Starbucks Coffee in Glasgow City

Hygiene scared me a little (a lot). The rats were cute though.

No filter coffee at this one, ever! So I ordered a flat white to sit in, after 20 mins wait they advised they have no cups and plates. They then found a cup, served a coffee that can only be described as puddle water. This place is damaging to the brand, no wonder the starbucks business is now loss making.

Debbie and the team were fantastic and always attentive and happy !!

Food is ok, fillings are not enough in paninis. And it's rather expensive for what you get. Lovely staff and the seating area very clean.

Ordered a pumpkin spice latte. No pumpkin in it. None of the food we ordered arrived either

Ordered 2 drinks both with Oat milk for dietary purposes, both arrived made with full fat milk and no syrups one was suppose to be a hot drink and arrived as just a regular iced latte, neither were red penned to confirm oat milk either.

Very friendly Starbucks. Debbie and other girls were amazing. I will definitely be back and I would recommend it to anyone. Thx guys!

Served an exceptionally good coffee by the lovely Megan, I wasn’t sure what to order and she helped me pick an ace brew. Dead chatty and put a smile on my face. Cheers to Debbie and Jordelle as well ☕️☕️☕️

One of the worst Bucks I have been to. Needs to be cleaner. Tables are propped up by sleeves.

I ordered matcha with whipped cream on top but the server forgot to put whipped cream and used the flat lit to close the drink after she put the whipped cream which is not right as it will ruin the cream

This is he most friendly Starbucks iv visited, Debbie is absolutely amazing at her job and super friendly and very professional, every Starbucks should have a Debbie, Sam the young gentleman was also very customer oriented, I would recommend you pop in and have a brew there!

Gave the barista, a small wiry man with a moustache £20 and he pocketed it, gave me a coffee, didn't ring it up, to avoid a bill discrepancy, distracted me with small talk and then ofcourse when I went to rectify the mistake, he denied all responsibility.

Staff member was just awful . Didnt want to serve me . Kept me waiting for 15 to 20 min on Wanted to do something else .an absolute misery . This is supposed to be a happy treat time for me . It wasnt

Visited for lunch when an attending an event in the area. Queue was pretty long, but the staff worked well to clear it efficiently. There were plenty of options to choose from, and I had a Panini, a cake and a cold drink. The cake was forgotten and I had to remind the staff member than I was due it, but other than that it was quite uneventful. Everyone seemed friendly enough. The seats at the tables nearest the counter were a little worse for wear, and unfortunately I snagged a brand new pair of (pretty expensive) tights on the seat as there was some rough edges/ splinters of wood. So lesson learned- only sit in if wearing jeans!

Dine in with paper bag not dishes , the girl was rough deal with us plus try to make noise through closing the glass cabinet . Tnx

What! No nutmeg to sprinkle over my black coffee? Well, it's a hard life, I know, with only cocoa powder and ground cinnamon available. But the staff (of whom I can name Jack and Nova) will be friendly enough to have a chat and reassure me it'll be re-ordered soon. It's a bright coffee shop, with views over the national cycle route of Pacific Drive, within walking distance of Armadillo, SEC Hydro, Frame, Glasgow Science Centr, STV and BBC. No dark roast coffee, but the blond is rich enough, and for cal-counters, it'll be between zero and five calories. Nice way to avoid pricey wheat and sugar snacks, even without the nutmeg. . .

Caffe und Snacks wie immer bei Starbucks. Gut aber teuer. Service unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Ambiente nicht so schön, weil alles geklebt hat.

They close at 7 PM but at 5PM, they have already ran out of 95% of their food and about half of their drinks...unable to order a blonde lattè or a mocha. Never heard of in a Starbucks before. Ridiculous!

The staff in the place! Never experienced service like it. Always rude, ALWAYS! Never seen a smile between 5 or 6 rotating staff. They're are a couple of staff who aren't there often that are fine but the regular staff members need an attitude check. Also they speak so quietly to you when asking for orders you need to ask them to repeat what they are saying constantly. It honestly feels like it's on purpose! Surely not. Such very rude and miserable attitudes

Awful!! Coffee fine, it is what it is but the staff!!!! Rude, unfriendly and no interest in the customer. Real attitude problems from every single one bordering on aggressive. Been a few times after swimming, same every time How did they even get employed!

I got two mocha frappuccinos from here, and there were genuinely the worst coffees, or even, drinks i’ve ever had. The coffee and milk weren’t even mixed, making the taste bitter and the coffee itself tasting old. The two young girls who served me too seemed uninterested and even quite rude, they didn’t mark my coffee with which one had an extra shot of espresso. Just the worst starbucks experience I have ever had.

Please train the Sunday staff on how to make a frappacino, it’s the highlight of my week, yes I have a sad life, I love the village, but the frapp’s are terrible 😄🫣 alarming amount of syrup, no ice.

Would leave 0 star if I could, went twice within a week both coffees tasted like water and burnt. Don’t waste your money

I've never had a worse experience of a Starbucks. Very little food. Staff didn't want to put the filter coffee on (it was midday). Really unpleasant experience. Won't come back.

Coffee is the usual Starbucks standard which is perfectly fine. What I do have issues with it the sheer volume at which the music was played made it difficult to hear the server or the person I was there to have a coffee with. Oh and not to forget the staff member that started after we were seated, thankfully, who kept running his hand through his hair while serving food. No washing of the hands in the whole hour we were there AND he seemed to enjoy removing his mask to rub his face for whatever reason. He needs better training or a P45. Think I will stick to other well established Coffee shops in future.

First time I have had a Starbucks and I must admit I enjoyed it better than a Costa or Nero which comes a close second

This 1 is inside Glasgow village hotel. Very expensive & staff turned lights out at 4.30pm despite customers still being in!!

I’ve just had the most delightful experience here. Very lovely baristas with impeccable customer service. This *heated* croissant was exactly what I needed on this dreary day, and my soy latte was perfect. Thank you for such a nice introduction to Scotland on my very first roadtrip through.

Wasnt having a great day however the man at the till (unfortunately I didnt catch his name tag had such a big smile on his face. Such a lovely guy. Also never disappointed with the coffee from there the milk is very silky when heated. Fantastic wee cafe.

Very mad just now that I have been told I can't have the same cup of tea that I just got the night before here. The woman server didn't seem to care or listen to me what's so ever. I don't know what I just paid for but it's disgusting. Thanks for wasting my time. Won't be back!

Twice now I've showed up an hour before what is advertised as closing time and found the place shut. I tried to update the weekday times last time but didn't realise the weekend times were also incorrect. If you run a business it's your responsibility to ensure opening times are listed correctly, please update your listing.

A nice wee place for a catch up

Staff are very poor, waited to get served but was ignored. Also, closes far too early in the evening.

The coffee was somewhat underwhelming and the paper straws that my wife used for a mango smoothie tainted the flavour of the drink. Staff seemed friendly but when other orderes were ready they just said what the order was and didn't make sure it was picked up.

Lovley team of people, coffee good to short walk to secc hydro.

Said in website they closed at 8pm... arrived at 2 minutes past 7 to a closed coffee shop... total bummer :(

Overpriced, sandwich tasted stale, coffee just tastes like regular coffee even though I asked for a toffee nut latte, and the server looked as if she didn't want to be there.

I go here pre-match it's a quiet enough place and seating is great. the addition of a Starbucks here is the winner for me though. certain seats too have a plug to charge your phone which is a bonus. big screens show sky sports news too. perfect for before heading to the game 👍
