Nice staff, nice hot chocolate and way cheaper than the nearby Starbucks.

Just been out for my wifes birthday. With my son and his partner First impressions were great Quick with drinks. Bit of wait taking order. After this everything went down hill First lady came and cleared starter cutlery as we wernt having starter. Interrupting us Then we waited about 45 minutes for food. The food was of good standatd.i had pie mash with vegetables The pie and mash was good but the plate was full of mixed vegtables so you couldn't choose what you wsnted We waited another 30 mins for someone to ckear table and offer sweets. We looked at the sweet menu but couldn't be bothered to wait any longer so pain and left. Went here because it was recommend but sorry you failed us tomight

Due to an illness and bei no registered disabled I politely asked to use their toilet facilities. A blonde elderly lady gave me permission and understood. Whilst on the toilet a dark haired female goes by the name of Sofia on her badge kept trying the door which was thankfully locked and shouting at me, I’m sick of people like you using the toilets. I explained I had an illness all whilst sitting on the toilet and she began shouting at me. I exited the toilet and attempted to to take her picture which I have of her holding her hand up and pushing my phone at me, stating she was calling the police. I don’t know why, I was then approached by a man of whom I have no idea what position he was who threatened me. The blonde elderly lady seemed very dismayed and I am totally shocked by this behaviour. I really go hope they never find themselves in my position today where I couldn’t walk to another facility due to my disability and illness. Most disgusting I have ever been treated by young individuals with a clear disregard for empathy and respect. I will be taking this up with their head office as soon as they are open

Have usually been very pleased with food here but last night Chicken Tikka Saag was more mild than medium. I ordered a Chicken Chat starter and a Chicken Tikka starter was delivered, there was not even a mint dressing sent with this. What has gone wrong with this place.
