Cinquecento Soho in City of London, Westminster

The place is romantic, very elegant and the atmosphere is amazing. Very clean restaurant, and I'm very impressed with they toilets, very clean and smell lovely. The staff is very very friendly, attentive, and very caring. Also, the foods make you feel you are in Italy. The pizza is the real napolitan , the pizza dough is very light, every ingredients is so fresh and if you are Italian, you will 100% agree with me. My favourite restaurant in London, for foods but also for the staff, found people so professional and caring in the restaurant is rarely. 100 🌟 is not enough. Thank you!

I had an amazing time and lunch at cinquecento. From the very beginning I was welcomed as son as I came into the restaurant I was served by the manager Patricia who made my lunch very peaceful and enjoyable with very nice conversation, not to mention the food which was amazing and well presented specially s. Danielle pizza. I will definitely come back.

When booking advised this was my daughter's 21st meal. When we arrived, no mention of this. Staff disinterested too busy talking to friends. Food reasonable but not the best experience.

Visiting London from Florida for a week, and ate here last night with my daughter - what a great experience! The gluten free pizza was AMAZING! The service was really friendly, the wine list short but authentic - could not have had a better experience anywhere.

We decided to go here as I had heard very good things about Cinquecento by my Italian colleagues. The waitress Patricia was very welcoming and helpful. The food was amazing as well! I definitely recommend going here for great tasting Italian food. They have lots of options and the starters were just divine. I had heard of some of the starter options available in Italy but never seen them in a UK restaurant before. Will definitely come back!

Family visit for Daughters 40th Went here for pre theatre lunch Booked a table just to make sure! Service was excellent- staff attentive Food was great - pizzas all hot and very tasty- good V options Can recommend Oh and the decoration is beautiful

Pizza was average, not as good as the other reviews say. Waiting time ok, service ok. Not too expensive but there are many other places to eat.

Arrived without booking on my Dads birthday evening a few weeks ago - 7 in our party and lucky enough to get a table. We were looked after so well! Vegans and gluten-free diners among us - great options with great service. To our delight our waitress even made sure songs requested by my Dad were played & he was presented with a birthday cake and singing at dessert. Thank you for such a special evening - we had a wonderful time and will be back! Highly recommend.

Awful experience. Have eaten there before and food was ok although the staff are somewhat agricultural. However……….thought we’d go on 5th June. Website gives a phone number. Called to book a table to be told you can only book online. Tried that but site wouldn’t take a booking for Soho even though you can see it on their system. There’s a reservation email address so we sent email……..no reply. Finally contacted them through social media to be told they don’t take bookings. No apology offered. Needless to say decided to eat elsewhere.

good pizza and good service. i thought the restaurant needs an upgrade but i liked everything overall. thank you and ill be back

One of the best pizzas I have ever had! We (a group of 9) found this place by pure coincidence and we loved the interior as soon as we stepped in. We picked different pasta and pizzas from the menu and everybody loved their food…

It was such a great choice for celebrating our colleague b-day. It’s a cozy and beautiful place. We had an amazing service from the staff, specially Aline, a French manager who gave us the most warm welcoming and looked after our big table of 17 people on her own. She took the orders, served drinks and food and offered a a lovely and yummy tiramisu with candles to our colleague. The pizzas were gorgeous, fresh and super tasting. The service was so fast and efficient. I highly reccomend Cinquecento Soho. And a special thank you to Aline.

Enjoyed a pre-theatre meal at Cinquecento in Greek Street London. On arrival the Maître d' was welcoming and friendly. The inside of the restaurant is cosy and comfortable. There is a mouth-watering selection to choose from on the menu. I opted for the Lasagna which was most enjoyable. My wife had the Burrata Picante Pizza. She said it was excellent. The wine is reasonably priced. We decided on the Pinot Grigio which had been chilled to the right temperature. Will be revisiting this restaurant when next in the area.

A group of 10 of us went to Cinquecento Greek Street for my Husband’s Birthday and everyone had such a great time. From starters through to dessert, the food was amazing. The pizza was huge and cooked perfectly! Big shout out to the chef! The staff were all so lovely and friendly and really looked after us and made the experience great. Would definitely come back to this restaurant!! 100% recommend. Decor is lovely too!

Really negative experience at 500 Soho. It was a Monday evening 11/12/2023, when a friend and I decided to head to 500 soho for a pizza. When we entered the restaurant (which was full, but not busy), we got “greeted” by an extremely rude hostess who informed us the restaurant was full (fair enough). We then asked her, so that we come prepared next time, how we could reserve a table, and was told the restaurant didn’t accept any reservations. Hence, since they didn’t take any reservations, I asked if we could be put on a waitlist and when I asked how long the wait roughly was, received this answer: “ I don’t know, maybe 15, 20, 30 minutes or even 2 hours”. Now, what sort of an answer is this? I honestly felt Made fun of especially considering the condescending tone of voice of the lady who “greeted” us at the entrance. It would have been enough to genuinely check on the status of the tables and give us a more realistic estimate of the wait. It was evident they didn’t want our custom and for this reason I won’t go there again nor recommend this place to anyone.

Just came across this small restaurant in Greek Street and luckily they had a table available. Had the most amazing pizza and my friend had the lasagne which she said was the best she had ever had. Excellent price and good service and a really good atmosphere.. thank you

Authentic Neapolitan pizzeria with great atmosphere. I was there with my wife and we both loved it. The pizza is just like in Napoli, great selection of wines and fantastic service provided by Tiziana. I felt like I was in Napoli🩵

An amazing afternoon spent with the family for my niece's birthday. The staff were brilliant, and the food was so tasty! I will be returning soon. 5/5

I can not compliment the staff at Cinquecento enough as well as the food that we ate. We were made to feel very welcomed from the minute we arrived by the wonderful, beautiful and friendly DENISE….what a credit the business (I think the owner should give her a pay rise, who just so happens to be her husband). Excellent front of house service by all of the staff that we come into contact with. I can not recommend this restaurant enough for its great food, service and atmosphere. GRAZIE A TUTTI. Rocco. Lovely atmosphere, delicious food and great service from our hostess Irina. We had bruschetta with ricotta cheese, wood fired oven pizzas and light fluffy tiramisu! All very delicious 🤗
