Advertised a £3.99 super value Box which I wanted 15 Mini Chicken Bites & Drink. Was told at the counter it’s only when you buy a main meal first. So left thirsty I went to the subway machine next door and helped myself to some water as I was thirsty to then be told by the Chopstix staff not to use the water dispenser at subway. Scumbags

My favourite fast food. Delicious as always!

The dinner here can be hit and miss depending on what meats your order. On my visit the firecracker chicken was completely overdone and dry but the sweet and spur chicken was perfectly delicious. Service was friendly and welcoming.

Stopped here after a long delay on the M5 was really impressed. First time experience with chopstix. Super tasty food and great choice. Very friendly and helpful staff who explained the menu and provided service with a smile. Also lovely hot cup of tea. Well done, will be looking to visit chopstix again soon.

I always stop here on my way to Wales. I don't care if your chatting to each other. Cause after my second visit, you know me by now. The spring rolls are always hot and the beef is lush. I like over cooked and dried food so this don't bother me.

Nice food, but most of the options unavailable and basically only noodles and potatoes for a vegetarian. Which is expensive for nearly £9!

My experience was very bad. Traveled a very long trip and stopped for lunch. When i come to the service to order food, there was only noodles and rice like a base and potates is a topping later, the casher told me that she can't serve me food without base because i wanted chicken and potatos only, so i asked her i must to take rice or noodles on base then chicken and then i can take potatos she said yes im afraid its our policy. What the f... Policy is that i must eat rice/noodles with potatoes if i want potatoes. The worst experience ever with this policy never gonna go to chopstix anymore.

Sedgemoor services northbound fancied some noodles! Until after I had ordered and paid for my food I seen a tiny sign on the opposite of the till saying halal meat!!! No any signs anywhere!! This cost me £30 for 3 people potions size small but I was NOT allowed a refund so now I have thrown away £30 and need to get dinner elsewhere!! Never again would I visit a chopstix!! HALAL meat 🤮🤮

I've enjoyed my other chopstix meals, even at Services Unfortunately, no app, no NHS discount, and food fairly dry and not much sauce

Burgers were cold. Noodles looked cremated. Terrible experience

I am so sorry I can’t give 0 stars!!!! I really live this food but I never come back again! Noodles was totally overcooked- chicken was burnt- it’s looks like don’t have any management who care about this restaurant! I am really unhappy and I am sorry to left my money here

The service is fast and it seems the staff are nice but unfortunately they don't accept Chopstix own app so we can collect points as well as they don't accept blue light card discount hence very dissapointing.

The food was excellent! However, sad to say the service was awful with AMANDA, she was chitchating with her colleague when she's serving me. And she seems like she's rushing to the point that when she's cutting the chicken katsu she dropped some slices of it and didn't even apologize AT ALL. Nada. And just say oh, and keep going too quickly. Fortunately, the food was great. But I was not happy with her.

Excellent service station has all the services you need. Staff are very polite and friendly. The toilets are very clean and the staff are always cleaning them

Great, although unfortunately, at 19.00, they'd run out of noodles, so it had to be rice ( closing at 20.00). Helpful service for the uninniated!

First time experiencing Chopstix Noodle Bar at Sedgmore Services on M5. Very impressed. Delicious food, very friendly and efficient staff and priced very reasonably too. Nicest food I've ever eaten in a services. Will definitely stop here again

Only went here because it was the only food vendor without a queue of a dozen people. SO glad I did! Food was absolutely delicious, definitely as good as any Chinese takeaway. Price was very reasonable for a motorway services and the portion size was well worth it. Next time we're on the M5, this will be where we stop to eat.
