Visited your place to grab dinner to a foodie(myself), 6 yo boy after a long day of school and cricket match and a pregnant lady. Wanted to order a combination of base with and without toppings. But the extremely friendly staff was so patient to not listen to what I wanted although I was ready to pay for just the base at the cost of incl the topping. Ended up collecting food that none of us could eat…ridiculous!!! Sorry but never experienced this graceful staff and experience since being a fan of ChopStix across many locations!!! Pls train your staff to listen to your customers rather than blinded with your products

suranja service was shocking. we qued up patiently I was served by a lady when suranja decided to jump in and mess up the whole order for no reason and tried to over charge aswell when confronted about he's mistake he came up with some nonsense and swore, that's how he treats customers will never eat there again. suranja needs training on customer service and manners.

I bought my lunch from here, assistant manager Julia Kukla served me, she was excellent, very kind and caring towards the customers and same time she was mentoring new staff member how to take orders and deal with customs. Julia is an asset to the company. Keep up the good work

I was met by an amazing staff member called Jackson he was extremely helpful and very polite and I would highly recommend everyone to go and enjoy there good food and service

first time having chopstix, didnt know what to expect but gave it a go, served by a lovely gentleman called jackson, who took his time to go through the menu and explained everything on the menu, i went for the extra large box with noodles, firecracker chicken, salt and pepper chicken, caramelised drizzled chicken and beef teriyaki.. everything about this was a 10/10 and surpassed my expectations, this was the first time having chopstix, 100% recommend, and thanks to jackson for helping me have a scrumptious dinner

Sorry, but how does this place has 4.8 stars? Went there based on reviews, food was blend with no taste, everything was literally overcooked, noodles were mushy. Not pleasant experience at all, more than a complete waste of money.

Chopstix is my go to here at Extra Beccy Servs. Always good prices when using value meal deals and smells brilliant as soon as you walk through the main doors to the buffet straight in front of you. Also offers free wifi. Got my cute meal deal if sweet and sour. Even got an extra chicken box from someone in front of me. Was lovely and ate outside thx!

The food is a warm, spicy delicious break after a long days travelling.

The food is very good & tasty. There are also vegetarian & vegan options. However they have changed the size boxes & kept the same price - the small is around the size of a child’s meal if you are very hungry you may want to order a larger size but obviously costs more. Small is ideal if looking for a snack, a child portion or small meal for lighter eaters.
