Chicka in Birmingham

Chicka is quite an extraordinary shop seen as it is bright pink and can stand out from space! The food was delicious along with the chips which was cooked really well however felt kind of too salty. The burger was nice and very big.

I have ordered food from here on a few occasions and have been really impressed every time. The quality of the food is great, presented well and arrives hot. Would deffo recommend the BBQ burger and loaded fries.

Went here yesterday. Food was amazing the young girl serving had excellent customer services skills and is a great asset to the company. This will be my regular food spot from now on. This shop has nailed it on all aspects of there business.also loved the deco.all the best.

Great smash burger!!! Might be the best smash burger in Birmingham and the tenders were also great. My favourite flavour was the Nashville. Also excellent customer service from Kira who served us well. Excellent all round. We'll definitely be returning if we're in Birmingham.

Me and my cousins were travelling and decided to do a pit stop in Birmingham. We ended up eating here and did not regret it. Amazing food and the staff showed great hospitality. Would definitely recommend and come again. One of the staff members gave us a space to pray and then served us pistachio flavoured coffees on the house for the road (best coffee I have ever drank).

Seven of us stopped at this amazing spot on Coventry Road before heading to the Liverpool game at Anfield and it did not disappoint! If you haven’t tried their smash burgers yet, you’re seriously missing out. They’re hands down the best I’ve had in Birmingham and their chicken tenders? Absolutely next level! Huge thanks to Kira and the team for making us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. We’ll definitely be back Insha’Allah.

I visited Chicka today with my friends and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The ambiance immediately stood out. The interior was stylish yet welcoming. Food was 10/10. The girl on till Shiza greeted us with warm smile and was attentive throughout the meal, offering excellent recommendations I tried Nashville salad on her recommendation and it was really nice.

It was very clean and the staff members Hadeeqa and Amani were super lovely and kind food was amazing.

Second time I’ve been to this place and I would 100% recommend. The food is really good and the atmosphere is beautiful. It was very nice and clean inside, the food didn't as long as I thought it would considering the girls were under a lot of pressure taking orders as it was quite busy. We were served by 2 ladies Amani & Hadiqa both very well mannered & respectful. Excellent customer service!!

Amani and Alisha were so sweet and were so welcoming as we aren't from Birmingham. They were also very patient as we didn't know what to get. I 100% recommend.

Have been to Chicka's a few times now and everything is exceptional and the quality of their food and service is always amazing. I always get the loaded fries which is a very generous portion for the price, however recently the nashville has been a bit saltier for my taste but still amazing quality. All the girls at the till are lovely and the fact they all wear abayas makes me and my friends feel so comfortable and its the first place in birmingham that I have seen do that. They deffo deserve all the hype!

Had a few burgers with family, service was good apart from one of the staff seemed quite rude and not much feedback when talking to her she didn't really seem bothered and quite stuck up (the one with headscarf and black country accent) other girls where really nice, food was decent prices ok, really didn't like the loud music speakers all over the celling you can't get away from it and even some foul language in the music especially with children about.

Exceptional service and amazing food! I recently visited chikas with my friends to enjoy some food and was extremely happy with my experience. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was great and Alisha at the tills immediately provided us with amazing customer service. Throughout the whole experience from ordering to serving our food she was extremely kind and helpful. As for the food, it perfectly fit its description and was delicious, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The loaded fries were full of flavour and the burgers were perfectly crispy and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be returning to chikas, not just for the food but the great customer service and atmosphere it created for us. I highly recommend everyone to visit and try chikas!

The food was absolutely amazing, the taste was top tier. I came all the way from London and really wish they had a branch in London. I ordered a Chicken Cheetos Loaded Fries along with an Original Burger and Chicken Strips Plain. The kids really loved the food as well highly recommended. The reason the service and atmosphere fell a bit short was because the service was standard, you go to the till order your food and the staff don't even smile! Then you go collect your food. The atmosphere again fell short because there was nothing special apart from being clean and tidy and the colour/design of the shop was above average. Once again overall the food was absolutely amazing and I definitely recommend giving this a try!

First time i had Chicka's and food tasted good chicken was soft and the triple smash burger tasted great . Wish there was more variety on the menu but the prices are in line with other places i do wish they had more seating space, I could see it getting packed out on a friday or saturday night. Parking wasn't an issue for us but on a busier night it could be so be wary of that.

Great food spot but very very stingy with the sauce pots especially when ordering off uber eats, I order from here often and there never used to be an issue getting sauces but now you only ever get 3 max which I don’t really agree with when you are spending £80 + on 3-4 people, I could purchase the sauce pots separately but 75 pence per sauce pot is very expensive and adds up especially when they are really small pots

Went there off a TikTok recommendation and this was the first place that was worth the visit! Food was phenomenal - not a lot of variety but what we got was to die for! The chicken was so delicious and beef was amazing, just melt in your mouth. The chicka sauce is just, there is no words. We got the chicken loaded fries and mixed the garlic parma fries into them it became next level.

The best way to describe Chickaz… In my opinion the best tasting high quality (Chicken) burgers in Brum at this moment in time. You just simply can’t get enough of the Nashville chicken burger/Kansas BBQ. Honestly, Chickaz tops all burger places in Birmingham when comes to chicken burgers. The consistency level is great and customer service is fairly positive. Highly recommend to try out this place, once again I must emphasise on the fact the Nashville burger is a MUST try, spice level is right on point. P.S. some of the chicken tenders are worth a try aswell

We ordered Pistachio Kunfa Cheesecake and it was so delicious. Anisa and Hessa served us and they were very friendly and professional.

I visited yesterday with a friend. There was a lot to choose from but Amani who served us made it an easy and comfortable experience, even though the shop was very busy. She gave us recommendations based on what we normally order elsewhere, let us know wait times and was very attentive making sure to ask us if we needed anything once we got served. I ordered the mango habanero burger with lemon pepper fries. The burger was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside with a sweet sauce to top it off. If you like things slightly sweet I would recommend it. 9/10 The fries were crispy, not too thin and not oily at all. 9/10

We came from Cardiff just to try Chikas from recommendations and it did not disappoint! I got the rings burger and it was amazing!! The people at the shop were also so kind and friendly, we went 15minutes before closing and they let us stay and finish our food without any issues!!

Amazing Food and Exceptional Service at Chikas! We visited Chikas (16th October) to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was top-notch. Amaani , in particular, stood out. From taking our order to serving our food, she was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. As for the food, we couldn’t have asked for better. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, the chicken tenders were perfectly crispy, and the loaded fries were simply delicious. It was clear that a lot of care goes into both the preparation and presentation of the food. We’ll definitely be returning to Chikas, not just for the amazing food but for the excellent service that made our evening extra special. Highly recommended!

Onion rings dead. Smash burger was dead, too much onions on it, loaded fries was dead, too runny, chips soggy, nice decor, but food isn’t the one. Wrong tenders too.

Big thick pieces of chicken are used for their chicken burgers which oozes flavour consistently. Smash burgers are always melt-in-the-mouth and I've not had a bad experience from them from the multiple times i've ordered. Probably the most juiciest burgers in all of Brum. Consistency is key which most places seem to lack, so it's nice to see they've not cut down on their quality.

Travelled with family from Leicester as heard many good things about this place, I can safely say it lived up to the hype, staff who served me made is a pleasurable experience and the food was 10/10, will definitely be back again.

I recently visited Smash Burger on Coventry Street, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The menu has a great selection of smash burgers, and I opted for their The Rasher burger, which was perfectly cooked with a crispy edge and juicy inside, exactly how a smash burger should be. Passing by so stopped for a 🍔. The place is busy, modern and bright. Placed an order which took about 15 minutes to prepare. Burgers were nice, and chips were heavily coated in red salt, which I couldn't enjoy. Tried the tenders, which were a letdown. Cooked nicely, but the coating was way too salty. They don't sell meals, so you have to buy everything separately, way overpriced £44 for 2 burger meals and tenders. Not for me, sorry.

The welcoming from the staff was really good. There was abit of a wait for the food to arrive after ordering as it was a Saturday when I visited and it was mega busy. The wait was worth it, as the burger was absolutely fantastic, I ordered the Big Smash. The price is abit on the high end for a smash burger restaurant but this is a must try place at least once.

Second time of coming here. The food is delicious, the place is very well presented and spotless. The service given to us by a lady named Hadiqa is impeccable. She is welcoming, helpful, kept the place immaculate and handles everything with a smile. There were 11 of us eating this time, the place was already busy, a man dropped a bottle (went everywhere). She dealt with it all, nothing was too much for her. She is a credit to you!
