Love the seafood pizza. I've had the chicken also gorgeous. Only reason it's 4 stars is because the wedges are far too salty and I can't have too much salt due to high blood pressure. But I do love em! *Customers, please don't confuse this establishment with the one in Mansfield centre. They are entirely different. It is Ling Forest Court near Oak Tree Estate .

Ordered the party box and cheesey garlic bread. The wedges were cold, tasted stale and nothing like they used to. Chickens seasoning wasn't what it used to be, tasted bland. Garlic bread was greasy and to much cheese mad3 it slightly undercooked. Definitely not what you want to be wasting shy of £40 on. Really disappointed as it never used to be this bad.

Tried to place order for delivery during open hours but told delivery driver gone home

Love it, I don't eat cheese, so they make me a pizza without cheese on it, very friendly.

If only the service was as good as the food. Amazing food but service is horrendous. Staff act like every request is a problem to them. A simple order and they act like you've asked them to cook for 100 people. Very poor... Luckily the food rescues the place.

Wedges are lovely from there and the quality has never faded

Unfortunately couldn’t give this place 0 stars or I would of done, DO NOT EVER order from this place, nearly 3 hours delivery for a stone cold burnt pizza and stone cold wedges which they thought was perfectly fine to charge someone for, called the restaurant to complain only to receive attitude and no apology from the girls in the shop never had such bad customer service in my life had to drive all the way to the shop to take the pizza back, to receive no apology what so ever. If there was as little as an apology even offered I would have accepted but the customer service was appalling. Wont be back.

Must be the only take away that requires you to give them back food they delivered wrong. Service seems to be hit and miss, so is the food.

Where do I start?... Delivery: Got told an hour when placed the order. That one hour turned into two! Food: Some of the worse food I have tasted. The chicken was so dry, cold pizza (one of them wasn't what we even ordered). Even the children wouldn't eat the food. What a total waste of money. Customer service: SHOCKING!! When I rang to chase up the order after 90mins I got made to feel like I was being a nuisance. When I phoned back to complain about the incorrect order, I was told: “ I got what I ordered”. There was no apology for the delivery time or the food being cold I would never order from here again. If anyone else does I would record what you order for proof!! Nothing worse than being hungry, waiting over the delivery time and then the food finally turning up to taste absolutely disgusting.

The worst pizza I've ever purchased! Stopped by last minute and waited for pizza to be made.. while waiting witnessed food being burnt and laughed about! Took my pizza away to get home to find the absolute disgrace of a pizza! Completely burnt, and not fit for consumption, not a fussy bloke but its that bad! Will not be returning apart from going for a refund! Shop was shut once home so unable to phone in person!

Decent pizza, worst service in the world. Staff are totally useless to the point they served someone who came in after me because they knew them, gave them the food I ordered then had none left for me. Been going here for years, service has always been sketchy and staff a little rude but this is the first time I have ended up without the food I ordered so won't be returning. If it wasn't for those wedges this place would have gone out of business years ago due to rude staff.

I mostly love the wedges from here as well as the chicken but went on Tues 31st January 23 and the potatoes had no flavour on them, maybe the staff need retraining on the nights when the main cook isn't there? The thing is I go 4 mile out my way to go here and buy extra to warm up the following day and it's not the first time I've been disappointed. There not cheep anymore so you expect what your paying for at the very least.

When my order turned up after 1 hour of waiting, I unwrapped it to find out my Meat was stone cold. And unfit for human consumption. I phoned Chick King up at the Mansfield branch and told them about the Meat being stone cold. He replied to me saying that he would do me a replacement But I would have to wait another hour, i phoned them up again after a hour n half to find out where My order is, when I asked for a refund he totally refused to do one and said goodbye. I`m not very happy at all how I was treated, and this establishment is very poor Especially when the staff do not treat their customers with respect.

Not been there before it was absolutely Beautiful I ordered a cheese and tomato pizza and portion of wedges very tasty. My dad used to go for years and it been about 20 years and still to this day he has said absolutely delicious 😋 he ordered a chicken and mushroom pizza and portion of wedges thank you and we will defo go again 10/10.

I've been going here for years but after a recent order, I won't be going back. I ordered a pizza with my choice in toppings bit when I picked it up, when I got it home I realised they had put mushrooms on, I'm allergic to them and there is no way I would use them as a topping. I phoned and was basically called a liar. They eventually agreed to cook the pizza I ordered, but it was the attitude of the staff. It's shame really as it used to be one of the best pizza places in Mansfield, not anymore judging by mine and other people's experiences.

Food was ok but 2hr15 minutes for delivery told could be 1/1.30 hrs not happy with that

The customer service is dire. Ordered for a certain time for the food to turn up an hour early, the people who were eating it weren’t even in! When they redelivered they clearly let the food sit in a heat bag for an hour and redelivered it barely lukewarm. Which is actually so dangerous to do. I definitely wouldn’t order from them again.

Well Discrased lastnight picked up 4 small Pizzas. 2 portions of potato wedges. Got back home just up from The Rufford Pub. Couldn't eat The Pizzas cos of being burnt on the bottom. My 2 young kid's and ourselves were very Very disappointed. Just wondered if The Manager would do the right thing in rectifying this issue ????????

They get orders wrong and when you try and speak to them about your order they basically call you a liar and then put the phone down on you. They are so rude. Won't be ordering again

Been going to chick king since it opened years ago. It has been going down hill for a while but still kept going. Went in this evening, customer service was terrible. Dress code was shocking.pizza tasted like a biscuits. Had frozen ones from Lidl better. Potatoes didn't taste of anything. Got a grunt back when I said thank you.that was the last time I ever go there. Its a real shame as it used to be o e of the best pizza places in Mansfield.

Worst pizza I've had so far, place has been going downhill for a few months now, went back giving them the benefit of a doubt, but pizza was too greasy, burnt and poor appearance. The toppings were just sliding off the base. Utterly dissatisfied

Just had chickking and it is so nice and the chicken is not dry and the delivery man is so friendly I would recommend chickking any time

Worst pizza I've ever had. Reminded me of the times I've had too many beverages and forgot about a £1 frozen pizza it in the oven. Dry. Burnt. Barely any toppings. Won't be back.

Had a family box and a cheese and tomato pizza , everything was awful , never had any problems ordering from here before.The wedges tasted like cheese , not at all spicy ,the chicken was also tasteless , the two portions of wedges were very small but in saying that ,they were awful anyway.The cheese and tomato pizza had no tomato on it and was burnt, dry and tasteless .Will not be spending my cash there again .This was for a special birthday treat too .Would like to add this took 1 hour and 50 mins to arrive ,absolutely disgusting service .

We are from italy and this pizza is literally 1 star. You can't see the toppings at the top of the pizza and there is a little portion of the toppings. There is too much cheese and less tomato. THe medium is too small for the price. I don't recommend this pizza.

I ordered over the telephone and she said it will be 25 minutes when i got there I handed my money over and she just took it and said wait outside there was no please or thank you manners don't cost anything!!! I waited another 35 minutes outside for my food!! but no complaints about the food it was nice

Im not sure what was worse, the cold food or the service I received on the phone. I was shouted at on the phone after stating i was lied to multiple times after being given a delivery time. They are a 2 minute drive from my location and they said that 'we are on the way' 1hr and 45 minutes before delivery. Just acknowledge that they was already 3hrs late. They also seemed to think it was okay to state that I had no idea what it was like to be in a pandemic… I have been working this whole time, what a pathetic excuse... Get more staff you are too unprepared.. Do not waste your time.

Absolutely shocking!! I ordered last week to wait over 2 hours for my food and it turned up cold. I rang up to complain to be told they was sorry and gave me a credit note. Tonight I thought we would give it another go....BAD IDEA. 2 hours after ordering the food turned up wedges nice and warm but pizza cold. Rang to explain the problem to be told it's normal for a pizza to cold on travel to you. I explained that domino's pizza doesn't get cold when travelling to us to be told..."order from them in future" safe to say I will take my money else where from now on and will make sure everyone else does aswel!!

4 chicken pieces and fries. The chicken was coated in a really fiery pepper coating, better than KFC. The fries were potatoes in the same coating, not bad.

Best cheese & wedges in the world (probably). I've been going to this place for over 20 years and they're still the best I've had anywhere in the world. The places is a bit run down but you cannot fault the food, pizzas and chicken pieces are decent ut it's the wedges that set this place apart, highly recommended!! 👍

Ordered a chicken pizza and in the first bite had a bone, after risking another few bites ended up getting 3 bones in total. Is this left over chicken breast from the night before? and none of the staff wear gloves when preparing anything. Hand first went in cheese then in the chicken then took cash from a customer and got wedges out the oven. Never went anywhere near the sink and how can they get away without wearing hair nets? They are preparing food. They would rather talk about their private lives than worry about food hygiene!

We waited nearly 2 hours for our food to come and when we was ringing up they was saying 10mins everytime, when the food did come the beans exploded in the bag it was a huge mess we vouldnt eat the jacket potatoes because most of our filling wasnt even in the box it was everywhere!! So we thought we would just eat the wedges, they were freezing, aboustle waste of money, when pur takeaway did arrive the delivery driver even said to us we didnt look happy, what do you expected, myself and my friend were fuming will not be ordering from here again!!!
