Chopstix - Hopwood Services (Welcome Break) in Bromsgrove

I was served by Shasanti who was very knowledgable and happy to help, she made the whole process easy to understand. Polite, friendly and excellent food, fully topped up and lovely and hot. Just what I needed on a cold autumn evening! Thank you!

Best food in the service station, real food freshly cooked, and doesn't make you fall asleep on the motorway afterwards! Grabbed a cheeky 4 topping meal (best choice) from the lovely Shasanti who sorted me out even with till / card machine problems. I always stop here on my way through and will continue to!

Came here on our way to the airport and had some good at chopstix. Never ate from a chopstix restaurant before but it was absolutely lovely. The young girl who served us was welcoming and friendly. Mia was her name. Food was that tasty that we went back and bought more for later on in the airplane.

Have eaten here a few times now food has always been fresh and very nice, shasanti who served me always smiling great service

Shasanti was really lovely. They were close to closing, so didn’t have what I wanted and instead gave me a different option and some extra spring rolls which were very tasty.

Feeling miserable after a long drive to be greeted by the most happiest bubbliest person serving . Well done shasanti for cheering me up and making me feel like the world can be be a happy place .

This is my new favourite stop while travelling back and forth wales, always amazing food, lovely lady who serves always smiling, best service station food 👌

Don't understand the low reviews, I got a large box with 3 spring rolls and a drink, cost me £11. Very nice food, fresh and not overcooked. Service was extremely fast, often at Chopstix the reason it takes so long for other to get food is because they can't decide on what to get. Great little place with some banging East Asian cuisine as a services off the M42.

Overcharged - meal deal items were added as full priced and I'm certain portion sizes are now smaller.

I'm a lover of chopstix but it's going down hill everywhere, portions are tiny, don't do blue light or the loyalty app at most of them, rice was burnt and not nice, caramel chicken portion was tiny for a large and the coke was watery... All for £11

Very small portions, salt and pepper chicken was so hot with extra chilli that my lips stayed burned for an hour or so. Poor service, food cold by the time we got to eat it.

The food was borderline decent from this vendor HOWEVER portion sizes are ridiculously small particularly when you're paying £8 for a medium. Make sure to tell them to fill it or just walk away.

I dared eating here after reading mostly bad reviews. Instead, my experience was good, chicken was tasty and teriyaki beef really good , portions were ok, all seemed fresh and absolutely not dry.

Asian lady very stingy . Trying to give only two small pieces of chicken per serving. Cost over £8 . I won’t be back.

The staff have no manners, (at all) the food “most” looked like it had been there all day and was dry. Having to wait for food for like 20min and still no sauce for the katsu. Place is a Joke

Come here all the time and it’s ran really poorly, haven’t been here once when everything was available. Always different portion sizes. Staff just ignore you and seem undertrained. Turned up at 2:30pm on a friday and they have no rice?! Shame because the food is decent when you can actually get what you want.

Twice been and both times dried out food on display, so gone else where. Really need to discard of the old food sooner. Sat and watched multiple people walk up, look at food and walk off.

By far the best food served here in the services area. 5 star food Delicious

AVOID!! really slow service, only fill the box half full and don't even accept their own app loyalty. Honestly never use this store it's a rip off of terrible service. Absolute jokers, I told them they are a discrace. Do not use them, if another store does this I refuse to pay for fresh air, should be half price

Arrived 7 pm. Store closes 8pm. No curries available. No noodles available as kitchen being cleaned & no fresh one's being made. 5 chicken / veg dishes only on counter and all of them sticky sweet. Wanted spring rolls." Sorry not available as we've switched the ovens off.We're closing soon." Coke zero not working.Portion size meagre, 2 to 4 pieces of meat each selection on a £8 box, did this have something to do with the ovens being off as well? Have bought Shin cups in supermarkets with more filling.Sorry, this is definitely not good enough. If you close at 8 pm you should have a decent/ full selection available until then. Starting to clean the kitchen hours before shouldn't happen. Employ more people or pay your staff for the couple of hours after official closing time for cleaning to happen then. Very disappointed.

£8 for a pot noodle size portion ?!

One of my favorite foods to eat is Chopstix. But at this location they don't serv noodles and rice in the same box like all the Chopstix does... please refresh your menu mate let's be flexible so you can have more customers....

Very tasty food but they were awfully mean with the toppings. For £8 I'd expect the box filled to the brim.
