Ordered at 1am an hour before the store shut delivery never came and had me sat here waiting for an hour rang multiple times and got no answer disgracing service

Didn't like the milkshakes Workers where nice tho

Delivery is 45 minutes late and still not turned up, can't even call them, goes straight to voicemail, tried contacting 4 times! Requested update on uber eats for new estimated time but got nothing. Appalling service

Ordered 2 cookie doughs and 2 milkshakes last night. It took over 2 hours for the delivery to arrive, with the call going straight to voicemail every time when i tried to contact them. When it did arrive, the ingredients in the milkshakes were separated, making them undrinkable. The cookie dough was nice but was barely £3 worth of food let alone the £7 they charge. Tried to get some kind of refund but haven't received a message back yet. Won't be buying from this place again!

Waffles arrived soggy and very little topping

Tasteless milkshake, not sure if it was made with water or skimmed milk, absolutely terrible.

First time trying my son got cookie dough & iron bru slush they wer both amazing 💯highly recommend .

Waited over an 1hr 30mins and 4 phone calls later for my delivery cookie dough was freezing cold milkshakes were spilled in bag ice cream was melted and shop not answering after all this avoid at all costs

DO NOT USE this dessert shop they allow you to order online, take your money but then claim the order wasn't made. No desserts and no refund. Customer service absolutely terrible when you call. The girl on the phone very rude and argumentative, and then hung up. If you have an issue with your website that is your problem not mine. Refund my money ASAP.

Class milkshakes, staff were great with my disabled friend

They don’t know how to make milkshakes … live round the corner and my milkshake was hot and not even cold! Unacceptable 4.50 for a warm milkshake. 😡
