We went on Saturday. They’d run out of pizzas. But saw fit to leave the bloody great sign outside the door advertising them. We had two sausage baps and a portion of cheesy chips! The wait was long. Which it was busy that was fine. When it come out the sausages were burnt and their cheesy chips were chips with cheese dumped on the top. This place used to be really nice stop for lunch. Will probrably give it a miss in the future

We like visiting Escot Park for the Footgolf so stopped by today (22nd June) after the game to get some cold drinks in the Cafe. Not much to choose from, guess they had a busy day. Had a Victoria Sponge and Millionaires shortbread, both were nice. The girl who served us had no customer service, not even a 'hello', 'thank you', 'goodbye', nothing whatsoever. Toilets are in desperate need of a refurb, and parts of the flooring in cafe was taped down which was falling apart - not long before someone trips over it. Overall a disappointment which is a shame, next time we will avoid the Cafe and take our own drinks.

We went for a Team day and brought lunch at the cafe. It was terrible, hardly had any food although they knew 18 people would be coming. Staffing and the menu were very poor and very expensive for what you got. Advertised as sourdough toasties for £5.75 and appeared to be cheap white economy bread with hardly any filling, tiny bit of lettuce and quarter of a tomato. I am so fed up with being ripped off by the hospitality trade and this is a perfect example! If you go, take your own picnic please!

Visited during half term which i, and most tourist places expect to be busy (or so I thought) , so only wanted takeaway drinks. It was 12.30pm, fairly busy, although not full inside but many chose to sit outside. Having worked and still do work in catering these will be peak times of the year and generally you order extra supplies to cover what will be busier than normal. I was in the queue when i heard they had ran our of chips (with almost all main meals with chips this caused issues with many peoples orders), Then I heard (from someone then having to change their order completely because if this) that they then had run out of onions! so a simple cheese and onion toastie was off the menu aswell. Pasties seemed a good option, but again only had a few of the meat version left. Anyway I ordered a hot chocolate for my son, a mocha for myself and a regular tea for my husband. (But they did have soya milk much to my surprise). The drinks come from a machine (not like your usual Costa, barista machine) and were mostly water ..not sure if any coffee or cocoa were actually dispensed to be honest. Even my husbands hot water for his tea wasn't anywhere near hot enough, but with the queue I couldn't be bothered to go back!! All in all, this is a real shame.. this cafe could really be something. They really do need sort themselves out. I felt embarrassed for the staff.

I have eaten here many times and it’s always been ok but today it was awful. We were served by a person with a very dirty apron on. Me and my husband picked up a sandwich mine was soggy on the bottom and totally tasteless, my sons chips were dry and tasted like the oil needed to be changed and when the waitress turned up carrying two plates of food for another table but also had my daughters sandwich wrapped in cling film and being very squashed by her hands yuk. The only decent food was the walkers crisps. This place could be amazing with the correct service and decent food . One waitress was amazing and was busy juggling clearing tables, serving and on the till. It wasn’t even busy .

Used to like dropping in here for coffee and cake. They now have a coffee machine and the drinks it produces are frankly awful! Yuk, a real shame, but not recommended for a coffee stop!!

Really exceptional pricing for pick ups and made on time all the time. Food is good and never had a problem. Can’t complain and really nice atmosphere being able to see them make the pizzas from scratch.

The worst curry I've ever tasted. For £9. Watery, with stodgy rice, I couldn't get more than a couple bites in. The staff are utterly dead and I don't blame them. I just wanted something other than burgers.
