food was cold .no box had name on it.did not ordered any rice and veg rolls .but received. total messed order.poor

Waited hours to find out my food was “delivered” no food arrived

Rice was hard the whole meal was freezing the curry sauce was that cold it had congealed and come out the tub in one big lump

after waiting a long time my daughter ordered the vegetarian option to be sent the wrong order she couldn't eat

ordered sweet and sour chicken which was as a dry as the Sahara desert partner got salt and pepper chicken also looked bland first and last time ordering from here specially when taking into account the money paid. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Keep coming back and still loving the place after months. All the workers are super nice and the food is great. the workers are always nice to me

Ordered 2 small box meals and there was enough for 4 people. Great service & great food.

I don't normally leave reviews but the build a box was delicious. the prawn crackers were to crunchy though and not prawny enough. would definitely recommend this place

in past experience’s they have forgotten food and gave us less however i was pleasantly surprised that we had been given a few extra spring rolls! Everything else was hot and as ordered think the place is going up hill!

First time ordering from here. Waste of money honestly I was £20 for a few small bits of chicken a table spoon of the katsu curry sauce and some prawn crackers and spring rolls. There was a box of dry over cooked rice with no sauce how is someone meant to eat that? Won’t order again, just order from an actual Chinese.

Didn’t have any of my order and phoned fir us to pick something else . Tried to get refund and couldn’t . So had to pick things that no one would even eat because was getting charged regardless and everything went in the bin

My experience at chopstix was great! My sever Kaya was very pleasant and helpful throughout my visit! Would recommend to everyone.

Loaded with sugar their food, tried a couple of things and despite traveling the world eating these dishes they are nothing like it. Avoid. Approached staff to give them feedback but denied sugar being inside it despite it coming from a sugar patient!

Lauren and Ramit are always so accommodating and friendly when we go. The food is always good and it’s a clean environment. It’s really good.

Really need to sort their rice out - by far the worst I've had! A bit disappointing really when this makes up a substantial portion of your meal. The chicken also left much to be desired, the sweet and sour lacked any sort of sweetness and sourness and I should have known better when I seen a pale orange sauce. Certainly not the chopstix I remember of old (I had only tried previously in Aberdeen but the quality was far superior then and the food was cooked by Asians who know the cuisine).

My order arrived by time stated how ever some wrong items were delivered. This seems to be a recurring theme with Chopstix. They should let you know if they don't have a particular item so you can choose what you want to replace it with. I had stopped using this place because this kept happening but decided to give it another go what a mistake that has been I won't be back.

Our order came missing some items. No phone number to call and the only option on the Just Eat app is to say the whole order is missing. It’s not so when it’s reviewed in up to a week I probably won’t get any money back.

Order did not arrive at all. Restaurant were not interested helping. Really poor costumer service.

Meal arrived by the time i gave him the code & went upstairs the food was cold overcooked. I think the had been heated several times hard to chew , rice was dry first and last time i will order from there.

Back again and what can I say the Firecracker chicken... chefs kiss x hope this stays on the menu for along time to come. Staff excellent as expected recommend the cauliflower bites and I must say I'm not a big fan of veg but these were fantastic. Look forward to my return to silverburn next week I know what I'll be having.

Portions were very small for size of the container you get and hardly anything in them considering how much you pay. Egg fried rice was also disappointing and compared to other places. Considering how many good quality Chinese take-aways are near-by and offer better food for the same price, I don’t think I’ll be going back.

The two girls that were on shift on the 29/10/24 at 6pm were fantastic, fast service, asked how we EXACTLY wanted our meal and super friendly!

Delivery service great . Food on the other hand was very tasteless noodles tasted of just oil and salt and potato bits were soggy and un edible. First time ordering here won’t order again after food I got tonight . Was really looking forward to trying as well

2 missing items from my order. Plus del timing went from 7.35 to 8.05. 55min wait. When food came is was very greasy. No refund given on my missing items.

Came here for brunch with a friend and the food and service was 10/10. Carly, Richard and Rahmat were very pleasant and chatty. The caramel chicken is delicious and hi go my recommend!
