Churrosnchill in Stirling

I don’t understand any other reviews, as being over in Florida every year, I have tasted many churro’s, but the ones here are far and above the ones over there. I so enjoy them, and for the money, they are so really good!!!!

I think we tried nearly all the menu between us! We tried the milk shakes, churros box, cookie dough, icecream and slush!!! The variety of choice made our mouths water!! And we found the staff helpful. We liked churrosnchill on Facebook now.. for comps and giveaways! Our visit was a huge hit with the family!

Despite the reviews, was going to give churros and chill a try today. Says on website 2-10 Monday to Thursday and 12-10 Friday to Sunday. I phoned at around 2.30pm and told that they didn't open till 5. The man I spoken with presumably the owner was grumpy at the fact I told him he should update the website as it's misleading. Doubt I'll try in future now. Review date 14/06/2022 3.38pm

Ordered for delivery and the food did not arrive. Called the restaurant over 10 times and there was no answer. I’m only giving one start because there is no option to give zero stars! I can not stress it enough, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! You’ll just be throwing your money away.

Had been on the Saturday night and ordered 6 churros for us to share, they were absolutely great. We didn’t wait too long, however we did have to pop across to the local garage for some juice, as the choices were poor in the store. We decided to go back again tonight, as we enjoyed it so much. This time we ordered the 9 churros, and again they were great. However, the 35 minute wait for 1 slush and 9 churros was a joke. We were very close to asking for our money back and walking out. It is very apparent that delivery orders get the biggest priority over customers who take time to come through. As petty as it sounds - a small “thanks for waiting” would have been appreciated. As the other reviews have outlined, the food hygiene standards are non-existent. Gloves were no-where to be seen, which isn’t great when you are handling food for others. Masks were worn…but only behind the till. A few small changes would make this a great place in Stirling.

The food is fantastic. However, the place is let down by the staff. We drove into the car park and there was a member of staff smoking outside the back door. I went round the front and into the building and I could smell the smoke coming in through the back door. The member of staff then came in playing with her phone, wiped her hands on her clothes and got back to work. None of the staff wear masks. They give a very unprofessional impression. Whispering and laughing with each other and ignoring the customer. Told me the order would be "2 seconds". It was 10 minutes. A member of staff from the place next door came in without a mask as well. Management need to fix this as there could be a real health and safety incident if the staff are allowed to behave in such a ignorant way.

I’m we didn’t receive half our items and when we called to complain the manager refused to help us and instead insinuated that we must have received the items. He then went on to refuse to replace the missing items. The churros we did receive were burned and re fried. My original complaint was with the food but I feel more upset by the way the manager spoke to us on the phone and implied we had been given all of our order when we hadn’t. I looked at the other reviews online and so far I can see missing items seem to be happening a lot! The reason I complained directly is the way the manager spoke with us. We had ordered in the past and were good customers but I will not be back! Bad staff attitudes!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! AND AT LEAST IF YOU WANT IT TO BE DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS GIVEN !!! Nothing was right with my order. I ordered ice cream of various flavors, 3 scoops each. Various. I received ice cream but some only had 2 scoops. And the worst part is, none of these ice creams had the flavors I ordered. If you want to try it, it's better to go in person and see carefully if they are putting on the right ingredients. We were supposed to spend a nice moment with our friends and everyone was simply disappointed and angry.

Food was very nice, maybe even nicest churros we’ve had (we had 2 kinds of churros, both lovely). However, completely let down by the poor H&S standards. 3 folk behind the counter (girl who served us was very helpful & friendly) but had her mask below nose. The other had their mask under chin whole time & another with no mask at all. Such a shame, if they got the H&S stuff sorted I could’ve given a 5 star review. Please sort this out, otherwise very good & easily changed to keep you & customers feeling safe.

Nice idea and love to support local businesses. The store looks good but staff were disappointing; ignoring waiting customers to chat, being reprimanded by the manager, touching food with their bare hands after cleaning surface, and wearing face masks on their chins. Maybe it’ll get better.

This is a new concept for Scotland Churros (it's a fried mexican long donut basically) with ice cream. They also offer milk shakes and frozen drinks. Also espressos etc. The place was very clean and the ice cream and churros were absolutely delicious. Having lived in the US it's high praise to say these were the best Churros I'd ever had. Fresh and really great. Highly recommend. It's unfortunate it's not right in the town centre but if you're driving into Stirling from the motorway it's directly on the way to town. So plan to stop before getting there
