Subway in Bromsgrove

Staff member with ginger hair, on 7.3.25 10 15 am was very very rude and arrogant not a good look for the franchise won't be returning

What a load of rubbish ended up throwing most away,total waste of money.

The coke with my meal tasted flat and horrible.

I have never been to subway in my life yet keep being asked to review it 😡

Its a sandwich! Service with a smile would be nice but you wont get it here!

Incredibly slow-so slow I live across the road and the food is freezing! The kids were either high or had issues. Not like your normal sunway - awful service, horrendous food and prep, wrong order! They didn’t know what they was doing. The manager needs to give their head a wobble and sort out the staff. Do you know what a cold / reheated subway tastes like 🤮 may as well but ingredients from spa make my own - it’d be quicker! Piss poor. Better to drive to the next shop and save the agro.

The service although very slow,they tried to be helpful. I've given a low rating because this is the only subway I go to that never has the vegan option they advertise. The last three times I've been they haven't stocked the plant patties. If a restaurant chooses to have no vegan options I'm fine with that but don't advertise that you do and then choose to never stock them.

Only ever had one subway that was the first an the last

This subway is the worst subway that I have ever been in. The boy serving spent more time on his phone than serving people and when he did start to make the sub he hadn't got a clue what he was doing. I told him not to bother and walked out and went to another subway. If I could give no stars I would.

Love subway but a bit pricey now

Didn't do subway qas at the shop.

I've always had to wait a couple of minutes here as there's always one person making sandwiches and a second person making takeaway orders, regardless of how many customers are waiting. On my last visit, I had to leave after 10 minutes of waiting because only one person was served in front of me in that time.

Great to have a, "build your own footlong sandwhich" in a local convience shop. Only 4 stars because they need to increase the Vegan range of options. Lovely female staff that served me, great customer service .

Multiple times I’ve been in where there’s no one on the counter so you try and shout someone and they don’t come. The spar staff ring a bell and they still just never come out, never going there again.

I don't expect to be kept waiting for over 15 minutes while you do phone orders with one member on staff on duty. Not only that your staff member didn't even have the good manners to acknowledge me waiting #very poor service

At last a decent alternative for vegans. I always enjoy a sub and this move is going to be a good one for Subway.

They can never seem to get my order right here and the person didn't know how to fold a wrap correctly. Disappointing

I love subway and enjoy eating here however... Lately this branch has been consistently getting orders wrong. I ordered a chicken pizziola and they almost forgot the chicken (I had to point it out to them). There seems to be a staffing issue here as there appears to be new members of staff everytime I go in there and they're not really sure what they're doing so they get things wrong.

Very slow services, was over charged as the lad on the till didnt know how to amend the till. Took 25 mins for 2 subs to be made. Then had to wait a further 5 minutes for a coffee
