EIS Cafe Sparkbrook in Birmingham

Cookie was amazing with mouth watering gooey texture. I ordered caramel latte and i was given cappuccino. Which was quickly changed by staff but it was sooooooo sweet that i was not able to drink it and i left it as it is. Update 2025. I had hot chocolate and once again, it was sooooooo sweeeet. Never had so much of sugar at once. Adding picture as well. They need to test their drinks before they serve or control quantity of ingredients.

Nice place overall, i tried the pizookie which looked like something new and i've never had it and enjoyed it from but it is something very filling and nice, service was good here too but big step to get in, not suitable for everyone.

Best deserts in the UK by far. Every single item on the menu is 10/10. Highly recommend the pistachio/dubai desserts.

EIS cafe was very clean, calm and the employees very calm & kind. Even the WCs were super clean and comfortable to use. Every item available looked so delicious. I got the kinder bueno baked cheesecake to takeaway and the gentleman kindly put my sauce in a separate tub for me too. It was so gooood. Not too heavy at all. Would defo come back here to dine in with a hot drink too next time!

Great dessert after a hot curry

Travelled from Nottingham only to come here. Ever since I've tried it I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everything made in house and Fresh and can't fault the service. Best desserts in the COUNTRY.

Had a car accident, not a very good day. Came to eis cafe, and they took care of me straight away Had a caramel brownie and it took away the frown-y, now I feel happy and far from sappy

Absolutely loved my visit to Eis Cafe! The cookie waffle was a perfect balance of warm, gooey, and crispy—seriously indulgent and so satisfying. Paired it with their mango smoothie, which was super refreshing, fruity, and just the right amount of sweet. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were spot on. Definitely a treat worth coming back for!

Nice place for a dessert in town tried there fudge brownie waffle/the waffle cookie was amazing and there hot chocolate was next level and the staff was great they serve very well must visit soon again

I had a cookie dough and it was quite dry and overpriced as for the customer service i know it was late and busy but at least smile the boy serving me at the till was very moody !

Come here every week been visiting the Coventry road branch and the lady pool road branch perfect for desserts came here a few days ago with a few friends and they absolutely loved it we ordered 3 cakes and 3 milkshakes and can I just say they never fail desserts are banging as usual just what you need after a long day of week. Shop is so nice and clean with a nice white atmosphere loved the customer service aswell by Mohamed. Recommendations from him were 10/10 thanks so much @eis cafe

I was served by a lad called Mo, he was very polite and welcoming. I come at least once A week and the service is always to a good standard. There is always a calm atmosphere and the staff are respectful. I would highly recommend.

I visited Eis Cafe on Ladypool Road last weekend with some friends and had a fantastic experience! We ordered the Nutella Locoshake and the S’mores Pizzookie—both were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The waffle was fresh and warm, and the milkshake was rich without being too heavy. The cafe had a cozy, modern vibe with artistic touches that made it feel really welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful even though it was busy. Highly recommend this spot if you’ve got a sweet tooth

I ordered the Dubai chocolate cake, and it was absolutely delicious! The Yemeni tea was also great—perfectly brewed and not too sweet. I had a wonderful time at Eis Cafe. The service was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

I visited Eli’s Café recently and had the pleasure of being served by Suhayb — and honestly, he made the whole experience exceptional. I ordered the vanilla matcha and a cinnamon roll, and both were absolute perfection. The vanilla matcha was smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet, and the cinnamon roll was warm, soft, and just the right amount of indulgent. But what really stood out was Suhayb’s service — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He took time to explain the menu, made thoughtful recommendations, and created such a relaxed and friendly vibe. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience. Shoutout to Suhayb for making my visit so memorable — will definitely be coming back!

Eis Cafe is our go-to spot, especially after Taraweeh. My husband and I love the atmosphere, the food is always amazing, and the service is top-notch.
