The food at chopsticks was splendid, very quick service yet I still felt I had plenty of time to select what I wanted. Staff were very friendly made us aware of any deals, great atmosphere, would love to dine here again.

I've seen a lot of good reviews of this place and I got to say that they're right, the price is awesome for what you get, with just 12£ I was full, and the noodles are great, you just have to pick the right toppings

After visiting a chopstix in Manchester last year was excited to find this one on Cardiff. The way of ordering food is a bit confusing one woman began to serve me then just left the food on counter and carried on serving others so then the lady serving my partner ahead of me took over. Few tables needed clearing but apart from those 2 things the food was really good. Spacious place to eat too and loads of variety to choose from

Absolute joke of a place, it use to be good here. £12 for a poxy kids meal. The staff basically tell you your having a meal deal. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

I was there for a quick lunch. It was super quick to have a delicious lunch. The food was huge in amount, amazing in taste. I was amazed by the service and behaviour of the staff, how calmed and sweet they are!!

Terribly bad welcome, the staff were confused as if they were on another planet, the manager terribly rude and grumpy, I ordered a large portion and it was taken away with the rudest expression from the manager and rude behavior because I don't have a card to pay with unfortunately my card was blocked and only had cash at that point, terrible, terrible service, bad and unsatisfactory welcome, very disappointed!

Ordered a medium box and the guy who served me barley filled the box up to halfway . I asked if they will be cooking more food , he said no and saw the queue of people and only gave me half the portion of the box so he could spread the food out betweenall the customers. I asked the lady at the tills to why my portion was so small, she just ignored me everytime I spoke to her and pretended she could not hear me . The portion was ridiculously small for the price and the food did not seem fresh at all! The server at the till forgot to give me my food before attending to someone else and seem to have no clue when I asked her where my order was . I went to sit down, to only have another server shout across the room at me to get up and that it's takeaway only . The place is over priced , food is not fresh, very small portions and unfriendly service !

Good food and nice staff but accidentally(?) Gave us chicken instead of cauliflower bites. Good news is that they gave us the cauliflower bites and let us have the chicken bites for free.

Food is the bomb. Staff are nice and friendly at tills....off tills. Big smiles and good attitude towards customers. I usually visit the place when I come to Cardiff and never fails to deliver. The staff offer free food when you leave a review...what else can you want.... Music is good. Clean and tidy Will keep coming back. I recommend.
