Fancied fish and chips today Came here. Friendly welcome. Delicious cod and chips just how they should be. Crisp batter not greasy. Sublime proper chippy chips. Jumbo sausage in same perfect batter. Was good value as well. Highly recommend

Have been thinking about english fish & chips by the sea in Australia for a long time. The cod was as imagined firm and flakey and the chips were perfect. The crew/owner was also willing to chat about the local area and its fishing options with a stranger. Definitely well worth it.

They are usually great but unfortunately not this time, super late and didn’t receive the curry sauce that was ordered and paid for.

We're blessed to have this as our local chippy. Chips and fish cooked to absolute perfection. Not a trace of grease or oil, just the taste of fine potatoes and fresh fish. Literally the best chips I have ever tasted. We have been going here for 25+ years and never let us down. Please don't come here, leave it for the grateful locals lol

We are very lucky that this is our local chippy and we have been enjoying Mike and his team's delicious fare for more than 25 years. The fish is fresh and tasty, the batter is golden and crisp and the chips are delicious! You really won't find a better chippy in this town.

Only open wed to sat but always freshly cooked and very tasty. Its my go to.

Good value and good quality 4/5 overall. Defo worth the money.

Great customer service - I forgot to add chips to my order so they went above and beyond to call me to check this and saved us disappointment by adding these for me.

Ordered on a Friday evening so understand there were delivery delays. But was kept fully informed and the food was hot and delicious 😋

Can’t fault it - fab-u-lous, fresh fish with light crispy batter, not at all oily and great chips - not greasy, haven’t disappointed as yet - so thank you!

Best fish and chips in Worthing by far! Forget that tatty little excuse for a chippy on Brighton road by the sea front that idiots queue down the street for a pile of grease. This is far superior.

Took a long time for driver to be assigned which meant order took over an hour to arrive,However the driver was very good and food was hot and lovely, would order again as although late it was actually worth waiting for in the end

Best chips around will drive past many other chip shops to get my dinner from here if I’m not ordering as it’s always good and great people too 😊

Can't believe it finally found a decent Fish & Chip shop ! Have tried many without success always greasy fish terrible batter and greasy chips this place blew them all out of the water. Batter on fish was so light and thick flaky fish great chips too. Deffo order again thank you!

Wasn't terrible but definitely won't be ordering from here again... the size of the cod was tiny may as well of sent a battered fish finger wasn't worth the money chips were mushy and asked for salt and vinegar and there was none ... Not the worst but deffo not the best

We have used this shop on numerous occasions and always been impressed with the quality of the food, but this time the fish was dry and not fresh. Very disappointing!

Very hot on delivery. Crispy batter on the cod and perfectly cooked. I loved the little chips instead of great big fat ones. The only thing was the onion rings that I had to order to get it over the minimum order price was the onion rings... Very soggy. Just a thought to all take away deliveries.... There are lots of people on their own and most of deliveries have a minimum of way to high for a single person (us people have to order more food than they want) to order more often??

Amazing fish and chips. All four people in our family agreed it's the best we've had in a while. We'll definitely be ordering again.

Chips all mushy and horrible tasting. Sons sausage not even cooked properly so was unable to eat it. Mozzarella sticks all over cooked and stuck together. Real shame because it’s usually really nice food.

Food was well cooked, packaged and hot on arrival. The fish was well cooked through and the batter was crispy on the outside but not undercooked against the fish. Chips were fresh and well cooked. Battered Black pudding and battered beef burger were also well cooked. The order was made up and delivered quite quickly. Definitely keep using even if not the closest.

Christoforos are the best fish and chips in Worthing! Love it! The only issue we had was with the delivery driver not being able to find us so delivery took AGES but was still warm enough when it arrived! 😀

Large chips = Good portion size, lovely chunky, well cooked crispy chips. Roll and Butter = Bit generic (Seeded bun with butter). Medium cod = Very nice bit of fish, nice crispy batter, however quite small for a medium (Roughly 6 inches by 4). Delivered with a friendly tone and a smile.

3 great portions of jumbo battered sausage and chips. Best chips I've had in ages. Battered sausage was cooked to perfection. The batter was lovely and crisp. I will be going back there again.

Food was superb! It had obviously been freshly cooked as it was still piping hot. Between us we had mozzarella sticks, cod, scampi, fish cakes and chips, everything was delicious and not at all greasy. Really impressed, thank you

This was the worst fish I have ever eaten. Really disappointing. Can only guess the haddock had been fried in batter then chilled for some time, then refried when we ordered. Chips were ok

First time ordering as fancied a change. Burger not so good. No option for sauces/salad ect although said Burger comes with all the trimmings came with lettuce and burger sauce that’s it! Chips tiny cut up scraps! Although Fish was decent! Wouldn’t order again

Looking forward to a fish & chips supper. Food would have been good if not stone cold. Blame the delivery driver as a journey that should have taken 5 minutes ended up taking five times as long. Tracked him on Google maps and think he went on a scenic tour of Worthing! No apology - blamed lateness on railway crossing (which if he'd gone direct route wouildn't have had to encounter) Then blamed sat nav. Would order again if a different delivery driver
