Club Caliente in Peterborough

Very friendly reception staff and clean, comfortable rooms as per the usual Premier Inn standard. There are some rooms on the ground floor, very handy if you have mobility issues. The onsite bar didn't open until 5.30pm, but luckily Charters bar is a short walk across the river and has a lovely outdoor seating area if it's good weather. The Thyme restaurant was pretty poor quality, but we made do as we didn't want to head into the town centre. We were strongly encouraged at check in to book a table for dinner, but there were only a couple of other tables in all evening. The onsite car park is £14 per stay (up to 24 hours) using a discount code from reception. Pay at the machine before departure. To access the hotel by foot there is a pedestrian crossing from the bottom of Bridge Street (this is not apparent on Google Maps) which brings you into reception from the opposite side to the car park.

Epic portions! Very good food and lovely staff.

Driver decided to drive all around the estate then call saying he was outside but he wasn’t. He was in the wrong road. So after waiting 6-7 minutes while talking to driver on the phone the food finally came. Lukewarm food, bags all soggy from condensation, chicken pieces not what I ordered. When going for a collection food and service 10 times better than waiting for a delivery

Good was amazing great tease loved it and family agree will be ordering again new to the area. But hot to say this will be my first choice to order. Deliver driver was so polite as well good on you

I've still had no apology from the management or staff over how I was treated on my last review. Avoid this place at all costs. Unfortunately, I can't give this place 0 stars.
