Chopstix Noodle Bar in Torfaen

It was my dads first time,he had a medium and he really liked the noodles,beef and sweet and sour chicken,I had a small ,chicken curry with rice ,I enjoyed it ,the prices was good today as I had 2 meals for just under £11.

So paid £11.70 x 2 for box meal, spring rolls and a drink. Awful customer service, no teriyaki beef, no rice and then to top it off one drink half empty. Went back to the counter with drink, to ask for it to be filled up. Apparently if you have no ice that's how it looks. Totally ridiculous when 1 drink was full!! Asked to speak to the manager to discuss. 'Manager' who was just plain rude. Then accused me of being aggressive. Very reluctantly filled the cup up. Food hygiene practices poor, nose piercings uncovered, no aprons, drinking their own drink whilst serving. I could go on!

Visited on Friday, the food was served hot and was delicious!! The staff Matt & Nicola were great, welcoming & friendly and very helpful in deciding our meal deal choices. The place was clean and tidy. We will be returning soon!!
