Chunky Chicken is hands down one of the best fast food places l've ever visited. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Their menu offers a great variety, and every item l've tried has been cooked to perfection. The portion sizes are generous, and the quality is unbeatable for the price. The staff are always friendly and provide quick service, even during busy times. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the place is kept clean, which is a huge plus.

Where to start? This place has seen much better days the previous management back in 2014 where the real GOATs of this place. The new management are shocking 😭 no gloves whilst handling the food and touching areas which should not be touched whilst cooking even worse whilst taking customer orders! I felt like throwing up on the spot 🤮. Man behind till was litrally touching his private areas whilst taking orders then packed our order infront of us! What sort of service is this??? Absolutely shameful behaviour and no respect to the customer. Disgusting 🤮 Prices in no way reflect quality service or portions sauce is watered down like the Pacific Ocean 🌊 AVOID AT ALL COSTS disgusting 🤢 i will never ever return

Extremely Poor service, I have order 12:30pm and upto 2:30pm still there is no sign of food. Just eat showing driver at restaurant and food is not ready where as restaurant says driver not here. Very very bad and poor service from both Just eat and Restaurant. Not happy at all and will never order again. Please cancel my order and refund my money.

I ordered a 12 pizza and 8 wings and will never order from them again. Pizza was so dry and half the pizza was missing cheese and they forgot to put spicey beef and if that wasn’t bad. They blurry burnt the pizza and had the audacity to send that. I called up the restaurant and he couldn’t understand what I’m saying and finally when it took me 5 mins to explain what the problem was he replies we didn’t have spicey beef!!!! I asked why didn’t you call me and ask me for alternative and the pizza is burnt and hardly any cheese and so dry. He said call uber and get refund. Avoid !!!!

Had BBQ Chicken steamed Bao bun, Crispy Tofu and Steak Crispy Bao Buns with side of seasoned fries! Was so tasty and very filling! Will find in Chunky Chicken, a hidden gem! Staff are really friendly and accommodating too! Will definitely be back!

Ordered on deliveroo under the name "Slutty buns" (this is the business tied to the address and hygiene rating, yet the phone number is tied to a completely different business, red flags much?) Food arrived cold, incorrect and missing items. Ordered two burger meals, popcorn and strippers and churros. The burgers was missing the extra cheese and one had incorrect sauce (which was meant to be the dip for the popcorn) the popcorn and the churros were missing aswell as the drinks! Some meal that! Deliveroo refuse to help and since we was away on holiday no way of even going into the business that apparently doesn't even exist... not happy when we spent close to £50... Just all round red flags.

Every time I order, something is missing. Usually so much of the meal is missing that I need to order another one from somewhere else. And whatever chicken actually arrives is overcooked and dry. Will no longer be ordering from here. Used to be the best place in Glasgow, now it's a complete waste of money.

If your on sauchiehall street and fancy some fried chicken just cross the road and go to kfc, seriously some of the worst food I've ever had in chunky chicken, nevermind they don't have a customers toilet.

I'm really disappointed with chunky chicken. The service was terrible. I ordered 3 different meals, which weren't served together. I was waiting for my pizza for almost 40 minutes. When I finally asked for a refund because I couldn't wait any longer. The staff weren't interested in the matter and they didn't apologise. I felt that I was ignored. I will not order anything from this place

It is an era of extreme competition and the ones who don't care, can not maintain a good business. I want to share my horrible experience with chunky chicken. Few days before, I went there with my family and ordered few items. They had pasted a notice outside takeaway about 20% discount for students. Me and my boys (All being student) asked about 20% discount but the person at counter refused and told us that I will only facilitate with 10% discount. I hold my anger and told him to proceed with the order. He told us that it will take 20 minutes to prepare the order. My order was around £56. After about 10 minutes, He came to our table and started offereing other items which we never ordered. He told us that we don't have chicken to prepare your order. You should check our wings, you should taste our strips (all these we didn't order). It was very strage as he wasted our 10 minutes. He insisted us again and again to move ahead with other items. I asked him about the refund. I had less cash and balance in my debit card was also low. He didn't tell us that refund will take few days. He could manage this situation by returning us cash but he didn't cooperate at this stage even and made the refund through bank account. So i was left with low cash and very low balance in account. They left us to go no where except home .... While returning back, I told him that you people will loose your customers by not informing about exact situations. He never bothered about loosing customers and didn't care about it. One of my friends faced a similar situation with this takeaway 2 weeks before but still i decided to go to them and try but it was a wrong decision and I will *NEVER GO AGAIN* there. They are not respecting their customers. It is an era of competition and we have too many options. Bye Bye Chunky Chicken

The customer service here is terrible, very incompetent workers. Got the wrong order and did nothing to rectify it the food was cold and not serviceable. The place is not even busy instore for workers to have trouble packing the correct order. Need new workers and people who actually care about the branch.

If you love spicy food and tried of lack of seasoning in normal British foods, then this is the perfect place for you. The children wings were crispy and juicy, the pizza was delicious. Quantity was more than enough for one person and prices were affordable as well.
