Delicious Cantonese food. Very affordable and student friendly. They are very polite and welcoming. Great packed food for train travel because it is located just near to the station.

Amazing staff, was amazing to see the food cooked fresh. In terms of food it was beautiful nice and hot and full of flavour. Was served by a lovely team member called Laura she was amazing and helped us with the process. Will definitely be back again!

First time here, the staff was lovely and explained to us how it worked with the boxes, toppings, sides and drinks. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the food really tasty.

SO GOOD! Went here twice over our 3 day trip to Manchester. The caramel glaze chicken is gorgeous. I got mine with noodles but you can chose from many chicken and side options all served right in front of you. Friendly staff and quick service

I’ve seen people claiming the rice is microwaved. That’s simply not true. It’s cooked behind the counter in plain sight. Food is quite tasty. My main gripe is that don’t stock cans. If you want a coke the bottles are large making the meal unnecessarily expensive

A fast food option on the approach to Piccadilly railway station and the food is boxed and bagged for you with cardboard fork and serviette to take out. A nice alternative to burger and fries but don't expect haute cuisine. Visited twice early evening and several of the advertized toppings were unavailable. Noodles and rice were so-so, caramel and sweet/sour chicken nice, salt and pepper chicken tasteless. Service efficient and friendly though. Very much a mixed bag.

I got a medium box (£6.25) with noodles, pumpkin katsu and salt and pepper (chilli pepper) potatoes with curry sauce on top to take away for eating on a train. Staff friendly and service was really quick, I was given a fork, but asked for chopsticks, which were also given with no problem. The food was really tasty and kept warm until I got on the train. The pumpkin was delicious and the potatoes spicy and the curry sauce was lovely. It was a lot of food, I could not manage it all in one go, tasty great when I re heated it later. I would have preferred a little more curry sauce, but that’s probably just my preference.

I had been craving Sweet and sour chicken for a while and thought I would try this place. Regretful as it didn’t taste authentic Chinese. It was like one you buy Asda ready made. Tasteless and the rice was microwaved aswell. I ate it all because I was starving but it was disappointing

Microwaved rice, inedible and tasteless junk disguised as something supposedly Chinese, surly staff, overpriced garbage, avoid avoid avoid!

I Cant believe how horrible the meal I ordered was. The rice was worse than instant mircowaved rice. The shrimps were chewy and disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone !!! I was really starving and would have eaten anything. Yet, i decided to throw the meal box and have instant noodles instead :/ I would rate it as 0 not even a 1.

I haven't been here for a while and the portions seemed a bit stingy this time, i noticed the small box with two dishes had gone up 50p, no big deal as everything goes up. The strange thing was the box seemed smaller, have they slipped in a smaller box and charged more? We will never know, interesting.

Hay bastante oara elegir y para lo que cobran no esta mal, tampoco es que sea nada de otro mundo pero al menos te vale para quitar esa gusa y si no encuentras nada

Bought medium meal box tonight, opened up and there was 4 small pieces of chicken rest of the box filled with hard noodles couldn’t even eat them. No wonder they make their money charging £6 for that..

Great location near Manchester Piccadilly. Fast food with a Chinese twist. Good value and very filling. Prices of the sides are expensive but the £5, £6, or £7 boxes are good value. Premises are clean with decent toilets. Overall worth a try.

I really enjoy this restaurant. Although it is part of a chain the food is full of flavour and occasionally has the odd flare of originality.Whenever I visit Manchester this is one of my favourite restaurants to visit. The customer service is somewhat brusque and very much on a script. Deviating from that in your requests often seems to cause confusion and a lack of comprehension from the staff. That said they have never got my order wrong.As for affordability the price is definitely on the higher end for this kind of experience so it is a treat rather than a regular meal. However I always enjoy my meal when I visit Chopstix.

Visited the place few times since we stay nearby. Good hot food with few choices of dish. Price is reasonable. Lady at the counter was so helpful.

Rude staff have no customer service skills whatsoever. Food is average used to be really nice they have gone down hill. After 5 o’clock there is hardly nothing left

No puedo comenzar a describir lo decepcionada que estoy en estos palillos en Picadilly. Soy un gran fanático de los palillos, es mi favorito y seré honesto y diré que no iré al Arndale porque la comida nunca es buena, pero Picadilly siempre es una comida increíble. Fuimos esta noche a las 8 pm y casi no quedaba comida. Sé que cerraron a las 9 pero habrían estado perdiendo negocios cuando mucha gente se fue. Cuando nos sirvieron, las porciones eran muy pequeñas y cuando hablamos con la señora, consideramos que la porción era muy discutida y comenzó a elevar su voz frente a los clientes que estaban allí. Ella no agregaría nada extra y luego, cuando probamos la comida, no era nada como el estándar normal. No lo disfruté en absoluto y para 20 libras era muy caro para lo que teníamos. Clientes regulares también! ¡Tampoco soy el primer cliente en decir esto y dudo que después de esta noche sea el último! !

For £5.50 they serve you hardly any food. Supposed to be rice and two topping but they gave me 4 small bits of chicken and the other topping had a small handful of curry with 2 pieces chicken. I complaint but the lady didn’t both didn’t care. Avoid this place food is not all that either. Rude staff need replacing.

£6.50 for a large box with three toppings is expensive enough... but to say that one of the toppings attracts an extra 25p is Cunning!!!

Ate here ahead of a long train journey that would see me arrive home after dinner time. Medium size box with two toppings. Ratio of noodles to toppings was a bit noodle heavy, but it was all tasty and good value for money.

I do like the Chopstix concept, it's quick and good value for money. The noodles and rice are well prepared and tasty, the main dishes are also nice with plenty of flavour and sauce which disguises the poor quality meat. At £4.50 for a small box it was a satisfying meal.

Pretty cheap and good quantity of Asian/Chinese food served. Decent option for vegetarians as well - close to the station, so it is handy.

Not bad value for a hot lunch. Decent, nothing to write home about but near to station and the office I was working from and I was hungry. Cost about £5-7 for lunch. Not bad for size. Sweet chilli chicken was okay and salt and pepper chicken.

On my own after work staying away on business I wanted a quick hot meal close to my hotel. I chose the egg-fried rice which had lots of different vegetables and had 2 toppings. I had chicken in a caramel sauce with sesame seeds and another with pepper. It was very tasty and filling. There was a lot of rice and didn't quite manage to finish it all. Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you want a no frills quick meal then I'd recommend it.

Usually, you cant fail if you choose noodles for fast food, since it is pretty hard to spoil them. But they sure can do it, with tasteless sauces. Not worth the money. Service is the only thing that keeps this place going!

Firstly, I was disappointed to find that they only sold egg Noodles. As it’s labelled as a Noodle bar I was hoping to find some Rice Noodles too.

Tuve los fideos de verduras y vegetales llenaban hoy. En primer lugar me gustaría decir que para vegetarianos esto no es un gran lugar para comer. Las verduras 'topping' no tiene salsa o cualquier aromatizantes (y por lo tanto no es exactamente comida china que la gente se va para) y parece ser verduras congeladas supermercado estándar mezclado con algunas cebollas y pimientos añadido. Los fideos estaban en el mejor y en el verduras 'topping' la cebolla estaban crudas. Fue horrible para probar y comer.

Came here for the first time. Lots of variety of different mains. The green beans are also nice, would recommend coming here

Simple efficient self service. Easy choices. Good fresh tasting Chinese food Halal as well. Always busy which is good. No frills grub. I always visit here when in Manchester Piccadilly.

Had the sweet and sour chicken which was RAW. Went back to the store to complain, expecting at least a refund but received nothing, just offered more food. We walked away in the end as it seemed as though no members had any idea what to do.

I was bored of eating at the same food outlet so I was glad i came across this restaurant. The thai curry noddles tasted amazing that i went back for seconds. Reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and attentive. The number one restaurant i will keep visiting every time i visit Manchester.

Found this place during our stroll at Piccadilly and was quite satisfied with the food options. The dishes are reasonable priced for its quality, cant compare it to a high end restaurant though. Ideal place for a low budget meal.

I'm so glad I discovered this place, almost always go in when I've been on a shopping trip in town. It's right by the station so conveniently placed and the food is amazing. I have previously tried the salt and pepper chicken, sweet and sour chicken and caramel chicken and would recommend them all. Ive even introduced my friends to the place and now it's their favourite place too.

Quick tasty bite for lunch. There are better quality restaurants in Manchester but this is a quick and tasty alternative to the usual sandwich meal deals at a decent price. Think of this as alternative to a supermarket sandwich meal deal not an alternative to a "proper" Chinese restaurant.The restaurant always seems spotlessly clean, service is quick despite the length of the queue.I like it for a change at lunchtime.

After taking my son to his first footie match at the Etihad, we'd planned on grabbing something to eat before getting the train home. We were going to go to subway but noticed this place, next door and thought we'd give it a try. Glad we did. It was very tasty and both me and my 9 year old son really enjoyed it. It was very filling though and we were unable to finish, but as it came in a cardboard box we were able to ask for a carrier bag and took the rest home. Will go again.

I live in the City Centre and am obviously spoilt for choice when it comes to eating. I have tried Chopstix on a couple of occasions. The best way to describe the food here is extremely poor; the meats are pre-cooked then placed into big vats of sugary sauces, these are then sat around for countless hours. An example of the meat itself is processed chewy nasty little tasteless chicken balls, and the sauces as I describe above are mostly sugary processed gloup with no real flavour. At best you may get some sauce which has been recently put out and some slightly fresher balls, at worse you have the sauce which has been sat around all day. I have tried both and neither are particularly, a truly sad state of affairs. Food comes to about a fiver.If you are after something nice there are countless places in the station, my personal recommendations would be the Pret Coffee shop. You can't go wrong with a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich, or the Cornish Pasty Shop. Neither of these are cheap but certainly no more expensive than the shambles that is Chopstix

Organised a lunchtime take out for a colleague who was retiring. Placed order a couple of days in advance. It was ready for collection bang on time, hot and tasty. Great value for money and ideal for take out. Will use them again.

Chopstix offers a lot of different choices and in great prices. Located just outside the Piccadilly train station, it's convenient and the food is being served immediately. Caramel Chicken is a must one!

Me and my friend had lunch here a few days ago. The food was good and is about the same price as other fast food places. I had a large box and a bottle of water - £5.50 for the food and £1 for the drink.For a large you get a base - noodles or rice - and 3 toppings. I had noodles with Black Bean Chicken, Thai Curry Chicken and roast potatoes. It was a tad spicy but I'm a bit sensitive to spice so other people probably wouldn't find this spicy. The roast potatoes were so good! I wish I'd got extra potatoes!The portion sizes are really generous, I couldn't even finish all of mine.The staff were really polite and kept the place clean for customers.Definitely would recommend for a quick bite to eat.

A great place for some tasty Chinese food. Choice of rice or noodles and then depending on price your choice of 1,2 or 3 Chinese portions for example sweet & sour chicken, caramel chicken Tec. Ideally located near Piccadilly station. Would recommend it to all.

This is very convenient for Piccadilly train station, literally on the doorstep. The egg fried rice was ok - a little bland maybe. However, the salt and pepper chicken was quite fiery with some chili. Korean chicken made up the medium portion for £5. Quite filling just before a long train journey.

I ordered one topping for £4.50. Vegetarian noodles with a spicy potato topping.This was for on a train, very handy for Piccadilly station.The staff were very helpful and friendly and showed me what was available for vegetarians.The noodles were very simple, but delicious and so were the potatoes.None of the main dishes were vegetarian, it would have been nice to have one in a sauce to choose from.The container kept the food hot until I got on the train.

Limited Chinese menu, food served in a box eaten with a plastic fork. Very basic table and chair set up for eat in. Service is quick as food is ready prepared. Very nice tasty food and a good portion. Ideal if you only have a few minutes before your train departs from Piccadilly station.

This is very handy for Piccadilly train station. One serving of rice or noodles+ 1 topping £4.50, 2 toppings£5 and 3 toppings £5.50. I has salt and pepper chicken, Korean chicken and the egg boiled rice today which will keep me going till dinner time. A no-nonsense get on with it sort of place.

There is a decent array of Chinese dishes available with various rice to accompany. It is a 10 seconds walk from the train station which is very handy and I prefer this to anything inside the station. Does what is says on the box.

If Your in hurry or just want something quick to eat .this place is fine .tables nice and clean .service fast .good choice of noodles and toppings .Not expensive .Don't expect plates .its in a carton but its hot freshly cooked .

I've called at Chopstix several times for lunch whilst working in town.They have a wide variety of dishes to choose from & different sized portions.Slightly over priced, so only visit occasionally.Would I call again?Yes.Recommended?Yes.4/5.

The women who worked there, was really helpful and told me what was available. She also said I could get half rice/half noodles and still have 2 chicken dishes with the medium meal which was brilliant. It was a really cheap, and really nice chinese. Only downfall was it was £1 for a can of pop, no bottles on offer.

Good value, I was in two minds about this place when I entered, but as I was eating , I noticed the trays the food is in are actually shallow, not as much in them as you'd assume - meaning they cycle through it fairly quickly. Good value and quick eats.

I stopped over at Chopstix with my family, what can I say? The food was awesome, very tasty that came with a friendly service. With the large noodle box, there was a choice of 3 different types of chicken- the caramel chicken is delicious, I've never tasted anything like it, also the oyster chicken was very tasty and my 3rd option was salt and pepper chicken strips. Yummy and double thumbs up Will be visiting again on my next trip to Manchester (just round the corner from the Piccadilly station) very convenient 5 rating

For £5 you get a noodle box, rice and a choice of two chicken combinations. The portions may look small but they are quite filling, hot and tasty! For those with a bit of time to kill before catching their train or coach, this place is worth a visit!

The sizes are below average and when you do get your food it has little taste. This is the worst sweet and sour chicken iv had, it's been standing that long the sauce has dried up and became sticky and has been unable to mix with the noodles. The service in this shop is poor, the man behind the counter didn't smile, greet me or make any effort to conduct good customer service. I will not be using this service again!

It's halal for a start. A good set up with choice of noodles or rice with two or three chicken toppings served in a Chinese takeaway box. Merely few metres from the Piccadily Manchester exit.

Whenever I am near Manchester Piccadilly Station I pop in to have some noodles here. It is especially convenient as it is close to the station and useful if you are hungry. The staff are friendly and the noodle and rice dishes are good value. It is a sit down and takeaway and seems popular with Chinese and many other people too. There is a choice of noodles or rice with one,two,or three toppings. Price is £4.50 to £5.50 but if you like you can have extras such as spring rolls and soft drinks if you pay more. The sweet and sour, kung po chicken and the green curry are all tasty. Sometimes there is a spicy chili sauce on the table, but be warned it is quite hot. The food is served in cardboard takeaway boxes and you have a choice of plastic cutlery or disposable chopsticks. The place is modern and clean and has a clean toilet which is also suitable for wheelchair users.
