Very good helpful service, food was warm and tasty, I had noodle/fried rice with Chinese curry to top. Small size, side was cauliflower bites. Very filling Will use again

Although they had run out of the two dishes that I requested, I paid for mine and my husband’s meals whilst they cooked more fresh. I went back to pick it up and it wasn’t ready, so they offered me a little snack whilst I was waiting. The two women who looked after us couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you for making a tricky situation easy. We judge a place, not by mistakes, but how they’re dealt with. We highly recommend them. Never had a bad meal here.

Loved this lunch, had the noodles with bbq chicken and caramel chicken, box was stuffed full, added 3 spring rolls and a drink and was less than a tenner. The people serving were great, polite and informative

Awful, tasteless rubbery chicken , the noodles were dry & stuck together , nothing had any flavour , worst food I have ever eaten

Not a pleasant experience food very bland. Had sweet and sour chicken, sticky consistency,no real sauce, not a bit tasty, very bland food, presented with noodles also very bland. Rice was inedible, and could not eat it. Portion size not enough for the price. The company presentation is inviting but once you try you wish you hadn't and mass produced food in large shopping area, no concern not likely to be a regular. A company making an awful lot of profit selling low grade food. Do not recommend.

Our first visit to Chopstix. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. We were served by a lovely polite and helpful young lady. Food was really nice. Our best food experience so far at the food terrace.

Arrived at 11 when it had just opened. The food was not warm, service was slow and the meat had the consistency of something that had been cooked hours before hand then reheated in a microwave. As they had just opened I would of expected everything to have been fresh. I will never be returning

Food is good but the cups for the fizzy drink was disgusting Server got annoyed when I asked for a refund for the drink because my friends and daughter were waiting for me When all the other cups were the same Check your cup

Always my go-to. Very affordable, tasty food,a lot of variety and very friendly staff. Recommended.👍

The Chopstick Noodle Bar is situated on the top floor of the West Quay shopping centre. It is a fast food Oriental cafe consisting of rice or noodles with one, two or three toppings of chicken, beef or prawns. Soft drinks are available. General eating tables and chairs are available nearby. It offers good value for money.

I visit this place regularly aspecially when I fancy some quick efficient noodles that I can rely on to always be as good a quality that I'd expect which I always get!! They do student discounts and blue light discounts. Good choices on the menu for everyone and they always have an allergy advice notice.

First time visiting Chopstix Noodle Bar. They had a nice selection of dishes to enjoy and the ones we had were very tasty. Price wise it’s OK but what you pay and what you get it isn’t the cheapest. Staff were friendly and happy to serve us. Giving 4/5 because one of the dishes that we were hoping to have couldn’t be prepared in time for us as we were in a bit of a rush. Other than that though, a pleasant enough experience, will be eating there again, I’m sure.

Hi I just want to say, that this branch has a nice staff and chefs are cooking tasty food. We are always happy to go there when we are around. Never disappointed. Worth to give a chance and try out new K POP BBQ chicken

If the servers had been any slower they would have grown roots. For an outlet where the food is already cooked, the service was ridiculously slow. There were times when not one of the staff members was serving food despite there being an abundance of it on display. I queued for well over half an hour. The only reason I didn't go elsewhere by this point was due to only having 45 minutes and to join another queue and eat somewhere else would have taken me past my appointment at 2pm. Finally the food was served to me. Absolute slop. No seasoning or soy sauce users in the noodles. Totally bone dry. Tasted the chicken, soggy and dry and then chucked the remainder in the bin and went to my 2pm appointment hungry.

Very dry, bland food which has been reheated. Does not taste very nice and overly priced for the quantity and quality. Staff behind counter were okay but food is very poor.

I love the food here. Duck Rolls, Thai curry all great. Quick service and very tasty. Highly recommended in this central location upstairs. Food is truly delicious !!!

I could smell the food before I even saw it and boy did it smell divine. Decided to order here and I have no regrets. Been struggling to find good Chinese food in the UK compared to Chinese food in Fiji and I must say that this place wasn’t bad at all. The price was very reasonable too. Definitely eating here again. Regret not taking pics of the food.
