Wasn’t the best place I haven’t had chopstix for years and I wish I went for a McDonald’s breakfast now would have been cheaper and more tasty

I have never seen a rude manager like this. I ordered and when i went to collect food it was really really cold and i asked manager to do something about it he replied "go do whatever you want, we are not going to co-operate " manager is asian somehow.

They are extremely tight with the beef topping, get chicken they will fill your box up. I could literally get all the beef they gave me on one fork and that was beef topping x2.

The meal's quality was subpar and did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, the prawn option was unavailable during my visit. The service, however, was prompt and courteous. I intend to revisit the establishment in the future, with the hope that the prawn option will be available.

While traveling from Nottingham to London, we stopped for a quick bite around 6 PM. Unfortunately, they were out of 3 of the 6 dishes on the menu, including 2 that our group of four had wanted. At the checkout, I requested a Coke with no ice, emphasizing "no ice" twice. When the Coke was handed to me with ice, I politely asked the young lady, with a smile, if we could have one without ice. She rolled her eyes, turned away, slammed the cup on the counter, and made another. As an American, I was genuinely disappointed by this behavior, particularly from the younger generation. Perhaps the tipping culture in the U.S. leads to better service. Sadly, it feels like this will never change.

Amber, the assistant manager, provided exceptional service during my visit. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. Her professionalism and positive attitude made my experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Now they've changed from 3 options- large, regular and small...to large and regular but using regular size as large and small as regular. They're ripping people off.

Food is delicious but the portion size is small and prices are high. Maybe try if you are stopping at the rest area, and are not very Hungary, as you will leave Hungary.

Avoid. If you don't see a kitchen with a sizzling wok preparing Chinese food fresh don't eat it. Who knows how long this food has been sitting there. The noodles and curry made me sick. Better food options available at Beaconsfield Services. Lesson learned.

I decided to try after seeing they offered cauliflower rice at a lot less calories than standard rice or noodles. I was really impressed with how flavourful the cauli-rice was. I'd hoped for a larger portion of toppings but what I had was good. Staff were really smiley and friendly

Ordered vegetarian meal with cauliflower bites. Took bite out of one of the bites and discovered it was chicken. Told the staff as this was quite distressing for me (as a vegetarian of 8 years). Admittedly they did apologise and offered me spring rolls but I would not recommend eating here if you have any dietary restrictions as food is not separated effectively.

Everything good. Different package size with different toppings to mix. Halal certified as well. 1 large with 3 toppings and 1 extra large with for toppings. We have added sides and drinks. Everything for around £26.

Visited your place to grab dinner to a foodie(myself), 6 yo boy after a long day of school and cricket match and a pregnant lady. Wanted to order a combination of base with and without toppings. But the extremely friendly staff was so patient to not listen to what I wanted although I was ready to pay for just the base at the cost of incl the topping. Ended up collecting food that none of us could eat…ridiculous!!! Sorry but never experienced this graceful staff and experience since being a fan of ChopStix across many locations!!! Pls train your staff to listen to your customers rather than blinded with your products

suranja service was shocking. we qued up patiently I was served by a lady when suranja decided to jump in and mess up the whole order for no reason and tried to over charge aswell when confronted about he's mistake he came up with some nonsense and swore, that's how he treats customers will never eat there again. suranja needs training on customer service and manners.
