I come to this Chopstix regularly and have always had good experiences—until recently. One of the male staff members was extremely rude and dismissive during my visit. He spoke to me with a bad attitude, made me feel unwelcome, and served a noticeably smaller portion than usual for no reason. It was disappointing and unprofessional. This kind of treatment makes customers feel disrespected, and I hope management takes it seriously.

“Absolutely DISGRACEFUL experience at Chopstix. The staff have zero respect for customers — especially when you ask about something serious like food allergies. I asked a simple question about allergens, and the male staff member gave me nothing but pure attitude, as if I was wasting his time. Both staff were standing there gossiping like it was their living room, not a restaurant. The shop was EMPTY, yet they rushed me, didn’t give me time to choose my toppings properly, and acted like they couldn’t be bothered to serve me. If this is how they treat customers — ignoring allergy safety and basic service — it’s a disaster waiting to happen. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Management should be ashamed. Never going back.” “This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Total embarrassment.”

A must visit to the Chopsticks shop in Stratford for it's tastyyy food.

the food tasted like rubber and i wanted to used the toilet and why was there poo on the floor and something crusty jn the toilet i can’t believe it this is the most unsanitary toilets ive ever came across

Love eating here, nice vibes and food is great.

Customer service is weak, the white girl working on Friday arouns (5:15pm). She ignored what I asked for and did not pay attention much and acted rude and acted like did not care even though it is not busy or not much customers. The taste is disgustingly bad, no taste at all. The rice is soft, the kong po chicken is tasteless. Korea chicken is 50/50 good, not the best. All in all, very disappointed and not worth to pay £7.99 for small box.

We had food from stratford Chopstix so many times. But This time we meet Rebeca, we bought 3 extra large Box and we asked for extra 3 spoons But her approach and behaviour was unacceptable. She didn’t gave us we said please but still said no. Never saw a staff like this Then we took extra 3 spoons from another foodcourt. Totally unexpected.

Very rude person, horrible customer service from a blond lady. Feel rushed and no welcoming. Food serve was tasting all same , egg fry rice very dry . She upgrade to a meal for my son food without asking me permission. She start to served my son and when asking for payment she realised that I was still waiting for her to order food . I was used to come here but now I will prefer go different branch like Romford branches that fill up the box with food not given only 3 pieces of selected toppings.
