Cloud 9 in Birmingham

Fui con mi amigo para ponerse al día. Grandes vibraciones, música, ambiente y excelente servicio del personal. En particular, Shams, quien se aseguró de que nuestra shisha siempre estuviera de acuerdo con nuestras preferencias. Y Haider quien fue muy atento y acogedor! Sin duda volveremos! Fui a esta sala de shisha el sábado pasado y había al menos 14 años fumando shisha, lo cual era ridículo y tuve que irme porque no podía soportarlo.

He tenido una experiencia maravillosa en el salón Cloud 9 Sheesha. ¡Nos recibió mykonos y nos cuidó constantemente el encantador chico de la blusa rosa! ¡Realmente he experimentado un ambiente encantador donde puedo relajarme en un ambiente cómodo! Las brasas han sido bien atendidas. Me han hecho sentir muy respetado y cuidado. Donde el personal ha sido muy atento. Nos han preguntado algunas veces preguntas abiertas. . . por ejemplo . . . ¿Hay algo más que pueda hacer por ti? Etc. . . ¡Mi novio ha decidido oficialmente que este es nuestro nuevo lugar de sheesha! ! ! ! La limpieza es impecable! ! ! ! No puedo criticarlo! ¡Normalmente me siento incómodo sentado en un salón de sheesha porque están bastante sucios! Sin embargo, esta ha sido una gran experiencia! 10/10! Servicios 5 estrellas!

Los shisha son pobres. El personal sobre carbón la shisha y quema el sabor. Intentan ser hambrientos solo que no tienen experiencia. En el lado positivo, las bebidas y los batidos son buenos asientos, son agradables y acogedores. El volumen está en un sonido descendente para que pueda hablar entre sí y escuchar.

The venue is decent enough but why on earth are there soo many kids about? Surely there should be age checks at a place like this? I understand it's bringing in money but kills the vibe when you've got kids running about.

This was without a doubt the best night of my life, whatever the future holds,marriage babies, nothing will top tonight🤗😇 The choice of 2 desserts of a possible 12 listed on the menu,luckily happened to be my favourite. Whats great is they make the concrete cake really concrety(made up work ik) i felt like i was eating the pavement, was yummy(!) The temperature was kept exciting with the heating going on and off all the time.. woo! & if you like toilets, you will love this place as you can lock yourself in there for a good hour, as the door knobs have the most challenging locks, how fun!🙃🙃 Also if you want a dj.. to talk to all night, Kasim is really good at that 😉😇 oh and ermm if sarcasm is your speciality.. kasim will really appreciate it.. And lastly Kasim (yes with a K not a Q) showed fantastic service👌 rate him 10/10, well done MATE/FAM 🙂🙃❤️💚💛💙💜

Minimum of 1 shisha per 2 people (even if the person isn't smoking) Music was way to loud Service was average at best Would not go back

I don't see why people like it. There are some better ones out there. This is just mediocre. Shisha ain't the best, flavours die out quick, cheeky staff, dim lighting, music on repeat. There are better ones out there!

Really good experience, nice calm good crowd, top shisha quality with excellent service from staff keep it up👍🏼

I went to cloud 9 It was nice and calm very sophisticated in its design clean desserts were nice hot drinks were hot Service was really good Toilets were clean Overall very impressed
