This time round food was good as usual but I asked for extra mild for children to eat as it was spicy my daughter couldn’t enjoy her meal. Last time we ordered food was very mild especially the spinach and potato which she really liked. That’s why we ordered again but was a little disappointed that it was spicy.

This is a tough review to write. I feel this restaurant has some great tasting food, and I would order from them again, but two points that need to be made aware. We called up asking for a minor change to a menu item, and the chap on the phone ensured me he would make sure it happened, plus I put it on the notes on the order as he asked me to, and yet this change was ignored. The chicken dish tasted like sugar and the spinach was very salty. Nothing nice to say really about the food

Food is great quality but I'm dissatisfied that i ordered 3 papadums and only got 2. As well as paying for mint sauce and mango chutney but got 2 onion

Omg you wouldn’t believe If I told you how good the food is here , I recommend you go try out yourself , try the tandoori mix grill and the lamb korai 😋😋😋😋, thanks too the wonderful staff that helped me through the menu , friendly, cosy, clean , 5stars all day long

An impromptu night out with friends. We popped to the Cinnamon Tree in Hanwell because we knew we would be eating amazing food coupled with a wonderful atmosphere and first class service. We were not disappointed. Portion sizes are large and food always cooked specifically to our requirements. Whether you like it hotter or cooler just ask and Chef will oblige.

Not great for a veggie - but the one curry was ok - and the samosa were ready made ones. Doesn't stand out and there is no connection with the restaurant name and food they serve.The name sounds way better than what you actually get. It's a good enticing name - but its just average run of the mill food.

We’ve been coming here for years and getting take aways but the food has been getting worse. Tonight’s food was totally lacking in flavour and the tandoori lamb over cooked and dry. Such a shame as it used to be very good.

I think it is better than it's more established neighbour, Urban Karahi. The vegetarian biryani is consistently good. No better than an above average restaurant: They offer 10% discount for collection. I would give it a C+ rating.

We often go with our children, staff always welcoming and food good. Curry has some spice-not the stew you get in some restaurants. It will never win a Michelin star but good food and great value.

Man on the phone was nice and helpful - sorry didn't get his name. The food was extremely disappointing. I ordered the mixed grill, chicken pakoras and stuffed parathas. All of the meat was very dry with no flavour and quite a small portion for the mixed grill. The stuffed parathas were not stuffed - it was just a really thick roti with the tiniest bit of stuffing. Waste of money.

the food came 30 minutes late, when I called he restaurant they told me the driver was ten minutes away and he came 30 minutes later. the curry itself was awful, no flavour, and very bland. please don’t order from here if you want authentic Indian food, it was terrible.

I popped into this restaurant for a Prawn Curry takeaway yesterday and once again great service and staff. As well as a yummy takeaway! I have been here to eat and had a number of takeaways since dining there for the first time. It dawned on me yesterday their good customer service and yummy meals are really consistent. A lovely little 'Hanwellian' gem. Very reasonably priced. I have eaten their with the children too. Definitely worth a good review.

An average curry, quite tasty, but good value, and very local. I hope their food improves enough to compete with the nearby Urban Karahi.

Delivery was fast! Tandoori Chicken was delicious - juicy and succulent. South Indian Garlic Chilli Chicken was also very tasty, along with the Kashmiri Mixed Starter. Thank you Cinnamon Tree - we'll be ordering again!

Food was, as always, top quality. But and it is frustrating. I ordered for delivery at 18.35. NOT ASAP ! It arrived at 18:09. We were nowhere near ready for it then. Delivery guy was apologetic, but come on guys read the requested time, please.

This restaurant is always welcoming and friendly we visit with friends often and our names are remembered which is a nice touch. We go as the food is so nice and it great value for money, the best saag poneer I have tasted

Was told it would take 1 hour to arrive but actually took 1 hour and 45 minutes. When it finally arrived the Nan Bread I ordered was missing. To be fair the restaurant was very nice and sent the Nan Bread along with a new curry and rice but only because I insisted. By the time this finally arrived it was coming up to 2.5 hours after I'd placed my order, it was past 10pm and I'd lost my appitite.

Food was okay, but delivery guy was rude - left half the order in the car, then refused to go bring it up. By the time I got back from picking it up myself, food had got cold.

Order was 20 minutes late. Items were missing. Called the restaurant and they said traffic was bad and that the driver had left 25 minutes ago, I stated that the food would be cold then by the time it got to me only to be told it wouldn't be but it was. Finally got my cold food but didn't receive the Nan bread nor the Kashmiri mixed starter. The restaurant called and asked did I receive my order yet which I did but told them about the missing items. The guy said he would send the driver back with the missing items along with some papadums as way of an apology. We did get the Nan bread and the papadums but I only received a salad and not the prawn and lamb and chicken. I paid £4.20 for a salad, I'm really not happy at all. The restaurant also said that just eat shouldn't of allowed the delivery in the first place as we live outside the zone for delivery but that they would honour our order. On the whole I guess the restaurant did try their best and the food was really quite nice after we warmed it up. Really annoyed I didn't get my Kashmiri though as I was really looking forward to trying it and now I have paid £4.20 for a bag of salad so I didn't really get my 20% off. Obviously won't be ordering again as the restaurant is out of the delivery zone. Shame as I probably would of given them another try. I do however now want a £4.20 refund for the Kashmiri as this restaurant will not be able to deliver to me again. Driver was polite.

only slight fault, on near perfection. Now I admit I ordered for delivery a.s.a.p. But estimated delivery time was 18:35. It arrived at 18:05! I had not even put the oven on, nor warmed the plates. But the food, fantastic.

The food at this restaurant is good, i had the mix grill every piece of meat was cooked well and had a great taste, my partner had the korma which again had a nice taste. We had a starter which were the samosas and to be honest they were like they were from iceland aweful, also we ordered two diet cokes that came with no fizz it tasted like it was from a bottle opened the night before which i did point out , so they changed the drinks and gave us cans as they knew i was right i think they had just tried it. I know I have pointed out a few bad points but the main courses were excellent so i will be heading back.

Usually I'm happy with the Cinnamon Tree but not as much this time. I ordered an array of Tandoori dishes including Lamb Chops, which were really tough and full of bone. Delivery time took 90mins. I got a call 10mins AFTER the scheduled delivery time to say the driver had broken down. All in all, the time it took and the rubbery tough chops made it an unpleasant experience this time round.

We are regular visitors to this family friendly restaurant often taking friends and family with us, some of whom live overseas. Such is the quality of the food here, on arriving back in England they make a beeline for this place. We always have an excellent time with a good choice of high quality dishes all reasonably priced. The menu has a wide variety of dishes ranging from spicy traditional recipes to much milder contemporary food. The restaurant is clean, with polite and attentive staff who are happy to help and advise. Chef is happy to adapt menu choices to particular tastes, making it milder or spicier as requested. Better still they provide Vegan dishes, which is rare in this part of London. Overall, we would certainly recommend this as a place to enjoy quality food with family and friends.

Im afraid i have to give a negative review. The food arrived early when i made a strict note not to deliver before a certain point as i was not home. If this was not possible, the restaurant should have contacted me. The food itself was genuinely tasteless. I assure you this review is not negative because the food arrive early. The lamb chops were over-cooked and rubbery and the seasoning was bland. The Rogan Josh, normally a fragrant dish tasted more like a watered down dal curry. I had to add my own spices. The chicken, like the chops, was also very rubbery. Safe to say I did not eat the meal and it went straight into the bin. An absolute waste of money. I have had some poor meals in the past in one way or another but this meal was completely poor from the rubbery meat so the soggy, unsalted chapattis. I definitely do not feel i could order from this restaurant again.

we ordered a lamb jalfrezi but the meat in the dish was NOT lamb!! As we couldn't identify the meat we had to throw it away! This had put us off the rest of our meal so didn't eat it. What a waste of £30!!

No hubo nada particularmente flash sobre este lugar, pero la comida es excelente y a un precio razonable y el servicio es muy bueno también. Reservamos una mesa para las 7.30pm y ya estaba bastante lleno, lo que siempre es una buena señal. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

The tandoori mix was dry and not that tasty. The lamb saag was actually just lamb with spinach. Saag is meant to be a mix of other greens too. It wasn't too bad, but it was not what it was meant to be. Disappointing.
