I ordered a spicy donner kebab and it was very enjoyable, the delivery was quick and I will definitely be back shortly.

Been using this for years, sadly prices keep going up and quality and portions keep going down. Not sure if it's a new owner but definitely not the same as a couple of years back. Usually buy once a week but won't be coming back

I didnt mind paying the old price for the banquet deal but it seems to have gone up a couple of times in the past year. I know the cost of everything has gone up but when quality drops and you dont get as much its become hard to pay the money. Wont be back sadly, used to be unreal as well!

Waited over an hour repeatedly told they were on there way, couldn't find the address and expected us to pay full price I refused so they decided to cancel the order, do no use them.

Order from here every week. Food is amazing. Used this take away for over 13 years wont go anywhere else. Delivery driver is excellent and very friendly. Highly recommend

Went online to order hit the menu button and nothing happened,this is basic stuff,went elsewhere.

Lively food. Had a chicken tikka kebab. Liked that i did not want chips or salad and asked if I would like it in a nan breads at no extra cost

I have been using this Indian takeaway for years and I have never had a bad meal from here The menu is great with lots of choice A excellent selection of special meal deals on offer The food is always of high quality and generous portions and excellent value for money If something isn't on the menu they will make it for you I can't praise this takeaway enough The staff are extremely helpful and they will even recommend dishes for you to try If you haven't used this takeaway before give them a try I guarantee you won't be disappointed Keep up the good work lads John low fell

Just revived our order only thing that has split our order is the chips we've paid for haven't been received and food only warm!

We have been ordering from here for years but when we placed our meal on New years eve we wont be going back, Ordered food and was told 1 hr 45 minutes delivery so we waited over 2 1/4 hrs the food still hadn't arrived so we phoned the shop and they said it was waiting for the driver so we gave them the benefit of the doubt with it being New years eve, phoned back 10 minutes later to offer to collect and they then said they was only boxing it up so there was the first lie. We then ended up collecting it and i asked for the delivery charge to be refunded to which i was laughed at by the guy behind the counter and offered a bottle of fanta. We got home sorted the food out and items were missing so we phoned up the shop to make them aware to which they replied "Can you come back and get it" of course we didn't so they offered us a free meal on our next order. Phoned up to order 05/01/21 to which we asked for our free meal and they turned around and said no we will give you a free nan bread so again another lie!!!! I am a firm believer of good customer service and treating your repeat customers fairly to which they have now lost a valuable customer. Shocking definitely wont be ordering again.

As a family of 3, we always get the platter meal. We live too far away for it to be delivered so we collect. It's a 10-15 minute car journey however our food is always hot still by the time we arrive and always delicious. There are Indian takeaways nearer to where we live but we always opt for the Chutney in Wrekenton.

Pre ordered at 3.30pm for 6.45pm arrived 45 minute's late and the food was luke warm first time customer however we won't be returning for a second.

Walked in to be stated at! I politely greeted one members of staff that came out. This greeting wasn't returned! When I requested help from this member of staff I was turned away! Not helpful and ver rude! Shame on you!

A party of 14 of us celebrated a 60th birthday here on a Saturday night & everybody totally enjoyed it. Our food was delicious & the staff very accommodating & helpful. Would return & recommend.

The customer service from this place is a total joke it lets the whole place down. Orders Never arrive on time, no apology. Their website as basic as it is never works yet they basically imply you are a liar when you say the discount applies online yet he says it doesn’t. They delivered my order and hour and a half late and failed to add in a starter I had paid for online, conveniently were unable to offer a refund as they don’t deal with cards. Yet when the website is down just like that they can take card payments! Inconsistent and lacking in customer service skills!

If you prefer cost over quality then this is the place for you. They do a couple of offers that appeal due to their low price but to be honest, it's not the best food... The curries are bland and very watery, the Keema pilau rice was better but had way too much coriander in. Decent sized naan breads but the poppadoms were soft and limp! Chicken tikka used in starters doesn't taste "fresh", more like it's been cooked and reheated in a microwave. The mint sauce however was zesty and full of flavour!! Overall, give it a try if you're looking for an Indian takeaway that's reasonably priced!

Ordered 7.20 pm told would be an hour-now 9.15 pm and still no delivery! Absolute joke

Waited nearly 2 hours for our delivery when told would be an hour, after 2 phone calls eventually turned up😓😠😠😠😠👀👀 terrible service!

Just waited an hour and 50 minutes despite constant it'll be there in five minutes. Turned up stone cold and even though promised that it would be free due to the ridiculous delay they would only accept a discounted price.

The best Indian takeaway in the Northeast. Great, tasty food there is by far. Nearly tried all of the menu, no complaints.

Great to have such a fantastic quality indian takeaway in this area. Food really is a high standard for a takeaway and very reasonably priced for indian cuisine. I highly recommend the Chicken Adrak, and Mixed Special Rice. Fantastic.
