4 of us visited this small, but welcoming restaurant , part of the Dorset Arms Hotel. The food was well prepared and presented by our lovely waitress ( Rebecca). The service was good and the price very reasonable. A very good house white wine complemented the Chicken dishes. Well worth a visit, we will certainly return in the future.

Visited tonight. Mango chicken - no mango.napoli pizza - salty as hell! Safe to say we won't be back. Waitress - I would like to say she was rushed off her feet but I really can't. Safe to say we won't be returning.

The food was disgusting, the pasta was awful, as soon as the food came into the dining room there was a smell of cleaning fluid & the food also tasted of it too. Worst meal I’ve ever had!!! Will never go back

Food and atmosphere is great and economical, make a reservation to make sure you get a table. I like the chicken and prawn curry, I have it with rice and chips it's so creamy. All of the deserts are home made, including the cakes absolutely beautiful, my favourite starter is the mussels served in a garlic and wine sauce with bread.

We came for a Sunday lunch and were treated to a very hearty plateful of yumminess. We were greeted warmly by Stan and the service was attentive. Even with my challenging dietary requirements. The outside area is deceptively large and there were quite a few kids having a ball in the play area.

Eating here is always a tasty treat! We come quite often and see familar faces in both staff and customers. Our treat this time was from the special menu which is sometimes available; we had home made minestrone soup and belly pork with black pudding as our starters (the soup is always available on the normal menu, belly pork is on the special menu). Because Ive had it before I know the soup is home made from scratch and has big chunky veg in with just the right taste. The belly pork was to die for with crackling separate, lovely black pudding and a gorgeous creamy sauce. For mains we both had beef stroganoff from the special menu. I asked for it without mushroom and the chef was flexible enough to be able to do that for me. Loads of tasty strips of lean tender beef in sauce served with boiled rice. Extremely tasty! As we werent having dessert we also had a bowl of their gotgeous hand cut chunky chips to share as a side dish. A fantastic meal. For people wanting great value for money the "lunchtime special" is still served till 6pm which is the same minstrone soup or hand cut potato skins, any pizza or pasta from the main menu and ice cream or coffee all for £5.95. Absolutely amazing value, and cheaper than most takeaways!

Fantastic food prepared to your order. The quality and value are astounding with three courses for £5.95 its cheaper than a fast food takeaway and much better for you. All of the staff without exception are friendly and efficient. In a nutshell Cinatras is the best place to eat for miles around and we have many Italian restaurants some of whom match the price but cant touch the quality and service, then when you add in the beautifully kept gardens and aviary this really is a gorgeous place to eat.

Went to Cinatras for an anniversary meal with my husband we spent a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The food was delicious and the staff could not have been more helpful. We will definitely return. We chose this restaurant because we had our wedding reception there at Dorset Arms 48 years ago it was such a shame we didn't return sooner.

This was our first visit for my wife and I to this restaurant and we were not disappointed. We opted for the 3 course special which was a choice of minestrone soup or potatoes skins followed by a choice of pizza or pasta and to follow a choice of ice cream or coffee or you could opt for cake and pay an extra £1. We placed our order for potato skins with salad and two dips which when arrived were a plate full (as per photograph) This has to be the largest potato skin starter we have had. For our main course my wife ordered a margarita pizza with mushrooms and I ordered a lucifer pizza. Both of which were plentiful with toppings and tasty. The pizza base however was more like a pastry than a dough but still very nice. Coffee for our 3rd course was very nice. Service was perfect and you were left to enjoy your meal. The restaurant was clean and tidy and we'll presented however the table cloths gave the impression that you were more in a cafe than a restaurant so possible for a change of table clothes to white would be nice and the flowers on the tables replaced with a candle in a bottle to give that more Italian feel. I know that this restaurant must double up as the breakfast area for people staying at the Dorset Arms Hotel. Good facilities for disabled access also the disabled toilet does have baby changing facilities. A high chair is present in the dining area. Good value for money 3 course special £5.95 choice of wines and draft larger. If you have not been here before we would recommend.

This restaurant is part of the Dorset Arms pub and it's a lot better than you'd expect from looking at the pub and its bar. It probably only really deserves 3 blobs, but I was so pleased to find somewhere decent to eat in Wallsend, and the staff were so pleasant, it gets 4.

We've been here a few times and I've recommended this place to others too as you would be hard pushed to find better quality for the same price within several miles. The restaurant is inside the Dorset Arms pub/hotel with a nice garden and some owls and doves at the back which is great for keeping the kids entertained before or after their food.

We gave the chef a standing ovation after he had cooked us our meal. It was our last day if walking Hadrian's wall and we were staying at the Dorset Arms. The food we had was all freshly made and cooked beautifully, the best sea food pizza I have had in years and my companions meals of salmon risotto and carbonara were excellent too.
