Good noodle and chicken options. Nothing fancy but the food was good. One large box is good for one person.

Honestly, appalled. Had high expectations from this cuisine. Hopefully, this experience was subjective to this outlet. My friend got a meal box, and one of the toppings smelled and tasted absolutely disgusting. When we told the reception that the food smelled and tasted weird, we expected a replacement, but they just told us to get another meal. I don't have much experience working in fast food chains, but I'm pretty sure you are not supposed to have your hair down if you're handling food, which was the case for one of the servers.

Service was quick and food tastes good, chicken cooked well but we had a small piece of plastic paper on the pepper chicken. Upon notifying the lady on counter, she is not ready to listen and not bothered about it.. other than this food was really nice ..

Absolutely not recommended. Food portion was small, and marketing is sneaky to make you think you can order something that needs to be complementing a main lunchbox. Didn't taste that much and it was expensive for what it was, very disappointing.

I would avoid if possible. Seats were torn and fixed with duct tape. The toilets smelled as there is a sign to put used toilet paper in the bin. The staff were nice and I feel bad writing this but the standard is just beyond poor. The 7up tasted like they never cleaned the machine. They only seem to serve various iterations of chicken toppings. They still have Christmas ads up. I’m not sure there is a lot of care put into the place at the moment. Hopefully they can improve as it seems from the reviews that these problems have persisted for a while.

Worst taste I’ve ever had at any branch of chopstix food wasn’t even cooked nicely and smelt worse than a third class corner chicken shop and smelt like it wasn’t even cleaned before cooking. Greasy food so yuk… Place was so dirty and seats were not even cleaned and repaired. Couldn’t believe I’m at a prestigious location of London. Disgusting.

Food was bland, tasted plasticky and was though it had been sat there for ages. Couldn’t eat it. Only 4 pieces of chicken per chosen dish too. Would not recommend. Order from one of the many other Chinese takeaways for fresh, hot food. Delivery time kept being pushed back as well, 25 mins late in the end.

I was hungry, so I had it for a late lunch. For the first Chinese restaurant, we selected three ready-made dishes. I didn't have any particular impressions as it was casual Chinese food, but I thought that this kind of Chinese food would be available in London, and for 22 pounds, I can't believe it from a Japanese perspective. Thank you for the meal♪♪♪

I visited today with my niece. We both got noodles with chicken toppings. Everything was absolutely amazing and tasty. Staff was very helpful and patient with my niece. The music was good and not too loud, which usually tires you out. The shop was clean, although it was quite busy. No complaints. I appreciate you for your help.

It is the best place to eat. They even understand my problem that I can not download the app because of some things that I can not reach here, and they even give me a discount. The food tastes so so good. I love it.

Great value restaurant! You can choose a base of rice noodles, half and half is also available, and you can choose toppings, and the toppings are above average in taste. It's amazing that you can eat at this price in London! Two adults, a man and a woman, ate the XL size and were reasonably full.

Very warm welcome in this restaurant but a bit noisy atmosphere and if you come in winter it is cold because the doors are not closed. Lovely staff and very good food.

Fairly average quality food, especially the spring rolls which had very little filling. However the staff were friendly, the place was clean and reasonably cheap for the area

It was my first experience in a Chopstix. The gent working in the front (Syed) explained how everything worked, answered all our questions honestly, and the food was bloody amazing. Definitely recommended stop.

Good value for money!! I ate kpop bbq and lips smackin chicken on half noodles and half rice and it was delicious. However, rice may not suit Koreans’ tastes, so I recommend noodles!

Majeda and Arfa’s efficiency makes the experience even better. Freshness and portion size can vary, but overall, a reliable choice near the station.

Food was not fresh and the rice was bland. Very overpriced for the quality but the kicker is the false advertising. The super value meal was given on top of a regular meal which the customer is not made aware of until the meal is made. I saw this happen to my party and the party ahead of me. Find somewhere else if you’re in the area.
