Esther's Kitchen in Birmingham

Ordered at around 2pm food didn’t come til 3:20pm. Food was cold. Ordered initially at 1:30pm on Deliveroo and was told 25minutes after it was rejected due to issue with Esther kitchen card machine. Called at 14:05 for them to call back 14:15 they had no oxtail. Next they said they going to deliver by half 2 and came so late. I was told the manager would discuss the issue and ended up paying full price for terrible customer service had a bad experience won’t be supporting this again. Unfair, not on time and definitely ain’t worth the price. On top of the mutton was bony and gashed my top of my mouth

Ordered food at 9pm.. still waiting at 23:23 tried to ring, said they would be fifteen minutes as the driver wouldnt answer his phone. Tried to ring then she said they would reduce payment to £10. Tried to ring again and now the shop is closed. Never would i order from here again, waste of space.😡

Great place to eat.Love the brown stew fish
