Tasty noodles, rice, chicken toppings for a great value.

Needed a quick bite to eat before a show as we were running late.Food was ok but no rice available, even on a Saturday night there was no atmosphere but we could at least eat our food in peace 👍

Disgusting food that's disgustingly over priced. Ordered a large box with noodles and salt & pepper chicken, actually ordered spicy chicken but ok, filled to the top with overcooked, mushy noodles then they added about 3 dry peices of chicken. Do yourself a favour and go upstairs and outside the mall to Kokoro. Miles better. The lady that served me was nice enough. All in all, horrible food.

Been coming here for years. Always incredible food, value and even the atmosphere. Staff are nice and friendly. Would reccomend a visit here if you're in the area or even a take out.

Food has definitely gone down a little. It's still nice but u don't get many of the toppings as they fill the containers up basically to the top with noodles or rice. I would suggest getting a saucy dish as otherwise the rice and noodles are very dry and bland. The toilets are no longer in use here so had to leave before we had finished so we could find the nearest toilets.

£8 is NOT worth it! It was £7 and then they upped the prices and for what? When it was less it was more acceptable but now with the price increase I don’t think it’s all that anymore. It’s not worth the £8. You could get something better elsewhere

Not tasty, very basic and cold food. Spent £8 for some rubbish. Not recommend.

Very very very rude staff one young girl with fake lips in particular, denied me access to the restaurant just because I had a quarter of a burger left, as everything was shutting on highstreet I was starving and aching due to being heavily pregnant, she was rude looking me up and down refusing me entry despite my friend being a paying customer. Was laughing and staring at me and my friend (after I complied and finished my burger outside) making me and my friend feel extremely uncomfortable. Have never had a good experience with these people

First visit here, and overall, it was okay. Nothing great, but okay. The food that was listed as spicy had no spice, and the portions weren't bad for a medium. However, I have been to similar noodle bars, and you get a lot more for your money.

English people serving up poor quality asian quisine... Even the idea is gross.

I gave the food a 3 star Because it is small portions but it was very nice but very filling but i am 9 and I finished all the spicy one but although great service

Don't tell someone you're giving them their blue light discount and then don't bother putting it through the till.. Long time customers here, but won't be back because of your dishonesty.

Very nice food. Lots of rice.BUT THEY Are VERY TIGHT With the toppings. It used to be good a few years ago.I won't go again expensive for the amount of food that you get. Such a shame.

Not the normal Chopstix experience, menu a little different than other stores and different deals. 🤔 Staff are excellent 👌 The seating area however needs a revamp, tables and chairs are dated with some odd anime style art.

Had me food when Finshed saw one of the workers come out from back room sweating touched her sweaty head didn’t wash her hands and Dout with food place is a joke

Great food and good value for money. Staff were friendly and polite. The eat in area was a bit plain but ok for a quick snack.

First visit here, I'm not big on noodles but my friend convinced me I want to say there's not much price difference in a small and large (only 2 options) or noodles/rice plus 1 topping compared to the same but with 2 toppings. Either way I'd go with the 2 just for value for money. Overall the whole experience was pleasant if you like eating out of a cardboard box using a plastic fork. The service was a little slow maybe it was lunchtime as we sat to eat the shop did get busy so can image a little wait in the queue during busy periods will happen but if it's fast food your after go next door to KFC or McDonald's. Definitely think this place was value for money in comparison to other food places I believe I had 2 toppings with noodles and a cold drink for under £10. When looking at the take away container I thought I might end up feeling hungry after but I was full. Will definitely come back

The food was clean, very tasty and wod recommend. However the staff could look like they were enjoying their job but they were very profesional and polite. The eat in area was very clean and spacious.

I am a regular customer at chopstix for years. Recently, the price went high however the quantity of the chicken toppings became very low.. You can see that the staffs intentionally taking only 1 piece of chicken each time they take a scoop.

The service was quick and friendly the food was good and the place was quiet and clean.

Very nice,I suggest the black bean.

Nice food, polite staff, not much of an atmosphere (bit like a factory canteen)but then you are only there for 15 minutes or so

Very nice lunch a box with either rice or noodles. One topping is £5.99 and two toppings is £6.99. Good value and really tasty. You can have extras ie spring rolls etc.

Prices rising, portion sizes dwindling. I've been coming here for years but sadly I think no more...£5.50 for a box of rice and very few chunks of chicken 😕

Visited today 25/03/22 for lunch. First time eating here. I can say the food was extremely tasty and enjoyed every mouthful. The staff were very friendly and even gave us a taste of the chicken as we were unsure on the flavour. Can't wait to return to try the other options.

I was going to Maidstone mall for the first time on 10/03/2022. It was my birthday on that day. Was roaming around the city centre with my husband. In lunch time, I was looking for a budget friendly restaurant as because we had already a dinner plan with my friends in the evening. We went to the mall, seen the chopstix and was look at the menu. When I see there is a lunch box where you can order either noodles or fried rice with any kind of chicken in just £5. I have seen some roasted kind of potatoes as well. I didn't want to eat heavy lunch therefore I asked the waiter can I get potatoes instead of rice with chicken? I was just asking. I wasn't demanded. Just asking normally. The waiter was so rude. He was telling me don't you see the board properly? Is there anywhere mentioned that potatoes with chicken? He was telling those lines so annoyingly and rudely and given an expressions like he is getting irritated by my question. I feel so bad because I was just asking normally. If he cannot give then he should tell politely. I was also working in hospitality for few years. He doesn't know what is customer service. Doesn't know how to talk to the customers. His behaviour was so bad. I don't know how the manager hired this kind of unprofessional and zero customer service skills workers. Will never visit again.

Smelt beautiful .....but awful the green curry was not green curry but Chinese sauce Very oily, the salt and pepper potatoes blew your head off with the spices and had to be a side dish where as other stores you can have on your meal they actually came at an extra charge!. No extra sauces ie curry or sweet and sour, The pancake roll was bad mainly pea carrot potatoes .poor value for money . Been to other stores in the chain and this one has to be the worst really let the side down. Will I come back to this one.? No.

Good healthy food at a reasonable price.

I'm regular costumer since 2017 and i travel a lot ,so I've tried many places. It is true that the taste and portions sizes have changed. From favourite place it become " i will never be back". Last three visits convinced me that the place is not what it used to be. But what was shock for me is i order large box of noodles and my favourite black pepper chicken and sweet and sour chicken. I had three pieces of the black pepper chicken and four of the sweet and sour. I mean three pieces for a large box ...

Food OK but tad expensive but what really annoys me is I asked for extra small box and they want 50p? Another time I was there I asked for extra plastic fork and they want 20p? Very stingy I understand if someone didn't buy anything but I bought a whole family meal. Also a bit untidy as probably staff have to clean as well as serve which isn't very hygienic imo

It was good but vegetable noodles should come with vegetables I had 3 peas in a large portion

My children really enjoy an occasional lunch here. Simple and easy. Food tasty!

Portion sizes have handed and prices went up. Food quality has dropped. Bland food and servers looked miserable. A real shame, they where brilliant back in 2018. Will not going there again

Gave the lady 20 pound she asked if I had a pound spare opended my purse to realise I could pay with the coins I had she had 10 pound to give to me I said no I gave you 20 sge apologised then ask me to give her the 10 back which she didn’t even give me. never had a problem before I’m a regular customer then today they wrongly accused me of having 10 pound in my purse which was mine already I came out with it they said there sending me the cctv but havnt done as they now know they wrongly accused me wouldn’t let me see the cctv there and then if I wasn’t someone that stood my ground and not given them money I knew was mine if this was someone vulnerable they would of had an extra 10 pound no apology’s be very careful buying from here lost a regular honest customer. Love this place in Maidstone shopping centre 6.00 for rice or noodles or both then choose 2 sides from the main dishes. Things like Thai green curry Beef in black bean sauce Sweet n sour Salt and pepper chicken and lots more.eat in or takeaway

Noodles were a bit dry but the chicken was to die for

Food was nice, tables were clean and wiped down as soon as customers left. It's very basic in there but good food and nice to have something different for a quick lunch.

This place is good and nice but it has the potential to be even better, because the noodles and the salt and pepper chicken is too salty and also the place is quite dirty and the chairs are ripped too. It could be better if there were more options and the egg fried rice to have egg. However, there is good service and overall it is decent.

Chopstix Noodle Bar is a very Authentic Thaiwanese Restaurant. They Serve all of The Thaiwanese Dishes. The Staff are very Friendly and Helpful. I generally order Duck Soup. It has Succulent Slices of Duck with Noodles in a Duck Sauce and it is very Tasty. They also have a menu and there are Photographs and Prices of the Dishes served above surrounding the Counter. Chopstix Noodle Bar is a Good place to Satisfy Ones Appetite. Definitely worth a Visit.

My wife who is Indonesian said it was tasty but when I tried it I found the noodles look nothing like the online menu, they much darker and have a total lack of vegetables despite being sold as vegetable noodles.

The is a great place and the food is perfect. The food is so nice. I would order 2 plates for myself, but the wife says only one plate. If you are near this place go and treat yourself /s.

Best Chinese food I ever had, good size portions, a loads of veggies equally to meat , In other places you only get meat and rice. Extremely tasty just a shame is in the shopping centre not someone where I could easily park and go but any way every time I’m near I must get something and plenty of choice so every time I get something different, Just perfect place and food 🥘 .5 🌟 well deserved.

Cold and uninviting. Portions of food dished up in cardboard containers for eating in ! Plastic cutlery ! Very down market.

A personal favourite, would have got a 5 star from me if it wasn't for the service I got when I was last in there!! Good portions, when I first started coming here I was able to sample bits of food! The lad would always chuck in little bits of Extras! They have a tip box at the side that I always put 3 quid or more in after I've eaten, Goes in with my other half when I was last there! Two woman on this time! Ordered 2 large boxes for me and my partner, fancied some spring rolls but they only done mini ones in a pack of 5! 2 of us stood there, you could imagine that with the time and money I give this place! Youd think we got 6, pathetic I know but I said "5 in there and 2 of us with a cheeky grin" ooohhhh No No No sorry we can't give you an extra one sorry sorry 🙄 what!!?? CHEEKY B****RDS 😂😣👎
