outdoor seating which was nice in the sun. Would recommend.

Called up, thought the bloke on the end of the phone was being rude but then remembered the name of the restaurant, not sure if intentional but hilarious nonetheless. Great food
