Subway looks like it added chipotle isn’t of turkey ham. Could eat, £15 to go hungry. I see why subway is failing

More salad than meat on bread rip off

I only really trust this Subway. I have a cheese allergy and I’ve never had a food mis hap from this branch. The salad is amazing and the meatball sub.

They followed my order instructions and it was delicious if they always follow my instructions I will always be a loyal returning customer. They kindly even sent free cookie. Thank you so much. I'm the customer who only ever orders your tuna box sala

it wasn’t the fault of the delivery driver but the customer before me unexpectedly cancelled their order

Tried calling to discuss one of the meals ordered from them as they always assume one product goes on the sandwich as it has no option for no to cheese. To no hope as usual no answer. I’m guessing no one works at this establishment! Hoping food comes as we hoped.

Everything was correct and tasted good. Enjoyed a little special offer which was nice to have. Good quality as always

I think I know which man made my tuna salad the one in a cap without a moustache he makes the best ones and not too stingy when it comes to the portion size. Best salad I've had in ages, tasty, fresh and perfect amount. Thank you kindly as always!

I went in today and tried going toilet before ordering and was stopped and told I'm not allowed and told to leave for no reason what so ever not a single word was said before hand Edit: I went to the one in shard end as it's the closest one to me

It was awful the sandwiches were squashed to the point the fillings were all out due to the three bottles of pop put on top of them ?!

No atmosphere: Thwy have tables and no one ever sits there, you will see why next; Food: Average for a Subway, however other Subways locally I:e. Clock Garage will give decent portions and a tasteable amount of sauce. Also super friendly staff. This branch however is one of the worst attitudes that I have come across. Started off with them refusing to allow me to use my Subway points for more than one item. This being after an email from Subway to say use up your points, ASAP. I guessed it was a system limitation, so suggested I go through again as a new customer, but they instantly said no. Red flag. I had earned those points and I was stopped using them by this branch. Note that I went to another branch and got my full order. Rude and incompetent at this branch.

The order was wrong they gave me 3of the same no hunter chicken and I think they must’ve been hungry because there wasn’t much meat on them for the price of them

Guy was rude I was a paying customer and he kicked me out.

Just went in ordered 2 subs, drove all the way home and the bread is stale and the thing is, its so easy to tell it was stale as soon as I picked th sandwich up with my hand...not happy at all and to top it off you can't call the shop. This isn't the first time either.rhe first time I let slide but again!!!! That's why I'm leaving this review. Everytime I eat at subway I spend around £15...that's a lot for a stale sandwich!! Not happy at all.

For a small subway on the corner it is very good. The food is the usual you would expect to find at a subway but I’d say the best thing there is their service. I was served by Sid who was very helpful and had a good knowledge of the subs he was selling. He spoke politely and was very friendly. All in all a good experience because of the great service

sandwich was wrong, no sauce, wrong toppings. this has been twice now

Missing food so would like to no why I got two 6 inch subs instead of one ,6 inch sub and 1 foot long one

Doesn't even deserve the one star, ordered for delivery to find my order never arrived and was no where near my address, and when trying to contact the store and 3rd party delivery driver the phone gets put down on you, will never order from this store again

I am absolutely disgusted wiv my order and how I got spoke to on the phone by the man I always order from here he admitted to forgetting to put my cookie in then told me I have to go and pick it up from the shop he was rude and wasn't listening to what I was saying very unhappy about it

I have always been a big fan of Subway. I will never order from them again. This has happened too many times. I ordered a cheese slice., tikka masala sandwich. The bread was old. You would expect a place like this to order fresh bread everyday.. No!! You would be wrong. Subway has gone downhill. Never ever again. It's very sad, because I used to love it. Health and safety should visit them. It was disgusting. We all know what old bred tastes like. The one in Chelmsley Wood was a horror too. I have not been there in a very long time. I am not sure it's still there. The counter used to look so messy and dirty. When I told the staff to tidy up the salad bar, I got a mouth full. 😔

Lovely and fresh and very tasty! Delivery was great too.

Ran out of pretty much everything I had ordered yet chose not to cancel the order, and instead delivered me a salad and 2 cookies, still charging me £17. Nothing on a refund, just a salad box and an apology letter.

Sandwiches were totally squashed flat and cold! The order was also 20mins late, i called the shop to and the guy had to call the delivery driver to find out where he was!

The app didn’t update to say it was out for delivery until after it had said “enjoy your food” as if we had received the order because the app wasn’t updated correctly so the restaurant don’t get charged for being late. the delivery time window passed & I still hadn’t received the order for another 15 minutes after the expected to arrive time.

Very fast delivery subs still warm and yummy. very smiley, happy and pleasant delivery man.

Really annoyed with the size of the salad today. For almost £9 for a tuna salad it was literally a quarter of the size of what you get when I come in store to buy. Was a ridiculous size especially for that price.

Food standards have went down massively in last couple of months. I used to love the meatballs but the ladt 3 times have tasted horrible and 1 burnt. They are putting less meat in the sandwiches where you can see more bread that steak on the layer. Also points never get added even when scanned and told it worked. We used to buy at least 2 meal deals a week. Never again and bad news travels fast

My order didn't even get to me, said it been delivered no phone call no ring of buzzer as live in flats. Tried calling delivery driver and the store got no answer from either. I even went outside several times looking out for delivery. Don't bother with them go elsewhere you will get better service. Absolute joke.

Love this place to eat so much choice for food.have it just as you like it all freshly made.sat and ate in with grandchildren who ate every bite because they had chosen what was to go in there subway.plenty of parking very close by.

Driver knocked the door of a three story house. It obviously wasn’t heard so they drove off then the store called to say he would come back and would be 10 minutes. Over 20 minutes later we’re still waiting and it will most likely be freezing.

My food wasn’t presented properly the subs wwasnt wrapped properly therefore it was all inside the boxes and the delivery was late !!!!

I am sat outside the shop and they are telling me my order has left the shop however ot should have been delivered an hour ago. I attempted to call the shop 10 times and nobody answered the phone. Unwilling to remake my order.

Hair in food! Which means bad hygiene standards you shouldn't find any hair in your food because they should wear hair net's to prevant any hair falling into your food!

The food took 1 hour 10 minutes to come and was freezing cold when it arrived, the service was awful! Also they messed the order up which my friends couldn’t eat! Refund or at least half of my money back is what I’m looking for,

I did call several times upon placing my order straight away to discuss amendments that were not available on the app when ordering however the phone was never picked up, food was good and delivery driver was friendly

Haven’t even got my order yet Tried calling the restaurant to ask where the order is and now they are not answering. And the restaurant is 17 mins away from the location …..

Phone number for restaurant is out of service so couldn’t get in contact with anyone. Food didn’t even arrive.

Both subs were completely smashed up!!

Over 2 hours we had to wait for the food to be delivered ok you might of been busy but that is a joke won't be ordering from here again and the man on the phone was quite rude aswel.

App said “enjoy your food” driver had taken it to the wrong address, rang the restaurant, told it would be there soon, but hadn’t asked for an order number, reeled off 3-4 order numbers then told “Just wait!” Poor customer service, not had an issue from here in the past but poor from them when there is a problem, less attitude more customer service.

Nothing like the pictures I basically had a closed baguette which I had to pry open just to see inside, the pictures show clearly the foot-long steak and cheese to have plenty of filling this is false advertising which I will be taking further ;)

From my experience, the site is always clean and reasonably well maintained. Corner location so limited space internally. Food has always been of a reasonable quality and is standard Subway fare. Staff have always been courteous and friendly on my visits.

The bread itself started to fall apart when I started to eat it, with filling falling out. Rather messy

Friendly staff that are quick at their jobs. Store is clean and tidy, located near plenty of other shops. The sandwich was ok not the best subway I’ve had and certainly not the worst, would quite happily come back for another sandwich if I was in the area.
