Had an awesome experience in dining at ciao bella.. We ordered Rocher Royale, Bella Bella, Rainbow cake and Brownie Fun Sundae. All of them were really delicious… 🍩🫠 And the staff there are really sweet too.. ☺️♥️

I ordered chocolate fudge cake and rocher royale and it tastes wonderful. Enjoyed my time here with my friends. The services provided was really excellent and I would recommend others to try the desserts and experience the atmosphere as well as the service in Ciao Bella.

As a fussy eater, it has taken me a very long time to find a dessert place that does everything i desire. Here we are with Ciao Bella. Good Food and local to me. Bad points: If ordered via Uber or Just Eat, they do not follow customer notes (so if you have any allergies beware). On 3 occasions I have ordered via Just eat, paid the delivery fee, only to receive the wrong item and have to go back to store to get it rectified. After 3 attempts and some months of not ordering from them, i attended on Saturday. Ordered 2x MILK CHOCOLATE Cookie Doughs and 1x Brownie Sundae (with only Vanilla Ice Cream). Order arrived after 15 minutes. Both Cookie Doughs were WHITE CHOCOLATE and were drizzled in Chocolate Sauce, which seemed to be a disguise... I challenged the staff and was told that "this is what we do these days". I will say again-when it comes to food, shops need to be very careful and serve customers what they order. Be clear what ingredients are in products and if a customer orders a Milk Chocolate Cookie Dough... Dont serve them a White Chocolate one..... They could be allergic to the ingredients!!!!!

Terrible experience. Flavours of hazelnut and raspberry ice cream were very very artificial. Utterly dreadful. Can’t believe I wasted £4 on this. Had somewhat high hopes since this is the only dessert place in the area, it’s just so sad.

Cake was reasonable, but I find it hard to believe it was "crafted to perfection in the heart of Selly Oak" sliced maybe, crafted no. Very clean shop.

Food poisoning from the brownie waffle. While eating the waffle it tasted very eggy and undercooked, the brownie toppings tasted old and raw too. 12hrs later I had the worst cramps, diarrhoea, and vomited 3 times in 2 hours. Not worth it.

Had two berry cheecakes as delivery today. It tasted very fatty and stale. I actually trusted online reviews and chose this shop for my wife's birthday sweets but now having tasted them I'll say I wouldn't go for it a second time.

Clean, friendly staff and large selection of desserts. Make sure you ask for water though as very sweet indeed. Went for the rainbow cake with custard and a scoop of salter caramel ice cream for my friend. Scoops are large. Will defo be popping back up again

Dessert was fantastic, one of the best in Birmingham. Staff are always friendly and upon request were able to personalise the cookie dough for my friend's birthday, going even further by adding free ice cream. Highly recommend

Ordered a milkcake from here and it was absolutely awful only way to put it, it tasted stale and dry with lumps of flour nothing like a milk cake. Very disappointing did mention it to staff at the counter and was just fobbed off. Would totally avoid and not waste your money like we did.

The desserts here are second to none. Ordered the Oreolicious sundae for the kids and they just loved it! The decor, service and relaxed ambiance make this such an amazing place.

I went to CIAO Bella desserts last week for my boyfriends birthday. I was extremely pleased with the service that was provided. The staff were very accommodating as I had a NUT allergy and they were extremely helpful in the options. Although the shop was very busy, our desserts were well presented in an efficient timely manner. Definite 10/10 Ciao 😉😉😉👌

So, went here for my boyfriends birthday as we wanted to get dessert, expected a lot especially from the instagram advertisements but to my disappointment, you should never trust anything you see on the internet. The service was one of the main issues as they were so slow and we were the only people in the shop, they weren’t accommodating and bought us out COLD custard with the cornflake tart. Also ordered a white choc cookie dough and they bought me a sample ice cream when they were meant to give me a big scoop in a gelato glass and they even said that themselves, but still charged me for it. The milk cake wasn’t soft and had bits in it as if it were sat around for a while. The shop has no atmosphere and the staff just like to sit around and hang with their friends. I asked for some more ice cream and they took 10 minutes to scoop it out the f tub because they were f around with each other. 1/10 experience, should’ve knew since lady leshurr made the quote, also the shop name is called ciao bella, i will definitely ciao bella myself out of here with no return. actually 0/10 birthday experience ruined. and apparently they also delete the reviews you post 😂😂😂

Ordered deliveroo from here today, ended up with way more than we expected because driver collected the wrong order. Called them and they were super nice and let us keep the food. Never had milk cake before so that was definitely a first, and the doughnuts were all super fresh and everything was super up to standards! Best way to end a Saturday night :)

Tried the hot crispy Waffles with gelato...a must try for dessert lovers. Also tried their special sundae, which was also a satisfying one. Will definitely back again.

I ordered 2 cookie doughs and the size of the cookie dough is not worth £8.95 on uber eats and it looks nothing like the picture! Its misleading and you need to change the size or the price!!

Pay over £25 and couldn’t get a straw for the milkshake covered in cream. Called to ask and they’ve argued the toss and told me it’s definitely in there it’s just see through 🙂 and when I told them I’d emptied the entire bag they said it must have fell out.. it came stapled shut so. Delicious if you’re not ordering milkshakes

Was down in Birmingham to visit and we was wanting to try a dessert place. This one popped up on our Uber eats page so we tried it. It was the best dessert place I've tried. So naturally we had to have it one more time before we left. The milkshakes tasted amazing and the chocolate fudge cake was moist and the best I've ever had! If we are ever in Birmingham again, then we will definitely be back for more 🥰

Really nice interior, cute small dessert place on the corner. My friend got the red velvet cake slice and enjoyed it! I got the ferrero Rocher waffles and they were really tasty. Also the presentation was good! Portion was great and the desserts were made fairly quickly. Giving only 4 because several things weren’t being served on the menu like smoothies and coffees I think it was, which was a bit disappointing. Overall I’d definitely recommend! :)

I'm not from the area but recently visited for the Stranger Things event, this was excellent and good value for money, my son loved it. The cookie dough was really tasty, next time I'm in the area I will definitely pop back in.

We came for the Stranger Things cookie dough experience. The experience was brilliantly themed, my two sons loved it as they’re huge fans. The actors were really into the experience and I loved all the videos and story’s on IG advertising the day. The actors spent time taking photos with us afterwards and were great. The demegorgon cookie dough was really tasty too. 10/10 thank you guys we will return

Extremely slow waited 40 mins for 3 scoops of cone which can be done in 1 min. Food being presented awfully, felling out all over the place with tiny small quantity. Tasteless way worse than magnum in terms of ice cream for sure.😴 Update: one more thing left to say: the guy before me ordered the same cone exactly with 3 scoops but way much more quantity than mine. I was expecting the same quantity plus these amount of time I waited so I reckon it as discriminating. Felling off part is when you were giving that to me, there was a stain on the ground as you may have seen so it was not my issue. was frustrated

Amazing! Cant believe I never noticed this dessert shop but then found out after research and tell you what it was amazing! One of the best Blue Lagoon mocktails I have ever had as well as the Desserts so scrumptious and delicious! Reasonable prices as well.

Delicious very good quality milk cake. Reminded me of one I had in Turkey. The cookie dough was ok. Definitely wouldn’t recommend delivery as the delivery portions look much smaller than the portions served in the restaurant. The delivery was quick. Also the staff seem quite nice from speaking to them on the phone.

Me and my girl were sprinting down North Road in the blistering cold. Being chased by rabid rodents and a mad driver, we luckily made it to safety inside of this beautiful establishment. My guy Manny was nice enough to take our order even though they were about to close. The service is always top notch, whether you visit them during rush hour or when it’s empty (which it rarely is). I’d highly recommend their cookie doughs and milkshakes.

At the end of an exhausting day, what more could one ask for but a delicious waffle covered in Oreo pieces and chocolate drizzle… The team there are super friendly, and their new waffle recipe is awesomely fluffy and delicious. Open until late so perfect for late night cravings!
