Great food, everything was fresh and hot, it was quick and the tables were clean Amani was helpful when ordering and checked up on us while we was eating

I visited yesterday with a friend. There was a lot to choose from but Amani who served us made it an easy and comfortable experience, even though the shop was very busy. She gave us recommendations based on what we normally order elsewhere, let us know wait times and was very attentive making sure to ask us if we needed anything once we got served. I ordered the mango habanero burger with lemon pepper fries. The burger was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside with a sweet sauce to top it off. If you like things slightly sweet I would recommend it. 9/10 The fries were crispy, not too thin and not oily at all. 9/10

Food was nice we had the classic chicken burger and smash burger and both were nice. Hessa was so lovely, literally writing this review only as she grave us attentive service and my daughter loved her :)

Everything was Top Notch. It was the first time ever that I did not even touch the sauces provided with the Food, eventhough the sauces were house special as well but food was so delicious that felt absolutely no need for sauces

First time i had Chicka's and food tasted good chicken was soft and the triple smash burger tasted great . Wish there was more variety on the menu but the prices are in line with other places i do wish they had more seating space, I could see it getting packed out on a friday or saturday night. Parking wasn't an issue for us but on a busier night it could be.

We came from Cardiff just to try Chikas from recommendations and it did not disappoint! I got the rings burger and it was amazing!! The people at the shop were also so kind and friendly, we went 15minutes before closing and they let us stay and finish our food without any issues!!

Amazing Food and Exceptional Service at Chikas! We visited Chikas (16th October) to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was top-notch. Amaani , in particular, stood out. From taking our order to serving our food, she was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. As for the food, we couldn’t have asked for better. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, the chicken tenders were perfectly crispy, and the loaded fries were simply delicious. It was clear that a lot of care goes into both the preparation and presentation of the food. We’ll definitely be returning to Chikas, not just for the amazing food but for the excellent service that made our evening extra special. Highly recommended!

Onion rings dead. Smash burger was dead, too much onions on it, loaded fries was dead, too runny, chips soggy, nice decor, but food isn’t the one. Wrong tenders too.

The only downfall about this place is there isn't more of them so i have to drive 40 mins to get one hopefully you will consider opening one in north birmingham too the food is absolutely amazing

Travelled with family from Leicester as heard many good things about this place, I can safely say it lived up to the hype, staff who served me made is a pleasurable experience and the food was 10/10, will definitely be back again.

Big thick pieces of chicken are used for their chicken burgers which oozes flavour consistently. Smash burgers are always melt-in-the-mouth and I've not had a bad experience from them from the multiple times i've ordered. Probably the most juiciest burgers in all of Brum. Consistency is key which most places seem to lack, so it's nice to see they've not cut down on their quality.

The taste, the choice, the staff, the atomosphere, all 10/10. A "must visit" if you're in and around Birmingham. Will visit again.

What a waste of time, the thank you very much Chicka and to the management. You guys call yourself's the in brummie. I follow you guys closely on insta. So if you knew that the grill machine for the smash patties will be out of use. You should let public the know, very poor communication skills. Who's going to wait 2hours until the new machine installed, should have been done before. Thanks

I recently visited Smash Burger on Coventry Street, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The menu has a great selection of smash burgers, and I opted for their The Rasher burger, which was perfectly cooked with a crispy edge and juicy inside, exactly how a smash burger should be. Highly recommended 👏👏👏

Mashaallah this restaurant is worth every penny to visit! The chicken tenders were the juiciest I’ve ever tried and the spicy smash burger was 10/10. The ladies were very courteous and helpful when ordering too👌🏾

Nice decor thats where it ends. Over priced for what we got, if there was quality then I wouldn't mind paying... Hardly any meat in the smash burgers, hardly any fries for the price.

Passing by so stopped for a 🍔. The place is busy, modern and bright. Placed an order which took about 15 minutes to prepare. Burgers were nice, and chips were heavily coated in red salt, which I couldn't enjoy. Tried the tenders, which were a letdown. Cooked nicely, but the coating was way too salty. They don't sell meals, so you have to buy everything separately, way overpriced £44 for 2 burger meals and tenders. Not for me, sorry.

The welcoming from the staff was really good. There was abit of a wait for the food to arrive after ordering as it was a Saturday when I visited and it was mega busy. The wait was worth it, as the burger was absolutely fantastic, I ordered the Big Smash. The price is abit on the high end for a smash burger restaurant but this is a must try place at least once.

Second time of coming here. The food is delicious, the place is very well presented and spotless. The service given to us by a lady named Hadiqa is impeccable. She is welcoming, helpful, kept the place immaculate and handles everything with a smile. There were 11 of us eating this time, the place was already busy, a man dropped a bottle (went everywhere). She dealt with it all, nothing was too much for her. She is a credit to you!

I'd say the best burgers and tenders in Brum highly recomend the Nashville and sauces are very good. Good service too, only downside is the size of the shop.

Have heard a lot of good reviews about this place, so I thought why not give it a go. Im not usually one to write reviews unless a place is really good. This is BETTER than good!! Although it is a little on the pricier side, the food was worth every penny and honestly you get so much food and the taste is just banging. Defo recommend. Will come inside to try next time!

I’ve come to Chickas several times and I have to say the food is perfect, and the customer service is brilliant, served by khadija and hadiqa.

Burger was over cooked. Tenders were terrible. Same with chips.

My favourite burger spot. One of those places you almost don't want to tell people about because you want to keep it to yourself. Never had a bad experience. The smash burgers are fantastic, and the Nashville chicken burger is very similar to Dave's hot Chicken In America. Fully Halal menu, 10/10 would recommend.

The best Smash Burger in Birmingham! I love smash burgers and after trying a few of them Brum, I gotta say its the best one so far. The sauces were too good, the patty was amazing and the fries were good as well. I was taken care by Hadiqa who was kind amd caring!

Chika is on of best places in Birmingham I really enjoyed the food. I have to admit that I have been blown away by the taste and flavour. If you want to treat yourself just come to Chika, a fireworks on your mouth and the staffs are amazing a warm welcome from the start to the end I absolutely love it 😍

Was meant to come here long ago since I have been pestered by my mates about how good this place was. So finally decided to land down yesterday since it was 50% off the entire menu! I can wholeheartedly say that it did not disappoint. Despite the long queue that was out the door the food came out fresh and hot. The big smash and the Nashville burger stole the show for me. The chicken was Crispy fresh spicy just a blast of flavours all at once. The big smash was also spectacular. It wasn’t your ordinary beef patties they were Angus beef and you could really tell the difference! Every bite I took the patties melted in my mouth. We also got the chicken cheese fries which were fantastic. Oh yeah how can i forget about the tenders. Seriously guys i have no clue what they put in it but its like crack!! One you start you cant stop. This spot really brings up the food standards for Birmingham. Lovely staff didn’t look annoyed or angered when i know i would’ve been considering how jam-packed it was! 10/10 make sure you go you will not be disappointed.

First time trying out Chicka after hearing some good stuff about this. We visited as a family of 4 and were warmly greeted by Hadiqa at the front of house. There wasn’t a table free but she happily and quickly got one ready for us. The food came out and was warm, fresh and yummy. As we were eating, we noticed Hadiqa was greeting customers, taking orders and clearing up tables as soon as she could. She truly is a gem and an asset to the team. It’s nice to see good customer service and friendly face when eating out. Well done to the team at Chicka. Defo visit this place for the yummy food and the best smash burger I’ve had to date.

The food was very nice and tasty, great flavour and came really quickly with extra dips. The staff were really kind and friendly and the person who served me was named Amani. I had high expectations for this place but apparently it wasn’t so good I ordered Nashville burger and tenders thinking they’re going to be nice as I’ve had Nashville before but this was vile batter was falling off the batter itself was so sweet no spice at all literally I understand Nashville chicken does have a touch of sweetness but this was just pure sweet and it had like a honey kind of taste to it which I don’t understand it was non spicy at all I can get a spicier chicken burger from down the road at the chippy same as my burger same taste and batter was falling off by the looks of it it looks really really spicy but it’s just pure sweet

Very nice food and the people in there are very pleasant too, everything I've been here I've never really waited to long, the burgers here are incredible and one of the best places I've been for burgers, great different variety of food and the place it self inside is nice.

The food is always 10/10. Presentation, taste, just absolute perfection. The burgers are cooked to perfection. The loaded fries, specifically the Cheetos one… divine. Every single sauce is delicious. I would like to mention, I think the drinks selection could be more broad.

I have just eaten here. I came from Woking and I got the Nashville chicken loaded fries with a side of onion rings. The whole meal I was silently just enjoying my meal. The loaded fries were very big and tasty. The onion rings were very yummy as well. Tonight I will be sleeping like the attached image.

Took my son after a class at the Ihya Yardley Centre. Ordered the mushroom smash burger and a couple of classics. Perfectly crispy on the edges and very meaty, with the two smashed patties. Didn't have to wait for long either. Thanks for a top quality lunch!

So what can I say about this place the food was amazing the best smash burgers without a doubt loaded fries were tasty with the chicken and sauces were flavourful, definitely will be going back let's just hope they keep their standards in the long run

Located off the main road in a side street, a decent amount of free parking. Venue is bright and welcoming, clean and presentable inside with a easy menu to choose from. Only fancied burgers, so got the 'classic smash' and 'big smash', food was ready in about 10 mins. Asked the server if they could cut the burgers in half to make it manageable in the car, they happily obliged. The burgers were both big, good quality meat/bun/sauce. Can't go wrong here.

On a drive out through Birmingham we came across this chic burger joint,recommended by my hubby and it did not disappoint! Alhumdulillah ma sha allah! We were served but a very lovely girl called sidra and she recommended a few items the nashville burger and the mango habernero and the smash loaded fries We also ordered the parmesan fries and their Korean bbq tenders and classic tenders. Everything came out fresh and hot. The food was delicious and everyone really enjoyed it! Would definitely return. The staff were very welcoming and attentive and were always smiling allahuma barik! I have been a regular customer to this shop for the past year and last week on Wednesday there was a lady with a scarf on who served me and she was very rude and disrespectful..i kindly asked for some extra sauce after having ordered £40 worth of food and only receiving 2 tubs after this she threw 1 single tub at me me with attitude so now i am left with 3 sauce tubs and 5 peoples food. Theres no disrespect to the food quality at all as i go regularly every month and spend £250 of a minimum, however the staff highly disgusted me by treating me with such disrespect that i feel ashamed to go back and shop there i will be expressing my review all over my social medias and solihull and sheldon pages as this is not how a loyal regular customer should be treated!

Went twice to this place, the burgers are fantastic so juicy and delicious. The intent decor is amazing, although it’s a lot similar to Archie’s but it’s definitely bright and different. The staff are friendly. The second time I went, they missed one item but happily provided the missed item.

Great burgers. Definitely some of the best in birmingham. However the chicken tenders..... don't do it. It tasted so bad I wouldn't even feed it to my dog.

Chicken quality was poor. Parmesan garlic fries were nowhere near as good as the price you pay for them. The flavour on my nashville tenders was weird. The food ruined me. Crossed off my list.

The flavour was actually good but when you order a 'nashville burger' you expect a big chicken fillet, not 2 small strips. Disappointing for the price.
