The best starbucks in Glasgow simply because the staff are the nicest!

The evening team went above and beyond, we were positively surprised. Fantastic level of customer service

My go to Starbucks whenever I’m in the city, I like their wee loft seating upstairs as it feels like a personal den where You can write and enjoy you coffee in peace from the busy locals and shoppers. There’s 3 tables at that seating area but extra seating if you turn to your left as you enter the coffee shop

£6.40 for a large Pumpkin spice latte at Central Station? This is a shameful step to far. I'm officially done with Starbucks

it is the only cafe that one day pays 3.60£ for coffee and the next day pays 3.90£ end coffe is like water no coffe

I was here today afternoon and I just wanted to thank the guy from the staff who remade my white hot chocolate drink without a fuss. Really appreciate the gentle gesture 😁 the atmosphere is pleasant and the staff are amazing. Would recommend this Starbucks 5/5 ⭐️

Pleasant efficient staff, decent coffee, safe, spacious seating area, good place to eat, drink and chill. Highly recommended for coffee consuming movers and shakers (they also do hot chocolate, tea and - yes - seasonal shakes. 5 refreshing caffeine fuelled stars. Look for the sign of the utterly stoned mermaid. 8 out of 10 seagulls voted this joint best place in the city to just chill. Outstanding on a warm summers day (or a warm welcome on a chilly morning) 😁 for sure.

Usual standard food and drink, excellent service, too few seats but cosy for relax

Used this starbucks many times and generally the staff are always friendly and efficient, couldn't ask for much more.

Kind service, quite place but the wifi is so slow and I couldnt share my hotspot because upstairs dont have any signal. Worst place to work omg!!!

2 hours 15 mins for delivery abslute shocking , half my coffee spilled over muffin and just a shambles

Just off Exchange place. Quite small inside and some outdoor seating. Standard coffee shop, at least they serve in China mugs.

Staff really indifferent and rude Muffled background music noise

Outside is very dirty ,a wee brush every now and then would help ,coffee is good

Ordered 2 caramel iced lattes and a regular latte. All 3 lattes were iced and no caramel in any of them?

Ordered 1 x large latte with extra shot. 1 x medium americano with dash hot mild & 1 x carmel shortcake. Received 2 x large black coffee & 1 x carmel shortcake melted between the 3 cups! Delivered to the hospital for tea break. No sticker/ cup not filled to say order. No receipt in bag. Waiting on reply of our almost £16 order!

Excellent drinks- cracking staff ** Haaris and Sam ** Thank you boys- ! I do love a Frappuccino at Starbucks.. I have gone to many stores and enjoyed many a handmade Frapp over the years. Today I had an Espresso Frappuccino at the Royal Exchange branch of Starbucks!! 👏🏻top marks for being so welcoming and providing excellent drinks and 5 star service , as I waited in the queue the boys helped 2 customers who appeared to be tourists with smiles and enthusiasm prepared drinks and pointed them in the direction of one of Glasgows attractions, every customer was welcomed with the same enthusiasm and professionalism. the drinks were fab and honestly the shop had such a buzz.. Keep it up boys I think I’ll by pass other Starbucks and come to your branch as I enjoyed my drink and loved the Glasgow Hospitality- brilliant keep up the good work.. see you next weekend!!

Upstairs is badly in need of refurbishment

Drinks were spilled all over the bag.

Waited over 2 hours for 4 coffees, no apology etc

The coffee is good, as it is in any Starbucks. However, I did ask for syrup in my cappuccino - and paid for it - but turned out my coffee didn’t have any. I was disappointed since it wasn’t too crowded.

Staff are really friendly - strongly recommend asking them for recommendations on what to get, they know some items from the secret menu!

Everytime I visit its always service with a smile Love this store as all the other ones round about are busy and this is a wee hidden Gem

Ryan and Fiona were excellent with taking my order and making my drinks, even with a bit of a crowd I didn’t wait long.

Was meeting up with a friend and we thought was no seats left until was told by staff that there is a whole seating area upstairs that not visible from counter.

Toastie was stone cold delivery driver took over 2 hours to even get to the restaurant and Frappuccino was melted. Absolute joke.

Driver did not deliver to right part of hospital despite specific instructions to deliver to ambulance bay on wishurt Street seen bizarrely circling on his bike around wishurt Street after delivering bag to wring part of hospital. Did not follow instructions to phone when here . And carmel latte was ment to hot coffee. The carmel latte delivered was an ice coffee

It's Starbucks so you know the coffee, other dri ks and snacks are good the only thing that let's it down is the lack of downstairs/Indoor seating.

It's a Starbucks, however the manky filthy outside seating brings the score down. Obviously occupied by smokers the seating area is not kept clean.

Nice staff and service but due to the design, it's a bit clogged where the drink collections are and may in fact benefit from changing the drinks delivery to the front side of the store rather than the back

Green is already my favourite colour so mega bonus but quite honestly whats not to love? They make you (literally) any drink that you want and its a flex to put to put on your instagram story. Theres so many different combos that you could have therefore, theres so many times to try

Let's see it's comfortable, central and the staff are on the ball, personable and pleasant. It is what it says above the door - Starbucks a chain coffee shop which coincidentally shates the same name as a character in the sci-fi series "Battlestar Gallactica". No idea about the mermaid logo, which - odd since they do not sell fish 😁 The gree wifi makes the first floor an ideal place to hang out, finish your essay, chill with your mates, do a bit of people and pigeon watching. Believe.

My fav one. They are soooo clean. Staff is polite and there to help, make jokes and smiles all the time. Well done manager. I’d suggest you have the mini toast back as the big ones can’t have them all. Sometimes when you seat outside it’s annoying because of the beggars. Other than that. Thank you!!!!!! The best in town.

Coffee was nice. The oat milk and strawberry latte is a nice option to have since I am lactose intolerant and don't have options to pick the type of milk used for any coffee on here. The carrot cake is tiny, a lot smaller than they make it seem, and apart from that doesn't taste very good; extremely dense but not in a good way. It was just disappointing.

Went in for a tea it was awful, water tepid mostly milk, which I said I wanted very little, after trying 2 teabags it was pure white, the girls wouldn't shut up for a minute,I walked out in disgust, never again

I got of the wrong orders one of them was right which was a chai latte but the other one was a completely wrong drink and my friend is vegan and lactose and tolerant so she couldn’t even drink it cause it contained whole milk. I would like a refund on the large iced latte with oat milk

Coffees were ok sadly the delivery driver refused to come to entrance of the building and was very rude on the telephone hung up then refused to answer the call

Very disappointed. Ordered a caramel iced frap and there was no caramel in it, no vegan whipped cream which I asked for & no almond milk which I also asked for. It’s far too strong. The girl was talking to others gave the wrong change & was distracted the whole time. Won’t be back unfortunately.

Due to the covid pandemic it was on a take out service only, but the staff were friendly and quick. Just make sure you have a mask with you for service.

Ordered Mocha Venti with whipped cream. Enjoyed every sip of it! It was cold, so this mocha kept me warm!
