Fantastic breakfast, I need to know where you buy your sausages!! Absolutely delicious. Everything piping hot, gorgeous sourdough bread. Not the cheapest breakfast but you can tell the ingredients aren’t the cheapest, I’m happy to pay the extra and enjoy it. Great, friendly service. Didn’t feel like we were rushed to leave. AAA ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Popped in for a coffee - very friendly and did their upmost to get us seated despite being absolutely packed - Service with a smile and a cracking cuppa!

True quality food and real friendly staff. They let your order at the door if your dog is with you and the outside space, even though by the road, is protected by screens. The decor is excellent and love the feel of the place.

Can’t fault this place, my favourite breakfast is French toast so I’ve had a fair few good ones. I can honestly say it’s the best one I’ve had and they let me add crispy bacon too! My husband had the full English and he also said it’s the best he’s had with good quality ingredients. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

We have never failed to have a wonderful experience at Cigno. Breakfast, brunch and lunch are always 5 stars. Friendly staff, great menu which is updated and varied periodically, great drinks selection and total hidden gem! I would highly recommend and we feel so lucky to have this on our doorstep.

Lovely Bistro - Attentive staff and amazing food. Best quality food I have had in a long time. Brunch menu is a little different without being pretentious. Could taste the quality of food and basically taste the fact that the chef cared about what he was cooking - cooked by someone who still obviously loves their job! A perfect little gem, cosy, friendly and the food is delicious. Our ‘go to’ cafe. A lovely range of food choices, delicious cakes and coffee. It gets busy, so best to book a table if you want to be certain to get seated. Tables are usually yours for 2 hours.

Delicious very well presented food, nice menu choices. Lovely latte. Waitress service to table and very helpful friendly staff. Food arrived promptly and really was delicious. Prices reasonable and comparable with similar places £14-£20 for brunch & latte Small and cosy with some outside seating, we didn’t book but booking advisable as very popular.

Thank you Gemma and the team for the excellent service today. The french toast with smoked bacon and maple syrup was truly scrumptious. My husbands bacon sandwich had a very generous portion of smoked bacon which he thoroughly enjoyed. We have always received excellent service when popping in for coffee. There is such a varied menu it is difficult to choose what to eat.

This is such a a little gem to have round the corner. The food is just so good, it's delicious and more and the menu options are brilliant, especially for vegetarians! Halloumi crumpets are to die for...next time I'm trying the Welsh rarebit on the new menu. The staff and owner Matt are lovely and so accommodating!! Our number one breakfast/brunch spot!

Popped in for a coffee and brunch yesterday .. this place exceeds all expectations. My bespoke coffee was so good I ordered two and then the avo on toast with poached egg and baby tomatoes was amazing! Tasty beyond belief. To top this the team there are so lovely .. accommodating, very polite and friendly and super efficient!

This is a great cafe right in heart of Burntwood, Matt & Gemma and the staff they employ have worked seriously hard to get the cafe where it is today. The food is absolutely first class and Matt does a great variety on the menu there’s always a smile and a warm welcome when u go, I would recommend this to anyone if you’ve not been before give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

Driven past Cigno so many times , finally got the opportunity to call in . We chose the Veggie breakfast rolls from the menu . The food is excellent here , so is their Coffee . The staff are very friendly & polite and service is also great . We look forward to coming back soon .

Amazing. Just visiting the area, and we lucked out to have breakfast in this fab coffee shop and kitchen. Seriously, it was the best English breakfast I've had in a long time. Scrambled eggs cooked perfectly, wonderful local sausages. Even the butter pack with the sourdough toast was chosen with care and without scrimping. My wife had toasted haloumi with egg dipped and pan-fried sourdough crumpets with chilli jam. Seriously tasty. Go visit if you possibly can, you won't be disappointed.

Phoned at 8am and booked a table for 9 am. Delicious breakfast and such friendly and efficient service. I had the eggs benedict and my parents had sausage sandwiches - clean plates all round and it was really filling. The coffee was lovely too. Hope to be back soon.

Quite simply the best breakfast. The food is of a very high quality. The portion size is generous, freshly cooked and arrives quickly. The service is always friendly. Booking is recommended. There are a good range of other types of breakfast, but you will do well to find a better fry up than this!

Have regularly grabbed a takeaway coffee from Cigno but today I opted to sit outside and order a club sandwich. Ingredients were fresh and the sandwich was delicious. Staff were top-notch too. Highly recommended!
