Where a regular because we love this place food all ways banging 😋 and tonight I messed up didn't pay on my card 🙃 so the driver told me to phone up get them to send a link felt ashamed 🤦 but got nothing but love from the shop sent me link paid thanks lads 👌

Loved the food , pleasant on the phone when placing an order , food arrived within plenty of time left of the 45 mins stated very nice delivery driver , the deserts are excellent value for money cheapest around by a mile , pizzas and kebabs are 10/10 will be regular customer

Ordered deserts. Advised order would be an hr. It was an hr and 40 minutes. The ice cream in 2 sundaes had totally melted. There was only 2 pieces of strawberry in the sundae and 3 on a cold chocolate and strawberry waffle. WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN.

Absolutely disgusting food. I ordered two dishes from here, both were awful. By far the worst takeaway I have had in my life, I wouldn't feed my dog what they sent me. Never again! Also it was an hour late.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! DO NOT USE MAKE YOUR OWN!!!! didn’t even get what I ordered, custard is cheap, to say it was a pudding it tasted of garlic, never again.

First time going here, late night takeaway great food and big portions. Customer service was good although there was a hair in my food, the curly kind.

Not to bad food unless you include the hair in my fries or the fact the panini wasnt even slightly toasted just had some grill marks, my cornflake tart was delivered already in the custurd meaning it was soggy! The customer server of refusing to bring it up to a first floor flat after paying 7.50 for delivery was beyond a joke. I am disabled and had to contact food hub directly to get them to do this. Don't think I'll order from there again. After the delivery driver then proceeded to ask me to leave a review. Don't think this is what he had in mind.

I ordered a takeaway via Foodhub and I placed my order at 8.52pm and ordered lamb donner meat and chips, the clay cross cookie dough and 2 cans of pop.It came at 10 past 10 over an hour later and It was cold not even Luke warm. The cookie dough was tasteless and the chocolate was soft i didn’t have the ice cream I paid for either! The lamb donner meat was dry and the chips were greasy. Will not be ordering again!

I was quite hesitant as to whether to place my first order with this place due to many bad reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with my service. I ordered quite a lot for delivery. It arrived within 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes which I think thought was quite good. We had everything in our order, the delivery man did drive off with our drink in his car and then noticed it and brought it straight back to us before I even had chance to ring up about it. The food was all amazing. The cheese and mushroom garlic bread was amaaaazing! My partner enjoyed his pizza. The old school cornflake tart wasn’t as nice as I hoped (I would have preferred the custard in a seperate container just so it didn’t go so soggy by the time it got to me, It probably would have been nice if it hadn’t have been soggy). The Ferraro cake was amazing, a bit pricey for the size you get but the actual cake was Devine. Bueno donuts were also amazing. I really can’t complain. It just goes to show you shouldn’t a place based on a few bad reviews. I couldn’t rate this place enough, they gave me such a great experience & it won’t be my last. I wish I’d have known about you sooner. Thank you so much!

Ordered 3x milkshakes (made in heaven).... to die for! Excellent. Nicest milkshake I have had and delivery was 20 minutes earlier than expected. So glad I have found this place!

What a rip off.. Ordered a strawberry and chocolate waffle, strawberry cookie dough and a sundae. For the price I expected fresh not tinned strawberries. Horrible, tasteless and very overpriced.. wont be ordering again

Kids decided to have dessert, being a bit hungry I had a Cheese and Tomato Panini, vile thing, no cheese, full of mayo. Shared an apple crumble with wife, mass produced rubbish. Cookie dough disgusting and the strawberry on the waffle had seen better days. Pity I can't give less than one star.

it has to be the worst takeaway i have ever had. the food was on time, but the food was terrible. after a few bites it went into the bin.

Honestly, we've really loved ordering from clay cross deserts since it opened, last order was a bit sketchy, waffle was overcooked Etc, but this time it was appalling! Cookie dough were just solid and really burnt, we couldn't even peel them off the paper, ordered kinder bueno gelato and received chocolate but with chocolate chips in it... I hate to say this, but we will be trying out the new local competitor next time 😔

I do hope your going to lower the prices and make cakes,cookies ect bigger and better than before.i am a fully qualified food and quantity manager and work for my own company to.we have a large based group of staff who order from all different takeaways,restaurants,sweets and desserts shops.the amount of bad feedback Ive had from this company is very shocking to say the least....the main factors of complaints was that the prices were way to hi for the quantity you get. Delivery was and can be upto 2hrs. Frozen berry's and fruits. To dry or hard cookies. Waffles were very soggy. Milkshakes were half made and not much ingredient as to which the customer ordered. Also very poor hygiene as to over 89%of customers had mentioned to my team. Delivery is extortionate. I really do hope you can turn this absolute shambles into something everyone can really enjoy.good luck to the future and hope you can take my words into consideration and hope your business will be blooming by a few months. We ordered 2 cheesecakes , 1 red velvet cake , a sundae and 2 milkshakes . With it being quite expensive I was expecting it to be really nice . The cheesecakes where still frozen and I could of bought better from my local shop and then there was a 3rd piece of cheesecake instead of a red velvet cake . I rang up and they said it was a red velvet cake cheesecake which tasted very similar to my strawberry cheesecake but with thicker sauce and very frozen strawberries and frozen cheesecake . The other desserts and milkshakes where ok but certainly not value for money . A bit disappointing really ☹️

Took an hour and half longer than declared when ordering. Order came and was wrong. Phoned up after an hour of waiting to be told it would be 20 min yet took twice as long. Don’t think they understand customer service either!

Twice now i've ordered , Waffles are way too nice, the milkshakes are the best like a meal on their own , the Gelato is wicked. Delivery was quick. Will order again 👍

We ordered 3 waffles and a chocolate fudge cake with ice cream and a milkshake for delivery. When the order arrived (within the 1 hour time frame given) the cake was missing, the waffles were cold and rubbery and the milkshake half melted. I called them to be told we live too far away to do anything now as they're busy but I can have a free cake next time. There won't be a next time I promise that.

We ordered two of the special one Belgian waffles and they were awful. There was a small amount of milk chocolate, the bananas were hard as though they were frozen, waffles undercooked and tasted like cardboard, absolutely no flavour. However, I strongly recommend the vanilla gelato. Overall, I will take my custom and my money else where as I think this place is a joke. It’s a no from me

Sorry to say but the past few times we've ordered it's been awful. The last time was the worse. It was just thrown in.

Ordered 2 milkshakes and a 'hot' pudding should of been over £20 took 2 hours pudding came cold and milkshakes filled half full.. Wouldn't recommend and would never order again! This is what you get for £4.25 wouldnt dream of buying the more expensive ones!

It was 15mins after delivery time cheesecake was frozen n custard was cold.

Ice cream was sub standard, cheap supermarket brand, brought to me in a broken, dirty ice box with no lid. Very unprofessional service at top Dollar prices. Very disappointed.

Ordered two strawberry sundaes and a chocolate milkshake. Took over 1.5 hours and got what looks like two strawberry milkshakes and a chocolate milkshake. Definitely not worth the £22 I paid. McDonald’s are better, definitely won’t order again

First experience- went to collect waiting 15minutes before setting off,sat waiting a further 20 minutes before asking where it was to be told its cooking. Waited a further 20minutes then decided enough was enough after waiting 55minutes and left. Second experience- gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered online for delivery- 85minutes of waiting and 2 phone calls later it arrived cold and burnt. NEVER AGAIN.

Prices are very expensive for what you get. I ordered the kinder bueno ferrous roche waffle with ice cream. The waffle looked like there was only half a bueno stick crushed up into tiny pieces. (2 bueno sticks in a pack). Also, there was no ferrous roche on it!!! nearly 7 quid I paid for that!! I also ordered the red velvet cake. It doesn't taste very nice, mediocre at best. The icing was also rock hard on top due to being in the fridge all day and night. It was midnight when my order arrived. I ordered cream with my cake and a pot of cream arrived with enough cream for two mouthfuls. There was barely any squirty cream in the pot. I also ordered the bueno sundea, the ice cream tastes nice and there is whipped cream on top with half a waffer stick but that is all. Hard to believe they charge 6.95 for this. The delivery guy didn't realise that the flats were different to the houses and so rang me to ask which property was mine and to come down for him. I came down and couldn't find him.. Only to realise the bloke had stayed in his car on the complete wrong end of the street?? You would think the guy would get out of his car at least so I could see him. All in all, I am very disappointed with my order. I certainly shall not be ordering from here again.

Just ordered a banoffee sundae. Not a banana in site. Barely any toffee sauce. Was basically an overpriced cup of vanilla ice cream with a tiny amount of squirty cream.

Ordered from here for the first time at 9pm last night. Ordered a waffle, cookie dough and three milkshakes. They said that the delivery would be 65 minute which I did not mind waiting for as I took that as they were busy and that surly it would come within that time, leaving them a decent time gap to get it here. 80 minutes go by and I ring to see where my order is and I am reassured that it has ‘left the shop’. I rang again when it had been an hour and 40 minutes and it still hadn’t arrived, I was told to wait a further 10-15 minutes and if it still hadn’t arrived then to call back.... I did this as again it still hadn’t arrived. This time I heard the male who answered the phone shout at other colleagues to which a different male came on the phone and explained that it was late due to bad weather even though it had not even rained at his point. I expressed my anger and got a simple a apology and an excuse that they were busy, I stated that I understood they were busy but waiting 2 hours for desserts is ridiculous. When they finally arrived we got no apology from the deliver driver and the waffle was soggy as it had been in the car so long with fruit on, ice cream had melted and barely any chocolate sauce was put on. Milkshakes were the only nice thing about it... Will not be ordering here again, massive shame and the service really needs to be addressed.

Amazing! I have ordered from here quite a few times and I have tried something new each time. I have enjoyed everything so far. Always been happy with their desserts!

I used to order quite frequently but I'll likely never order again. The entire quality has gone downhill and inconsistent. Milkshakes being like water. Cookie doughs being burnt. But I could turn a blind eye to it if it didn't cost a fortune. If you order from here don't order online. And don't ask for delivery or its gunna increase that cost even further. It was a great service with a good product bu now it's just really not worth the expense anymore. I'd suggest just buying the ingredients yourself and making it at home instead or buying a cake or something from your local supermarket. Hopefully the quality it used to have returns because my little sister used to love ordering a cookie. Definitely some quality checks need to be made though

Food was really nice (cookie with chocolate and strawberries) and a terry's chocolate orange milkshake, however the time for me collecting was roughly 45 minutes from placing my order which if I knew it would have taken so long would have had it delivered.

Top Tip: If you don’t want to wait 2+ hours for your sweet craving, Dominos desserts are just as good and they deliver within the hour. Shame really, but the late delivery & outight lies (“It JUST left the shop!”) is not a one-off here -_-

Around 9:40 we called up and ordered a cookie dough and a waffle. Over an hour later, after a phone call it arrived. The wrong order. We called up immediately, they said that they had definitely put the waffle in the bag, by this point I’m fuming for waiting for over an hour for these deserts. Long story short, they said they’d send us the waffle for free. Waited over an hour again, nothing. So we called up again for them to send it but said it’d be another hour. The food is nice but the service tonight was horrific. I’m not saying it’s their fault as I work in fast food myself but it wasn’t okay for us to wait nearly three hours for the correct order.

Prices are a bit high for what is essentialy cookies and waffles. That's not the worst thing though. The last time I ordered from them the order took two hours to get to us so my daughter was in bed and missed her dessert and the ice cream had half melted.

Do Not Use!!!!!!!!! They take the piss delivering your order.
