Cluck'd in Norwich

Gorgeous fresh food and friendly staff. Will be back!!! The coleslaw was utterly delicious and the service time was incredibly swift.

Walked past a few times so thought we would give it a go, Ordered at the counter as the app was hard to navigate u less u have signed up, Ordered, collected drinks and before I got back to table food was there! Loaded fries were cold, onion rings you couldn’t bite, and my daughters burger they gave her the wrong one, we later found out it had a scotch bonnet jam in no wonder she couldn’t eat it. Wrap was ok but chicken was “different” £39.80 for what we had and left hungry

Always a treat to go to Cluck'd when in Norwich. The food is always fresh and hot, and tastes awesome. Plenty of choice to choose from with a variety of heats.

I had very low expectations of this place. We went as Norwich was mad busy with early Xmas shoppers and a Canaries home game. There were queues for everywhere except this place, which didn't bode well. The sight of being exclusively staffed by teenagers and not enough of them didn't inspire either. How wrong I was. My half chicken and slaw was flipping delicious. The tingly sauce (!) was great and I must report my meal was 100 times nicer than any Nandos I've been to. We will absolutely be back when in Norwich again. Highly recommended.

Faith really makes every visit special. She's attentive, always remembers me, and is ready to sort any issues I may have. The food is perfect too -- much better than Nando's, and spicier. I recommend this to my friends constantly.

Loved the chicken and my bbq chicken wrap. It tasted different to other places but in a really good way. Shame I don’t live in Norwich!

Set in the city centre, bright and airy place, and clean. We had a quarter of a chicken and half a chicken covered in a spicy rub, we had slaw, onion rings and cheese covered chips, a unlimited drink each all for £41, so reasonable value, it was busy, but the food arrived in good time and was very tasty, i have to say they have to be very careful not to let the place get run down as it shows it in a couple of places, but all in all, it was a very good experience.

Better than Nando. The chicken was really Juicy and tender. It wasn't dry. But it wasn't that's spicy. As we order the hot spicy. Needed to be extra hot. The sauces need one to be extra hot as well to dip it into. The disappointment was the plate wasn't big enough to place the chicken with the sides. I will come.back again.

Not good Very dull plain chicken, dry and overpriced Very loyal to cafes in Norwich but won’t be going back here such a shame

To be honest there are so many places to eat chicken and whilst I will say this is far better than Nando's (mind... that is not hard) this is really just a cafe - bright lights etc does not a restaurant make.

Delicious food and unique flavours! We have tried lemon and mild glaze chicken and loved it. Loaded fries is a must try too!

I went to this restaurant today and took ages to even be seen by any staff, they all came across quite ignorant, after a while I noticed that one of the workers was just constantly sat on her phone joking with her colleagues whilst I’m still sat here with my friends still waiting 10 minutes for a glass just so I can make my own drink bearing in mind they have no customers in apart from 2 other tables, this is my first time ever coming here and definitely will think twice about coming again after that customer service.

Fast service, chicken was cooked perfectly! Definitely don't need to go to nandos anymore. Brighter, faster, cheaper and more delicious.

Wouldn’t return unfortunately. We thought we’d give it a go but it was sub par. The chicken was okay but nothing compared to Nando’s. The rice was really horrible and tasted somehow worse than microwave rice. The toilet was filthy. Go to Nando’s!!!

This place is awesome. Read some negative reviews so planned to visit there. First of all they are not the copy of Nandos. But may be Nandos will copy some of their items. Staff is awesome .They really care for their guest. Food is just on another level. Loads of options for burgers.

Food was dry and cold service wasn't great over priced for what you got definitely wouldn't go again

Came today it was really quiet , food was just okay sorry but I prefer Nando’s . The person greeting us was nice but the app was really annoying not great at all , you had to get your own cutlery and bring it to the table which was poor when it was quiet and such a small restaurant. The milkshake although nice took ages to come . I ordered the meals together on the app but the burgers came out separately which meant my wife had eaten most before mine came , my wife’s fries were great but the rice bland and average . I had the Korean burger was ok. Not a lot of food for the price the quality did not reflect the cost . Verdict - I would not go back in a hurry (or at all) where as I would to Nando’s or 5 guys down the road

Didn't sit down as I only wanted a Take out burger so thought I'd give this place a try, after someone at work recommended the place. Looks a bit plain and bright outside, but decor seems more suited to the place. Friendly and helpful service, and when asked about takeout was directed to the counter and then waiting area. Again a friendly service, both ordering and then recieving my order after a reasonably short wait. I had BBQ Hero Korean BBQ, Phat Onion Ring, Garlic Mayo plus Chesse, Pickles and Lettuce which was nicely chargrilled and what I thought was good value for money I will try the sit down menu next and I now know if I want a Chicken Burger in the city, I know where to go

Saw this in Norwich today so popped in for lunch to check it out. Staff not entirely up to speed yet but I suppose to be expected for a new place. When the food arrived it looked a bit dry in all honesty but oh my … the sauce they put on the chicken is heaven. Literally heaven. If I could make one recommendation it would be they offer a gravy with the same herbs. Obviously comparisons will be made with Nando’s but for me it’s offering something a bit different. I’ll definitely go back and wish .this local business every success.

Awesome food that is affordable and definitely good value for money. The space has a really modern and friendly atmosphere, a great new spot to meet mates for a quick bite to eat.

Went into cluck'd yesterday first thing on it's opening day. Strangely it has 39 5-star google reviews from before opening - including the owner, his brother, the 2 managers! - I guess the other 35 are staff and friends? They are also getting google to hide negative real reviews. Turned out charged £18 on a £13.95 meal so bad start. Went for 3 wings (should have been free), small bbq burger, small fries and biscoff milkshake. Wings - went for tingerling - they were lukewarm and no kick to them - red stuff inside them on bone (as lukewarm not a good sign). Small thing - no napkins came with this messy dish. Burger - nice bun and burger - but not much meat or sauce to it. Fries - are fries really - the free dip sauces was nice Milkshake - tasted not bad but how much sugar is in this?! I had a few sips and felt unwell. Had to leave most of it. I wished I went to Nando's / KFC / Spoons. I'm being generous with 2 stars. If they don't change things fast they are...... Cluck'd!
