Sat inside as it was so hot outside. Being Glaswegian I was on the verge of catching fire. The owner(?) was very welcoming, took the time to talk with us and, before I ordered, recommended the kofta which was just freshly made. Got the kofta wrap which was easily in the top 3 best wraps I've ever had. Wifey got the falafel which she loved too! Had my eye on the chicken shawarma so will 100% be back to try that. 2 wraps, 2 soft drinks and a seat for £17. If in the area, you HAVE to try it.

My friend and I went to this place and had dinner there. We did not have a good experience. First, when the owner learned that my friend speaks Arabic (which I do not speak), he started speaking Arabic with her. This was fine at first as a way for him to build rapport, but when he just kept doing it at some point it started to feel quite rude as I was left out of the conversation. He kept doing this throughout our meal, and as there were no other guests there he came over to our table every few minutes to talk to my friend, which was way too much. The owner also kept trying to sell us more food we did not want. He even tried to sell me more food when I was checking out. He further told us he had given us "double portions", but as the photo shows, we just had a normal amount of food. As for the food itself, it was really not good, the meat was quite dry and had little taste. Finally but not unimportantly, when checking the receipt later we realised he had overcharged us by several pounds. The fact that the bill was exactly 40 pounds should have alerted me but I only realised it later. I would definitely not recommend going here.

I never had Kunefe like this before, but I like it! Cheese they use, apparently it is imported from France, is salty instead of more neutral Mozzarella which has added quite interesting notes to the taste. Maybe only the shape of the piece could've been a bit better though?

I have gotten their chicken wrap several times. It is outstanding. Shout out to their garlic sauce too. The reason I've given this place 2 stars is because their chicken and rice box had an abysmal amount of chicken in it - unacceptable. If you're getting just wraps, go ahead - but can't say anything else is great based on that box.

On the 14th of this month, I was cordially invited by my mentor and guardian; Dr. Mrs. Mridula Chakraborty- secretary of Association of Indian organisations- who I call aunty with love. We were joined by another guest too. This was a short official meet that turned out to be a very nice celebration/get-together before Christmas. Without further ado, let's take a dive into the food section now. This cafe is a very cozy place located in Park road right next to the awesome bakery outlet called "Broken clock". Byblos is a Lebanese cafe and I must say it's already penned down on my repeat visit list. We had so many items that I can't even begin to recall their names. However, I can write an essay on the taste. Awesome would be an understatement. The food was simply beyond good and services were outstanding. Really hospitable hosts attending to each and every little request of their customers. We had two full portions of kebab platters that came with mixed kebabs, rice, bread, salad and fries. We had a very special salad called Tabbouleh. I had one portion of falafel that came with sides. We had some food packed as takeaway. In addition to this, we had ordered some tea, hot chocolate, nice creamy latte and soft drinks. Guys please check out this awesome place and I am sure you will not regret it. Such a wonderful place that I cannot praise enough. It deserves a 5-star and even more. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’m a bit disappointed if not confused. I was looking forward to a Lebanese meal, with all of the trimmings. Having lived in Beirut for a number of years, I was pleased to find a Lebanese restaurant on Just Eat in the Glasgow area. Having taken delivery of my mixed grill as well as other items I was a little surprised to discover that everything I’d ordered had what I can only describe as an ‘Indian’ flavour and was quite spicy. The food wasn’t awful but I have to say, having called the restaurant before leaving a review, I was told by the lady on the telephone that they add ‘chilli sauce’. In my opinion this isn’t an authentic Lebanese restaurant, it’s certainly not one I would recognise. If you’re looking for Lebanese food, this isn’t the place for you. I won’t be ordering again. If I was a betting man I would guess that this facility cooks different cuisines and somewhere there’s been a culinary ‘cross over’.

We ordered through deliveroo. Half the order missing, what came was not worth eating. £15 for a mixed grill platter (in the picture) which was not worth the money. If I had been served that in the restaurant I would have walked out. The meat looked like rat and shouldn't have been put on a skewer. The kofta was dry. There was blue roll in the rice. Rang Byblos to ask for the missing items to be delivered and we had to ring deliveroo who said they would refund and wouldn't just get the missing food sent out. In the end we asked for a full refund as food was so inedible. Deliveroo kept hanging up on the call. In the end had to order from a different restaurant so we could have some dinner

. . Hands down, some of the best food I’ve had in my life. The food here is PHENOMENAL👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. Had the trio of dips (pistachio one was my favorite🥰), crispy potatoes with feta, lamb shawarma (to die for🤤) and the mixed grill for 4 which came with a variety of meats including koubdieh skewers, Jooejh chicken, spicy chicken tond, Chenjeh lamb fillet served with saffron rice, naan bread, pickles and sumac onions. All these for 5 people at the price of £115. Bravo to the chef! The service when making the reservation could be improved, but at the restaurant, the service is quite fast and attentive. Definitely recommend this place. Not to be missed!!!!

I’ve visited this cafe twice before and the food is good however…….. both time I’ve had to wait AGES for my food. 30 mins + for a simple sandwich and there has only been one other table taken in the cafe. There’s only one guy doing all the food and serving / cleaning tables. They really need another member of staff.
