Always wanted to try this restaurant for a very long time. And then had an opportunity few weeks back. It's a must try for Nashville chicken burger and loaded fries. Many shops have loaded fries. But in most of them, the sauces only apply to few portion of the fries while bottom portions always remain plain. But this one is so good. With sauces spread all over the chicken and fries, you could feel the taste until the very last bite. I loved the Nashville tenders too. For people who prefers a spicy kick to the flavour, they should definitely try the Nashville dishes. The restaurant is underrated. For the experience it gives, it should have gone over many thousand reviews. I'm not sure if the location serves as a barrier to the visitors as it looks like it's located in a main road (although it is), but it's in a small road inside a main road. Note: They also offer phone call orders so you can order early before you arrive either for eat in or take out. Highly recommend.

This was the best burger I've ever eaten. Service was excellent. Food was 10/10 the lemon pepper chips, chicken tenders and the smash buger were fantastic. Will defo be going on a regular. Well done Chicka. 🤤

Visited Chicka today with a few friends, and we had a fantastic time. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcome from the start. Our food was freshly prepared and tasted great, which added to the overall positive experience. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Overpriced, tenders were bland and had no flavour. Ordered the Nashville burger and it had no flavour. Don't come here if you want a nice iftar.

The service they provide is beyond exceptional. They are the only store that I know of that recognises their customers and loyal customers through their service. I have family from Birmingham and London who loves having from Chicka. CHICKA is the first options for Good quality burgers and fries - BEEF are my favourite and they always give a generous amount that I share with my sister. The best burger I have ever had

At the start the service was so so so nice, especially the the staff members such as Hadiqua.And the food was mouthwatering the burgers and chips are fabulous, would recommend cheesy house fries and cheesy Cheeto house fries as they are both perfect blend of flavours

Both the chicken burger and smash burger were delicious! Soo juicy and full of flavour. I would highly highly recommend if you’re craving a great burger. The chicken tenders and sauce were soo good too.

The staff were lovely and extremely polite. I bought the big stack 5 smash patties and loaded fries. The loaded fries were really nice but the smash burger was oily and taste of oil i dont know if because they were so thin they picked up oil from the gridle but not a nice after taste !!

So today we travelled from Manchester to Birmingham with two of my cousins, It was my first time trying food in Birmingham as I was recommended this place. I can honestly say the food was amazing and we got a deal with a free smash burger but most of all the staff was so helpful and welcoming! Good customer service is key and it will always make people come back! The food looked great 🍔🍟, and overall, it tasted good. I got a mix of both chicken and beef to get a proper feel for the menu. The beef burger was nice—well-cooked, good flavour, and enjoyable—but there was nothing particularly special about it. It wasn’t one of those burgers that stand out or leave a lasting impression. The chicken, on the other hand, was just average. They marketed it as Nashville chicken, but it didn’t have that proper Nashville-style taste or spice—it was just standard fried chicken 🍗. From what I’d seen on TikTok, I was expecting more, but it didn’t have that bold flavour or seasoning that makes proper Nashville chicken what it is. It wasn’t bad, just not as special as the hype made it seem. The fries were decent, nothing out of the ordinary, and the loaded fries looked good but didn’t really have anything that made them stand out either 🍟. Portion sizes were alright—not too small, but not overly generous either. One thing I did really like was the variety on the menu 📜. There’s a good selection to choose from, and one thing that stood out to me was the range of dips they offer 🌶️🧄. There was a good mix of different flavours, which was a nice touch and added a bit more to the overall meal. Now, the restaurant itself is definitely aesthetically pleasing 💕. The pink theme is really well done, and they’ve clearly put effort into making it look nice. The seating area was comfortable, but it’s quite open, so if you’re looking for somewhere more closed off or with a bit more separation between tables, this isn’t really that kind of place. You’re sitting fairly close to other people, and with the large windows, you do feel quite exposed while eating. It’s a nice spot, but it leans more towards a casual, trendy place rather than somewhere for a relaxed meal. Customer service was great—no complaints there 👍. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d go again, but I’d say it is a bit of a TikTok hype 📲. Don’t get me wrong, the food is still nice, but it’s not as amazing as social media makes it seem. The beef burger was good but nothing special, the chicken was just average, but the variety of dips and menu options were a nice touch. It’s worth trying, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

Chicka is quite an extraordinary shop seen as it is bright pink and can stand out from space! The food was delicious along with the chips which was cooked really well however felt kind of too salty. The burger was nice and very big.

Me and my cousins were travelling and decided to do a pit stop in Birmingham. We ended up eating here and did not regret it. Amazing food and the staff showed great hospitality. Would definitely recommend and come again. One of the staff members gave us a space to pray and then served us pistachio flavoured coffees on the house for the road (best coffee I have ever drank).

Seven of us stopped at this amazing spot on Coventry Road before heading to the Liverpool game at Anfield and it did not disappoint! If you haven’t tried their smash burgers yet, you’re seriously missing out. They’re hands down the best I’ve had in Birmingham and their chicken tenders? Absolutely next level! I visited Chicka today with my friends and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The ambiance immediately stood out. The interior was stylish yet welcoming. Food was 10/10. The girl on till Shiza greeted us with warm smile and was attentive throughout the meal, offering excellent recommendations I tried Nashville salad on her recommendation and it was really nice.

It was very clean and the staff members Hadeeqa and Amani were super lovely and kind food was amazing.

Second time I’ve been to this place and I would 100% recommend. The food is really good and the atmosphere is beautiful. It was very nice and clean inside, the food didn't as long as I thought it would considering the girls were under a lot of pressure taking orders as it was quite busy. Have been to Chicka's a few times now and everything is exceptional and the quality of their food and service is always amazing. I always get the loaded fries which is a very generous portion for the price, however recently the nashville has been a bit saltier for my taste but still amazing quality. All the girls at the till are lovely and the fact they all wear abayas makes me and my friends feel so comfortable and its the first place in birmingham that I have seen do that. They deffo deserve all the hype!

Exceptional service and amazing food! I recently visited chikas with my friends to enjoy some food and was extremely happy with my experience. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was great and Alisha at the tills immediately provided us with amazing customer service. Throughout the whole experience from ordering to serving our food she was extremely kind and helpful. As for the food, it perfectly fit its description and was delicious, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The loaded fries were full of flavour and the burgers were perfectly crispy and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be returning to chikas, not just for the food but the great customer service and atmosphere it created for us. I highly recommend everyone to visit and try chikas!

Had a few burgers with family, service was good apart from one of the staff seemed quite rude and not much feedback when talking to her she didn't really seem bothered and quite stuck up (the one with headscarf and black country accent) other girls where really nice, food was decent prices ok, really didn't like the loud music speakers all over the celling you can't get away from it and even some foul language in the music especially with children about.

The food was absolutely amazing, the taste was top tier. I came all the way from London and really wish they had a branch in London. I ordered a Chicken Cheetos Loaded Fries along with an Original Burger and Chicken Strips Plain. The kids really loved the food as well highly recommended. The reason the service and atmosphere fell a bit short was because the service was standard, you go to the till order your food and the staff don't even smile! Then you go collect your food. The atmosphere again fell short because there was nothing special apart from being clean and tidy and the colour/design of the shop was above average. Once again overall the food was absolutely amazing and I definitely recommend giving this a try!

First time i had Chicka's and food tasted good chicken was soft and the triple smash burger tasted great . Wish there was more variety on the menu but the prices are in line with other places i do wish they had more seating space, I could see it getting packed out on a friday or saturday night. Parking wasn't an issue for us but on a busier night it could be so be wary of that.

Great food spot but very very stingy with the sauce pots especially when ordering off uber eats, I order from here often and there never used to be an issue getting sauces but now you only ever get 3 max which I don’t really agree with when you are spending £80 + on 3-4 people, I could purchase the sauce pots separately but 75 pence per sauce pot is very expensive and adds up especially when they are really small pots

Went there off a TikTok recommendation and this was the first place that was worth the visit! Food was phenomenal - not a lot of variety but what we got was to die for! The chicken was so delicious and beef was amazing, just melt in your mouth. The chicka sauce is just, there is no words. We got the chicken loaded fries and mixed the garlic parma fries into them it became next level.

The best way to describe Chickaz… In my opinion the best tasting high quality (Chicken) burgers in Brum at this moment in time. You just simply can’t get enough of the Nashville chicken burger/Kansas BBQ. Honestly, Chickaz tops all burger places in Birmingham when comes to chicken burgers. The consistency level is great and customer service is fairly positive. Highly recommend to try out this place, once again I must emphasise on the fact the Nashville burger is a MUST try, spice level is right on point. P.S. some of the chicken tenders are worth a try aswell

Brilliant, khadija and hadeeqa Hassan good service quality food very impressive definitely going again

I visited yesterday with a friend. There was a lot to choose from but Amani who served us made it an easy and comfortable experience, even though the shop was very busy. She gave us recommendations based on what we normally order elsewhere, let us know wait times and was very attentive making sure to ask us if we needed anything once we got served. I ordered the mango habanero burger with lemon pepper fries. The burger was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside with a sweet sauce to top it off. If you like things slightly sweet I would recommend it. 9/10 The fries were crispy, not too thin and not oily at all. 9/10
