Chicken burger was very undercooked and cold, no taste to it at all. Ordered from here for the first time as i had heard good reviews but unfortunately based on this occasion i wont be ordering again

The timing was good but the food was cold and very messy pizza was squashed and the chips have all fallen on in the bag so I would like my money back as I had to throw it in the bin

Love this place but today confirmed it even more, had been looking forward to a chunky all afternoon, when it came it was missing the hot wings, when I rang to query it the service was outstanding, nothing to much bother and so apologetic, they even came straight out to Rainworth with them and a couple extra. Food is great and staff go the extra to make it. Thanks guys

Not worth it for the price at all, chicken was also spicy (this is not said when ordering either) not enjoyable wont be ordering again.

Delivery time was pushed back twice... Food arrived barely warm, triple burger was only a double... spicy chicken burger was tough, chewy and hard, seems like it was either nuked in a microwave or is an old, stale burger, absolutely disgusting and inedible!

Not bad but not as good as I remember unfortunately. Pizza needed cooking more for my liking as it was too doughy.

always tastes great and the chicken is massive compared to KFC. little bit spicier then KFC.

wasn't told food was out for delivery then there was loud banging at the door that didn't stop til I opened it, the delivery guy was really annoyed and said there was someone who opened the door (probably one of my housemates) he sarcastically asked if I was even hungry and why I wasn't answering the door, he could have called but never did. he just seemed really rude. food was good though

Chicken was ok. The pizza was so dry and unappetising. Looked and tasted like it was cooked a week earlier.

I would give five stars if they’d given my whole order. This time I didn’t have any coleslaw but they missed my drink 😅😅 and there wasn’t any red salt on my chips (but I had some spare from previous orders) but this is the third time with something missing 😭

I love the food, however, the only downside that for the 2nd time I’ve not been given my coleslaw! 😂

the burger meal didn’t state it was a spicy chicken burger which has resulted in a trip to the hospital for allergic reaction no where did it state spicy like on other items need to amend for fellow sufferers

Very dry pizza base, cheese was very plain tasting and we asked for sweetcorn instead of peppers on the bbq chicken and it still came with peppers. Not impressed won’t be using again.

I love ordering from these guys. Lovely burgers and chicken wings. It’s our go to takeaway on a weekend. Very quick too. Love how they put red salt in fries too, taste so different from other places. Will continue ordering from them for sure

The chicken we receive from there is out of this world in fact all the food is amazing but the chicken is better than KFC that's for sure well tasty and so soft and the speed of service is normally so fast nothing wrong with a late one off keep up the good work chicken is divine

Food was cold. Chips soggy and brought the wrong drinks. Pizza was so so quite bland and the garlic pizza just tasted like bland cheese.

The delivery driver parked his car at an angle pointed onto my driveway. When he took the food out of the car he had a chance to go around the back of the car. However, he went to the front and let the large bag brush against a few holly plants in a line alongside the drive. Alternative parking might also have helped by creating a larger gap to walk through. I did say that he could have gone the other way but it seemed he wasn't interested in anything I might say. Enough to put me off buying ANY takeaways ever again. Let's see how that goes.

The burger chip and chicken was lovely but the four donuts I ordered were straight out the freezer and still frozen solid with ice not impressed

The Double Sizzler spicy burger was to die for, and the fries are just cooked right, and plenty of them. Will deffo order from here again

Nice food as always. However it was cold this time. I’m not sure whether the driver got lost or whether it’s due to the cold weather so I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully next time will be better.

The delivery was very fast and ordering food was easy. However, this was the worst pizza i've ever had. I don't know what was it made of, but it tasted like cardboard. I am giving it 2 stars, because my son ate pepperoni from pizza, but we had to throw the rest of it out. Sauce was too much aswell. Taste reminded me of a toothpaste with added garlic to it. I hope this was just a hiccup, seeing as the reviews were good. I am very disappointed. Wont be ordering again.

First time trying, all the family loved it, hot fresh food and was delicious

Chicken was fine no problem but the chips was really soggy as if they hadn’t been cooked long enough or oil wasn’t hot enough when they was put in so didn’t eat them as they didn’t taste nice

Chunky chick Inn is one of the best places I have ever had a takeaway from the staff are amazing the chicken is amazing the prices are awesome especially with how much you can get for little money very affordable the seasoning/breading on the chicken is superior and more tasty than KFC

Food took over an hour to arrive which missed the estimated time slot. The chicken quality was alright but sadly it was ruined by arriving lukewarm, and the chips themselves where nothing but soggy. Ordered some coleslaw on the side, and the proportion sizes compared to other takeaways at similar price was tiny. Was let down by this meal sadly.
