I ordered the Dubai chocolate cake, and it was absolutely delicious! The Yemeni tea was also great—perfectly brewed and not too sweet. I had a wonderful time at Eis Cafe. The service was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

I visited Eli’s Café recently and had the pleasure of being served by Suhayb — and honestly, he made the whole experience exceptional. I ordered the vanilla matcha and a cinnamon roll, and both were absolute perfection. The vanilla matcha was smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet, and the cinnamon roll was warm, soft, and just the right amount of indulgent. But what really stood out was Suhayb’s service — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He took time to explain the menu, made thoughtful recommendations, and created such a relaxed and friendly vibe. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience. Shoutout to Suhayb for making my visit so memorable — will definitely be coming back!

Been going to the Cov Road branch for years and tried this one out to see if it would live up to the same standard. Glad to see the same concept. Friendly workers, good service, quality desserts and no music. Great to take both your family and friends.

Nice quirky place with good tea.

We were welcomed Mohamad.d and he was quick to sort out some seats for us. he helped us through the menu as it was our first time, he was very patient with us as we were a group of 12 people and very indecisive, but Mohamad.d was able to help us make the best choice and everyone enjoyed their desserts. I personally love a coffee after iftaar and Mohamad.d recommended me the Spanish coffee and it was unbelievable, overall the experience was excellent l!

Always come here for dessert when I visit Birmingham. They do the best desserts, not just the standard desserts you get in a dessert place. They have new desserts to try and add new things to the menu. They are always friendly and kind

I come from Spain to this cafe because it is quite popular and the truth is that I was pleasantly surprised. Quite pleasant staff treatment. We had a coffee, a Moorish tea and a Turkish kunafah and everything was top ten. I would return without hesitation. I highly recommend it.

I had a very bad experience, the staff were so arrogant and rude and were not welcoming at all, when I was ordering their was no help or real passion from the server as it was my first time here and then after waiting more than 30 minutes the food and drinks arrived but the drinks arrived cold and when we told the staff they acted like it was our fault and when the server brought it back he slammed it on the table with so much arrogance and he was the same server who served us, it was like we owned him money or something very arrogant and ruined the experience Don’t recommend and it’s not worth the hype

Ridiculously expensive over £20 for two plain cakes and custard which were probably worth £5 max each.

Great place to get some tea with friends/family. Can recommend the moroccan mint tea and the milky tea (forget the exact name). They have a great seating area and the place is well decorated.

I usually come here for their unique ice cream flavours which are all so flavoursome. Decided to try a waffle and milkshakes from their menu. Unfortunately the appearance and size of the waffle considering the price was very disappointing. The milkshakes also had no flavour to them very plain and mid.

Desserts were great, and I just wanted to mention that the person who served me, a young man with spiky hair, touched me by offering my nieces samples without asking. They got to try ice cream before I purchased any. They had a lemon cake ice cream, which was divine, but this was replaced with the Dubai ice cream. I will have to try it next time.

Great Mexican hot chocolate served with marshmallows, a nice twist to your traditional hot chocolate as it has a kick of cinnamon added to it. They’re serving the viral Dubai cake, which was very heavy but so worth it; has almost two portions in one serving so good value for your money. If you’re a chocolate lover you will not regret this dessert as it has the perfect layer of chocolate and cake. We also had the ferrero milk cake which was also a hit. Clean aesthetics to the cafe, perfect spot to relax or to catch up. Always worth visiting

Eis Cafe has good quality desserts, but the menu feels a bit boring. It used to be unique, but it seems to have lost that special touch.

A very cosy Cafe with great customer service. Located in a very busy area, somewhat difficult to find parking. The Kunafe was extremely sweet and I was unable to finish it. The drinks were on the lighter side, with subtle flavouring.

Desserts taste absolutely awful with no good variety. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. There’s better dessert shops around on ladypool road. I ordered a lotus cheesecake and it had an off smell to it. Definitely won’t be going back again

Had such a lovely time here ending my birthday post dinner at Ladypool Road. We got the Dubai Dream Cake with Pistachio & Red Velvet Oreo Cake. Both of these were an absolute DREAM 🥰 A huge fan and will be visiting again!

£9.10 for a rubbery textured kunafe over powered with pistachio sauce was not worth it. it’s not fresh, cooked from frozen. ‘Please leave this beautiful tasty Middle Eastern dessert alone, stop spoiling the texture by modifying’ £3.20 for an English tea was a one off!
