I went with my husband to try this place for the first time. We ordered a starter and two main courses. We received the starter and waited more than 35 minutes for the rest of our food to arrive. Nobody came to explain why the food was delayed. I asked the waitress, and she said it would be two more minutes and went to ask the kitchen. After five minutes, another person came and said they were sorry our food wasn't ready. Of course, we left the place immediately after wasting our time and not eating properly. They said the starter was free!! Of course the least they could do.

The most delicious pizza we have had in a long while! Located on the cutest square with great people watching. We had the front table for 4 with views of the street as well as the pizza chefs!

Brooke was extremely accommodating and had such an amazing understanding of providing excellent service. She made all of us feel so welcome and was always willing to go the extra mile to make our night more special. Thank you so much!

It was my birthday. I booked the table over the phone requesting bootle set up on my table. they confirmed the booking and agreed to my request. once there the manger said there was not any reservation under my name 😂, been waiting outside with all my guests for longer than 15min when finally I got a random table which was still dirty from the previous customers. During my staying the manager treated us with arrogance and after 1h pushed us to leave saying there was under booking on that table. Terrible and humiliating experience.

Great hidden spot, just off the Main Street. Good food, particularly enjoyed the pasta and salad! Seating arrangements were of tight space but overall was a nice meal.

Booked a table at 1945. We were told they needed the table at 21:05 and the bill was put on the table 2105 and asked to leave at 2110 because they need the table. Informed that the coffee machine has been out of order for over a month. No incentive to replace it I guess as gets patrons out faster! So sad that a nice dining experience is now worse experience than a fast food joint

The service is really bad, the waitressing team forgot every stage of every order of our meal. Visited on Friday evening at around 6.30pm with my family. We were seated promptly and started looking through the menu, it was not that busy yet. The waitressing team were 3 young black girls and 1 indian guy. When we placed our order the girl didn't bother to write anything down which seemed rather strange. It feels like the waitressing team could do with more training. - They took the order for drinks and then only came back with 1 drink and forgot our wine - Dropped the Olives so they did not arrive with our starters - We asked for table water and were brought table water but no glasses - Asked for glasses twice, and were then brought hot glasses from the dishwasher. The person actually offered to bring us ice for the glasses which they then forgot to come back - We then had to ask for ice, were given one glass of ice not two - The pizzas were also burnt?? Lots of burnt bits all around the crust and giant burnt bubbles of carbon. Reading online this is due to "leoparded dough" and either the oven is too hot or the dough is not being mixed properly Im sure that given the location of the restaurant they have no problems being full all the time, but the place is sadly a complete disaster and if i was less polite i would have been quite annoyed at the poor quality of service and the meal.

Amazing! Absolutely loved our food. My partner described the pizza as the best he ever had. Brilliant service as well. Definitely recommend :)

Visited the Portobello rd branch on Friday night at 6.30pm for a farewell dinner with a colleague, just the two of us. Firstly the food & service was fine, just as you'd expect from any of these types of pizza places (pizza express etc). Cost was as you'd expect from the main chains as was the food, it was ok. BUT... we were looking for a quiet chat, a couple of pizzas and a relaxing evening, however... They were literally BLASTING out dance music so loud that we couldn't even hear each other in this intimate setting.... we felt like we were in a nightclub at 2am. We asked for it to be turned down, which it was but only a fraction. If I wanted high decibel club music I'd go to a club... it was completely out of place and quite frankly ruined the evening. Therefore I won't be returning.

What a great dinner! Superb parmigiana and Bread, the pizzas were amazing, hearty and the ingredients of very good quality. Really loved the Tiramisu. They have an extremely good wine selection for such a small place! Incredible. Service was very friendly and efficient, we were even upsold extras we really enjoyed for our dishes which very rarely happens to us in restaurants. Book yourselves in or come early as the place fills up very quickly!

Simply the best pizza I’ve ever had in London. It really tastes like the Italian pizza, the dough is not heavy and you have so many options that is hard to choose. It was my first visit but I’ll be definitely going again. For those who don’t like pizza, they also have pastas, salads, so I recommend a visit anyway. The staff was also great and the location couldn’t be better.

The place was authentic, cute and just a really nice humble Italian restaurant. The food was nice - came out cold first time but they warmed it up again and gave us dessert on the house. I can’t fault the service, the staff were really really hospitable. Went for a birthday celebration with my boyfriend and was a great time.

I have dined at this restaurant several times in the past, enjoying the service from delightful staff. However, our recent visit to the Chelsea branch was incredibly disappointing. The manager's rude and dismissive demeanour was evident from the moment we arrived. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty after 8pm, he curtly denied us a table for coffee and dessert without providing any explanation whilst smirking! His behaviour was not surprising, as I had observed the manager's unprofessionalism towards other staff during previous visits. When seeking clarification on his abrupt response, he further stated that desserts were not available. This encounter marked the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Having been a loyal customer and even recommending the restaurant to friends, this experience has led me to reconsider. A restaurant of this calibre should not tolerate such poor customer service—it's truly appalling - I won't be returning.

Finally a true italian Pizzeria in the heart of Soho, Cental London! The restaurant is quite small: only on room with few tables. Welcoming young staff (mostly italians), well prepared about the menu and providing great suggestions. Nice and warm athmosphere, with modern italian music in the background. We ordered a selection of starters, including Arancini, potato croquettes, bruschette. The highlight was a sort of quiche based on pasta and cheese, which was literally melting in your mouth. The main was, of course, a large Pizza, neapolitan style. Love it or hate it, this is a specific kind of pizza: big, soft and with plenty of crust which might not always meet the taste of everyone, although this is how it is traditionally made in Napoli. Overall, the Pizza was nice, although mine in partiular would have benefit of a few more minutes of cooking in the middle. Interesting selection of desserts too: from tradutional Tiramisu to panna cotta, to my favourite Pistacchio cake (see pictures). Only, minor downside: riders constantly coming in and out of the restaurant to collect take-away orders, which might be a bit annoying in winter time, when seating next to the main door, as we were. Price was honest and not too expensive for what we ate. I would defintely come back.

Dear Cinquecnto, I worked for you for 3 weeks. Often 11am until midnight. After being treated horribly in your establishment so I decided to leave. There is 3 weeks pay due to me. You have sent the payslip but you have not sent the pay. The date on payslip is 30.11.23. I still didn’t receive a penny from you. Also over 3 weeks working you have put on payslip £143 worth of tronc when the venue takes about £60k a week profit and during my period we had very little staff working. I have emailed HMRC helpline desk to assist me to getting the money back. Sorry I can’t contact you privately as I never received an employment contract from you. We’ve had dinner af Cinquecento multiple times in the past months and adore the bruscetta and perfectly stonebaked pizzas. The ambiance is great, staff is friendly but not always as fast as you would like and changes quite often.
