We came to Birmingham just for the day and we made sure to stop here on the way and it was so worth it!! We got the siu mai, char siu bao and the egg tarts, we can't fault any of them, all so good! The egg tarts came hot which was a delicious surprise! Will definitely be back again!!

One of my favourite places to get HK dim sum and food in Birmingham. Perfect for a quick lunch or takeaway for dinner.

Visited here today for the first time. There was a man serving by himself but he was very fast with my order. The food was a really good portion and the rice was perfectly cooked. I had the rice with curry brisket beef. There was loads of beef too! Highly enjoyed the meal and I recommend. Price was £10 and I still have a portion left for tomorrow!

Little gem hidden at thr back of the chinese supermarket... price is reasonable and the taste amazing and the portion sizes far better than a normal restaurant. Will definitely visit again when I am next in the area.

I ordered Chencun rice noodles with pork ribs. The portion is big with lots of pork rib. The dish is served with soya sauce. It is very delicious and only cost £7.5.

The overall standard of dim sum in this restaurant is very high👍👍. Each dish maintains the traditional flavor of Cantonese dim sum and is very particular about the ingredients used. Whether it's steamed pastries, fried pastries or desserts, you can feel the delicacy and ingenuity of the pastry making. The price is moderate and cost-effective. It is very suitable for enjoying with family or friends or taking it home to enjoy slowly. Will recommend to friends and family to share these delicious dishes. I hope your next dim sum trip will be equally enjoyable!

Hidden gem in the outskirts of Birmingham; great tasty homemade authentic Hong Kong Dim Sum / cuisines and atmosphere. Charming owners, fast service, and great value. Highly recommend visiting and trying. Worth noting it is inside an Asian/ Oriental / Chinese supermarket (as you enter it is on the left near the back). There are spaces to eat in and option to takeaway. Tip: there are some free parking at the front of the store, though more parking outside the residential terraced areas of Dawlish Road or Harrow Road. (Please be mindful and respectful to the residential area).

Worth a visit. It is located inside at the back of the Hang Sing Hong supermarket.

Let me tell you the siu mai is out of the world, I’ve never seen such a stuffed siu mai. The cheongfun, steamed rice, rice porridge are all good and very reasonable prices. The ‘師傅’ (chef) is so nice and chatty, if you are lucky you will even hear him sing traditional Cantonese songs. Hopefully the milktea will be available very soon!

Love this tiny HK eatery providing authentic homey dishes. I had Congee with Chinese Yam. Heart warming tasty congee that reminds me of life in Asia. The portion is huge!! can't fault this 👍 I'd also recommend Cha Siu Puffs and Sweetheart cake (dessert) Definitely coming back to try other dimsum 😋 (This eatery is inside"Taste of Orient", a Chinese supermarket)

Got food poisoning from this place. I then checked the food hygiene rating is 1. That's probably why.

Amazing hand made dim sum. Reasonable prices. We went early on a Monday during the holidays so it was quiet but can imagine during university term time it will be very busy. Will definitely visit again.

Highly recommended! Be wise about the extremely bad comments here. Give them a try, they actually make excellent dim-sum, even better than most restaurants in Hong Kong. 點心由前香港龍鳳酒樓老師傳製作，兒子打理舖頭，立志承傳父親手藝。遊英時搵食，看到對此小店的兩極comment，最後還是決定支持小店，給他們一個機會，想不到點心的質素好過很多香港酒樓，食到幾十年前的味道！

This is the best dim sum we have had in this country. Very glad to have found it. Just difficult to find even with directions as inside supermarket, but worth it.
