We had an amazing experience there. It was our first time so the waitress patiently explained how it works to us. We received top level service and the food was excellent. I tried a lot of hot pot / Korean BBQ places in Scotland, this might be the best by far. Would defo visit again!

The food is so good. But more than the food we went because the staff is so amazing ⭐️ very sweet and attentive staff 😇

Had a late dinner here last night and despite the restaurant being pretty empty the atmosphere was lifted by Terry with his lovely personality and his singing. The food was great and really fresh. The king prawns were fabulous and cooked to perfection. The stir fried chilli beef was excellent too.. but nippy so beware! Lovely end to an evening .. would highly recommend and ask Terry for a tune 🤩

Staff were rude treating us as if we're not going to pay. One told us our time was up like telling us to leave but we've only started. We're the only ones they keep hovering over while they let other customers eat comfortably. The place was not even packed at the time, there were just 3-4 tables with customers. I have been to other hotpot resto so many times, here and abroad, so I know they always like to assist like lower the heat of the hotpot stove but they always come over to our table and what gets me pissed off was telling us which ones to cook first in the hotpot like we're some ignorant poor people but they don't do that to other customers. I have never been treated so discriminatory of service people before. I love to go to samgyupsals, buffets and hotpots but this one is just disgusting service. I am never going back. Good for people who have reviewed this place with 5 stars. This surprises me and I believe the staff members were deliberately belittling us. Note: We came in all smiles and we were dressed normally so their treatment was so shocking.

I absolutely love this place! The staff know my friends and I and we are always welcomed warmly and friendly. The food is amazing! And generous portions too and the new bubbleteas are so good! The mango cream bubbletea is so refreshing.

Place is amazing , wouldnt go anywhere else , food is great staff are lovely alway make you feel welcome! Hot pot and bbq are great one of my favourites !

We are passing through Glasgow and this restaurant is opposite our hotel. Great discovery. Not speaking English, one of the waitresses took the time necessary for us to understand the principle. It was a first for a Korean bbq.

Took a trip here recently the food it’s self was okay we got a selection on beef, pork, crab and pepper steak, food seemed fresh enough. It was very quiet despite it being a Friday night, which was a little awkward felt as if all the staff were just watching, but they were friendly enough. It was a bit expensive £35 per person for dinner, but a nice experience overall.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner and boba tea! Generous portion sizes, kind and attentive staff and a tasty menu made for a perfect evening.

First time at this spot and defo won't be the last,never had bbq/hotpot before but it was a fantastic dining experience. Staff are on the ball and very attentive

We were on a trip to Glasgow. We had no idea how it worked, and with our level 0 English we understood even less. We add even the leftovers to the broth. A laugh. Especially the owners who saw how we didn't know how the situation was going.

We didn't have the hotpot because it was a bit more than we had planned to spend. The staff kindly reseated us next door on the bakery side and we had an excellent dish with eel. Great food, good value. We even had dessert.

Great ginger chicken and flower tea

Very kind staff and a great selection of food at a really reasonable price. Beautiful interior as well. We went on a Tuesday afternoon so it was quite quiet but I can only assume that the atmosphere is amazing on a busy day.

It's difficult for my husband to find something he likes, he doesn't eat sea food or pork or beef or lamb so there was no much for him to find there however that was not a problem. He didn't order hot pot because there is no point of spending £35.99 for him eating a bit of chicken and we were told by the waitress that her manager said "he would be charged a full price if he is seen trying something from hot pot" which made us feel uneasy hence 4 stars instead of 5. Its like we went there to take an advantage of the place and eat all their food but paying for 1.5 person. ( half price for child who didnt eat much either she she very fusy 4yo) Not everyone out there is here to get you lol Either way the food was fresh and tasty and I quite enjoyed it. Already recommend the place to few ppl I know Could be better without the comment but oh well. Maybe next time eh?

My family had a fantastic experience. The servers took excellent care of us and walked the hot pot newcomers in our group through the experience.

Me and my partner absolutely adore this place. Staff couldn't be friendlier and are willing to help anyone that's new to Korean BBQ/Chinese hot pot, and the food is always fresh and delicious. It's become our home away from home! Love the new bubble tea too, best I've ever had. See you guys soon!

This was a wonderful wee date night for myself and my partner, they walked us through the ordering process and explained how it all worked. I did feel like they sometimes came and checked on us a little *too* often but it's to be expected when we told them it was our first hot pot experience :D Food was AMAZING, lots of excellent choice with good portion sizes and of course the option to order more later on. The fact both the hotpot and Korean BBQ is included in the dinner price is wonderful. My personal favourites were the Korean Pepper Beef and the squid, but everything I ordered was outstanding. Will definitely be returning <3

As first time Hot Potters, it was a little intimidating at first. The staff were incredibly helpful and explained everything we needed to know. The guy even made his signature sauce for us, which was amazing! Very fresh food, absolutely delicious. 10 out of 10 will be going again.

Good. Like the way order system work - it’s allow you order more. When u you almost finished what you had on table so you won’t have to waste too much food . We are the one and only table there becos it early lunch hour . I believe it’s will get busier later the day . Will definitely be back .

I came in late on a Wednesday evening and service was great, mind you I was the last customer and was welcomed. Food was decent. I'd come back and try the KBBQ.

BIGGGGGG shoutout to Amy for the amazing customer service ! Never had both a Korean bbq and Hotpot at the same time, and with everything that we got for just 30£ (added bottomless drinks for 3.50), it was definitely worth the price. Coming back a second time before leaving here !

Wish I could give more than 5 stars for this place! It has a homely feel, very relaxed and not too busy, not too quiet. The selection of food available is incredible as well as starters and desserts included. We had a really fun time and everything we ate was WOW! the flavours, so fresh and we will be back. Service was also absolutely fantastic. So attentive and helpful 🌟

Second year in a row that me and my friend travel to cmon inn for 4 hours, and yet again great service, very welcoming, helpful and inclusive, generous variety of delicious fresh meats (My favourite would be the Korean BBQ and the seasonal crab), friendly environment and lovely atmosphere with one of the workers bringing the mood up, forgot to mention a wee desert station which had grapes, melon, tiramisu and a cheese cake (would come again just for the tiramisu). Great pricing too, ended up paying roughly £60 for 2 people with 2 bottomless drinks and we spent about 2 hours there. Friendly staff were also super attentive and came to refill your drinks and soup pots for you. I would definitely recommend that place especially for first timers as they are super helpful. (Forgot to say they have a large sauce station with flash cards to help you make sauces)

The food here was as amazing as the service. The food was fresh, it came out extremely quick and our server made us the most amazing custom sauce for our dinner. The orders of food are quite large so be careful not to order too much so you can finish it!

We went for the hot pot and Korean bbq- for our very first time trying both. Our servers were so helpful and attentive, explaining how everything worked and also offering their advice. Even going so far as to make us up different sauces as we weren’t sure where to begin. When we arrived we could see that the staff were cleaning the tables, and everything was very clean. The portion sizes were excellent. We were told that we could have 2 rounds of selecting things off the menu but me and my partner were stuffed after just one! Super fresh veggies as well, and everything tasted delicious. We will definitely be back!

Me and my partner went here a few times. We actually ate at the Chinese portion (there are two restaurants in one. One is a hot pot, the other is a Chinese.) The food was incredible! We had the Malaysian Beef, the 3 veggies (peppers, aubergines and potatoes) and a curry. Alongside rice, on another day we had the sizzling beef I believe it's called. The food really was absolutely top tier, the meat was cooked really well, and the veggies were delicious too. If you want to try something new, I suggest giving it a go. The servers were really friendly too, and was happy to suggest food if you're newer to Chinese meals. (I forgot to take pictures, even though we went multiple times because I kept devouring the food, lmao)

Great food and friendly service, hotpot is £30p so expect to pay 60 and above for 2 with drinks. The ox tongue is a highlight as well as the fried tofu. It gets busy so book ahead!

Visited this place few days ago. Food was tasty and quality was really good. But the servers were really rude. He went there with our 7years son who just had dinner before entering there. But the servers said even though the kid takes a single bite you need to pay. So to be on a safe side we said OK we will pay for 3 people, I could not garuntee that my kid will not want to taste anything. Other than the rude behavior the food was good. If you are planning to go try going for lunch so that you can eat properly. P.S: If you are taking korean bbq do not take the cumin flavored beef.. it does not taste good.

very pleased with the dining experience i’ve had tonight! the owner (i think?) was very friendly and created a nice atmosphere, made us a wee dipping sauce for the bbq too which was lovely. all of the staff were welcoming and very attentive to drinks & clearing the table. have been to other hotpot places and had a similar pleasant experience but i would come back to this one for the atmosphere! x

I’ve honestly never been so well looked after in any restaurant! My partner and I popped in for dinner tonight ahead of a festive film. The gentleman who served us was immediately warm and welcoming, we’d never had Korean BBQ before so he walked us through the whole process, even making us a delicious sauce and some salts for dipping, and cooking our first batch of meats for us to show us the ropes. I felt like I’d been invited into someone’s home for dinner, he was funny, kind and attentive all night. This is what proper hospitality looks like 👏👏👏 We will definitely be back!

Staff, amazing. Food, incredible. Efficiency, out of this world. My husband and I had the best meal here. Didn’t stop eating for 2 hours. Even after we paid the food kept coming. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back… with stretchier jeans.

First time going to a hotpot and loved it they explained everything so clearly and the food was so fresh and delicious it wasn’t salty and the choice was great would definitely go back and the price was cheap for the unlimited amount of food you could order can’t wait to go back

food was great and very fresh, the staff were super lovely and so helpful, my friends had never had hotpot before so our server was extremely helpful and explained how it all works and even helped them make a dipping sauce which they absolutely loved. £27.99 per person is a good price for the level of service and quality of food they provide here. 10/10 and hope to be back soon :)

Great service, waiter helped us out a lot with how to order and also made us hotpot sauces (this was our first time having hotpot). Price was right at £24.99 per person which includes all you can eat Korean BBQ and the hotpot as well as desert and sides. Only issue was that it got quite hot at times when we were dining (due to the hotpot) which could easily be resolved with more AC. Definitely will be coming here again when coming to Glasgow.

Food was nice BUT we were denied razor clams and crab by the staff because they didn’t have “any”. Then a family came into the restaurant that spoke the same language as some of the staff and they were seated far away from us. I went up to get dessert and low and behold they were served razor clams and crab even though apparently “they didn’t have any razor clams and crab” this really disappointed me and made me feel very discriminated. Take this as you will but it was highly upsetting and not trustworthy what so ever but the food was nice it was just this instance that has upset me since I’ve never been discriminated at a hotpot place before.

Great deal for lunch all you can eat hotpot BBQ £25 , dinner £30. No hidden charges. Everything is good and fresh. Tomato soup base is a no no as it doesn't have taste and it's very bland and not flavourful at all, pls try other soup base. Got denied ice cream after 2h of dining. 🥲 Cash only. No card. No razor clam on the day of visit. Crab can only be ordered 1 time / round. Tender beef BBQ is worth the try. Organised trolley so that it doesn't crowd your table.

One of the best hot pot bbq in UK so far...definitely recommend it and I will be back if I am coming to Glasgow.

Okayish Chinese cuisine. Honestly compared to the price, portion is not too great. Too much onion 🧅 in every dish instead of other vegetables (like capsicum). Missing the authentic* Chinese flavour 😭 Very disappointed with the chicken skewers: not tender at all - missing flavour. But service was great 👍 Staffs were really nice ✨ And please carry cash with you (as you should when you visit asian restaurants)

Listen, I’m not the type to complain usually. Me and my grandmother went in then they said I couldn’t have the hot pot alone.. then my grandma was like I’ll have the Chinese so you can have the hot pot after they offered.. they said one person couldn’t eat at the hot pot alone which was silly. Personally I felt a bit discriminated as they were treating us like we were stupid. They said we can’t eat hot pot alone at night but at lunch we can?? It has a set price per person yet when we went in they practically tried to force us into buying two. Update::: They replied saying one person was going to be paying, even tho we both said we were going to pay, I was gonna pay for hot pot and she was gonna pay for the other menu….

This was a first time hot pot & Korean bbq experience for us, and they couldn’t have been more helpful! We had absolutely no idea what we were doing. The staff explained how it all worked, some tips, made us up a dipping sauce & as we begun came over to make sure we were doing it right. Great value for money, such a fun experience! For my first experience of Korean BBQ and hot pot, I was absolutely stunned. The happy staff and wonderful food should make anyone practically beg to get in. I tried food I would usually turn my nose up at and was gladly surprised with how flavoursome it was. Definitely suggest it to others.

10/10 Would highly recommend. Will be coming back for sure (even the long 8 hour drive is worth it) Waiting staff are so lovely and friendly!

1st time in here[old Bannana Leaf] and it was enjoyable. I had Chicken & Sweetcorn soup, then Flank Beef & Rice along with a pot of Chinese T. All was very tasty and plenty enough for a lunch time liked the Tpot as it was not a old leaky type but rather modern, the cost for lunch was under £20 will be back again

I cannot recommend this place enough to people! Food is amazing and it's never ending, bit more pricey than the last hotpot place I reviewed but we'll worth the extra. Real Coke and Irn Bru for drinks, BBQ meats so fresh and tasty you all gotta try here!

This is possibly the best dining experience in Glasgow I have been to numerous food places in Glasgow of all classes and types of food and this by far takes the crown. When you 1st walk in you are greeted by a very happy excited member of staff who will ask you if you want the hot pot or just al a cartè. Naturally we asked for hotpot we where then asked promptly what we wanted to drink and we were brought over a menu and unlike other places you tick everything you want to try. We tried such an extensive selection of food and we honestly couldn’t stop cooking and eating more the ingredients were so fresh and amazing. Someone of the food such as dumplings where frozen and you put them in the hotpot to cook and honestly the fact they where frozen didn’t make a slight difference to how amazing they where. The bill for both of us was £50 and for the amount of fresh seafood and steak we ate I felt like a criminal only paying £50, however with the food quality and amazing service we where sure to leave a generous tip. This place needs more recognition and should be Q’d out the door to get in. Well done guys please keep it up

Been here few times in the past while staying with work. This time noticed all changed inside and been taken over. Ordered shredded pork chow mein for £12.80 and can of coke to £3 all to take out. And it's rank so bland and looks like sludge. Now in the bin and off to subway. Never again worst takeaway I've ever had.

Came here with my boyfriend for the first time at lunch, the food was amazing and the staff were all so nice to us. Service was all good and i definitely would come again and recommend to others.
