Good food well served very quiet atmosphere would recommend and will be trying take away service as we are within their delivery area

My husband and I had a lovely meal at Cinnamon Spice. Service was good and meal lovely. Would reccomend it to anybody a pleasant evening.

6 of us went for dinner to have a catch up. Good atmosphere in the restaurant (not too crowded) although they could invest in a new CD - Leona Lewis album on repeat from the moment we walked in, think we went through it 3 times! BYOB which is always great - they happily supply glasses! The food was great, we had a variety of lamb, chicken and veggie dishes, including the meat Thal and everything tasted great and was fresh. The only problem was the service, we waited 45 minutes before our order was even taken, and then it was about another hour until we were eating. Seemed to be understaffed with one waiter having to leave to do just eat deliveries. We weren’t in a rush but it was getting a little bit ridiculous, but all was forgiven when the food came.

To begin with, we were concerned due to the lack of licensing at the restaurant, but the combination of being able to bring our own drinks and the quality of the food changed our minds completely. The service was good and the food prompt, despite asking for a couple of bespoke dishes. Well done Cinnamon Spice!

recently changed hands , the food did take a dip , however , we gave it another go a few weeks later, and they seem to have sorted out the problems , we ordered similar dishes as before and they were so much better. The down side, they do not seem to be getting an alcohol licence so bring our own

We attended this restaurant last night at 9;30 at no time did the waiter tell us that they were closing early. we were greeted with curt service from the first gentleman and after ordering his impatience showed by him snatching the menus. we ordered onion bhajis to start and were told that all our food had bee prepared at the same time and asked if we would have it all together, well what choice did we have. before we had finished our meal a friendly elderly gentleman took my sons palte away whilst he was still eating. ay 10:45 all members of staff were essembling making it quite clear that we were not welcome. we paid our bill feeling that we could not eat our meal comfortably and left. we had no problem with themm telling us they were closing early but they took our money for food they made embarrassing to eat.

Very nice meal. Food hot and tasty. Reasonably priced with 20% off all sit down meals. No alcohol licence. Take your own booze. Soft drinks only sold. Would use again.

Never been here before but was told under new management. A nice welcome from a member of staff. very décor, airy and clean. Had a five course menu for a very reasonable price, available Monday to Thursday. No alcohol licence but a work in process, did not detract from the meal or staff. Chicken Chat starters was really nice and the naan bread was excellent. Food did not stay hot long as no table warmers. Food was well presented on the plate. free parking after 6.30pm, the car park may look packed but generally full of cars picking people up from the station. Would use again, which I think is the biggest indicator of a good meal.

Honestly, it wasn’t all that bad - but the service itself needs some attention. The food arrived, literally, with 1 minute to spare; quoted 18:50... arrived 18:49! Having said that, the restaurant messed up one of the main courses and trying to explain that proved to be an uphill struggle. The gentleman did offer to send a replacement main, but being as we had already sat down to eat we made do and just asked him to refund whatever the value of the wrong course was... he did tell me that the owner/manager/whomever was going to call back to sort that out... ... ... ... but as of 2 1/2 hours later that hasn’t happened... so, as per the star rating: food good, delivery bang on time... service: well as of now I’m not 100% happy, but the door is open for the restaurant to correct that.

the restaurant is bright , clean and the staff do all they can to please the customers -- the price is good , the portions are generous but unfortunately the food lacks flavour and if you order a few dishes , the food cools down quickly because there are no table food heaters. -- even the coffee , that was also very weak. maybe we were unlucky and if we visited again , a different chef , may put more flavour in the food .

overall flawless only down side my chicken dansak there was not a lot of sauce in it.

Food was really oily - was like eating an oil slick but food in resturant is really good. Had to also warm food up as was cold on delivery - bit of a let down!!

Meal was ok, one dish was very greasy. No complimentary poppodoms etc. One dish had spilt in the bag so the whole bag & dishes were covered!!!

Great food, polite service and just a good night out or in. I order takeaway from here whenever I want Indian food and would t go anywhere else now!

You delivered Tikka Massala, Not Chicken Tikka.. From experience it's not worth calling and waiting for the correct dish, because the rest goes Cold.

Restaurant changed delivery time from 18:10 to 18:20, called 10 minutes after to see where it was as still not arrived & was told would arrive in 5 minutes. Called 10 minutes later at 18:40 as still not arrived to be told that the driver had left at 18:15 & was at my front door which he was not! Told the restaurant if the food was cold we would not accept it & wanted a refund, food finally arrived at 18:55 - 35 minutes late & stone cold, advised the driver we would not accept it & to take it back & issue a refund for him to then argue with us that we had to accept the food. Disgraceful service & staff attitude!!!

I like this restaurant with the tasty food, clean decor and polite helpful waiters. The chicken chat puree for starters is the best and would recommend the banquet deal during the week. Good food at reasonable prices. I've eaten here quite a few times and everything I have tried has been very nice.

Very bland, both curry tasted the same even though one was a Madras and one a Dansak! Will not be using again.

I would recommend visiting during the week for the Banquet Meal. The food is lovely, and plentiful! Great for eating out n a budget, however tastes really great. Parking is easily available

Food is normally very nice which is why I use them unfortunately this meal was a bit of a disappointment. The chicken Bhuna was almost tasteless with a lot of oil / ghee floating on the top. The mushroom rice had little flavour and all meals were disappointing in the amount of chicken in the meals
