Truly awful Chinese, soggy and flavourless. Pick anything else from the food court

chef was so rude. There wasnt enough chicken and his attitude was atrocious. Please either cook with a smile on your face and speak nicely to your customers or do not communicate at all. The girl at the front was kind but the chef just ruined the experience completely.

I was being served by a lovely lady, who was helping me decide what drink to go for, and whether it would be cheeper with a meal deal. A lady intervened and confused things and then a man, who I assume was the manager came over and spoke awfully to the member of staff helping me. Rude rude disgusting behaviour towards team members in front of customers or not. He then very abruptly asked me to make a decision on a drink. Will not return because of this.

I came into town and me and my daughter didn’t know what to have so we try this today, have to say it was amazing it was lovely the chicken was so lovely we enjoyed it so much . Thank you so much 😊

Terrible food, noodles are bland and the rice is just inedible. All the toppings we tried were devoid as taste and i can only assume reheated due to inconsistent temperature.

I have ordered their spicy chicken and guess what I got sweet chicken. Take your order carefully from next time.

My family and I went to Chopstixs restaurant on a Saturday lunch, hoping to enjoy a nice Chinese meal, however, it turned out to be our worst meal ever. We were appalled by the food and the hygiene of the place. The food was horrible. The chicken was dry, the noodles were salty, and there was far more sauce than chicken. The counter was dirty and sticky and the cooking oil was rancid as I could smell it in the food. We had to pay a lot of money for disgusting food that tasted worse than a Tesco’s microwave meal. We also had to wait for a long time to get our food and there was no staff to assist us or offer any apologies for the delay. We felt cheated and ripped off. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is a waste of money and time, and a risk to your health. Chopstixs is a disgrace to Chinese cuisine and should be shut down immediately.

What I want to assume was the owner was very welcoming and helpful with our order, food is very nice and very cheap! Absolutely recommend it

Please don’t order a chicken dish here. I’ve visited this restaurant recently. The chicken was old and salty and the rice was really dry. Also, there was a staff (it should be a manager, I guess), he shouted to a staff. Although I don’t know what happened, I felt not comfortable in there. Generally, the food quality is not good…

Upon entering the establishment, the atmosphere was immediately unpleasant. The manager was shouting at the staff, which created a tense and uncomfortable environment. The staff themselves were rude and unhelpful, giving off the impression that they did not want to be there. To make matters worse, the food itself was terrible. The chicken was uncooked, which is not only unappetizing but also a serious health hazard. The noodles were overly salty, making it impossible to enjoy the meal. It seems that the quality of the food was compromised, perhaps due to a lack of attention or care from the staff. The overall experience was thoroughly terrible and not worth the time or money. It is concerning that a fast food establishment could have such poor management and staff, as well as such low standards for food quality. I would recommend anyone to avoid this establishment like the plague

Never coming back again, I ate noodles there one day and almost puked at how disgusting it was, found plenty of hair mixed with the noodles, couldn't get the idea of someone's sweaty head and hair mixed with my food. For those of you thinking of going to this place, just don't, you're better off buying instant noodles from the supermarket and doing it yourself. Just wear some hair bands tho so your own hair doesn't fall in the noodles 👍

Fake Asian food - this is a cheap low-quality knock off They just put some random Asian ingredients cooked together with some fried chicken and rice/noodles then call it "Asian". You won't see real Asians eating here for a reason, stay away

Had noodles on two occasions and rice once.The food was nice and reasonably priced compared to some of the others around.I always have the two topping meal and it fills me up proper. I can certainly say I enjoy the food over there and hope they will always maintain that standard.

Awful! The worst food I have ever eaten! Have tried Chopstix in London and Staines and the food is so much better! I think the chef here has gone rogue. The portions are tiny for the price and the meat is questionable. Not the same taste or portions you will find at the other restaurants. Steer clear!!!

The food was not eatable, probably was cooked days before they served, the oil it was fried was smelling. It landed in the bin as I was not able to swallow that.

First visit, I have large box of rice salt pepper chicken sweet n sour chick and caramel chicken. My daughter tasted and loved all dishes and so did I only cost £7.99 so reasonable priced

We are visiting from Singapore, and were missing noodles so we decided to try the noodles with orange chicken and Katsu chicken curry... by far the worst Chinese food we have ever tried... noodles were not even cooked fully... and we gave feedback to the cook...I don't think he was very pleased... just sharing our feedback...

My 20 year old son had a delivery from here on Monday and I have never seen him so ill, vomiting, stomach cramps and high temperature I will be reporting to the environmental health

I asked when the shop was open and they said whatever and then when I saw people odring I said what do they do again they said whatever I don't cear if you not going to order go away they said so they are the worst people I chopsticks and I might never order again from them.

I’m not one to write reviews or moan, but oh boy, I have to write something. I ordered the noodles with BBQ chicken. At a cost of nearly £6 I was expecting high hopes. The noodles were over cooked and were outrageously salty. The chicken was like cheap chicken nuggets, I’m not talking about chunks of real chicken but reformed chicken as in kiddies nuggets. I found the sauce too thick and concentrated. Not a nice experience. It’s a shame but I wish I’d gone to the well known burger bar or fried chicken bar next door. I know I would’ve received a far better value for money meal there.

Went on the 7th of may and asked for just chicken AND WILLING TO PAY FULL PRICE and have been doing it for a long time now but not any more so funny they are happy for me to throw away perfectly good rice for no reason all I want is the chicken what a stupid rules and a ridiculous world we live in and to top it all of he was rude

I had was in Woking this weekend and I had rice with chilly prawns and chicken Katsu from Chopsticks..I was literally impressed of the taste of the food..even though I had to queue for a couple of good minutes it was worth the wait.. I recommend the food 100%

I usually eat there in the weekends, last time I had beef with rice and noodles as I really enjoyed it as I always do, which I would recommend you guys to try. Fantastic and delightful food, see u next time

I ate it because I was hungry otherwise would left it like my wife did. Just didn't seem fresh and the noodles taste like they are from the freezer!

We visit this place on Saturday the 8th O January 2022 and we are so grateful and happy with service and food. My two children they love only noodles and the gentleman and the Lady they provided us with an happy noodles for the kids. Food was brilliant, fresh and full of flavours. I had noodles with sweet chilli prawns, without the prawns the noodles would’ve been super plain with no taste. Still…. I’ve enjoyed the food, complements to staff that serve me with friendly attitude & helpful.

Couldn’t find anything for the Fleet Services location but this will do. I approached the counter after seeing other people being served. I was tired and fancied something other than burgers. As I got to the counter an aggressive young girl who I can only assume hates her life and everyone around her, shouted at he saying ‘WE’RE CLOSED!!!’ Being a fairly placid and calm person, I said “oh, errr ok” She the shouted at me again, just encase I didn’t get the message the first time…. “WE’RE CLOSED”. I asked her not to shout at me and said, I didn’t realise as everything still looks open and there aren’t any signs. So her response was to shout at me one last time, roll her eyes and stare at me. She seemed like a very ‘hangry’ individual. Aggressive, untidy and sweaty. I decided to get a KFC chicken and rice box which was really good. Shocking!!!

Beef teriyaki and rice tasted terrible, couldn’t eat it, just threw it in a bin. Haven’t tried for a long time but it used to be better.

Me and my friend went for lunch we chose chopsticks in peacocks In the food court woking. and oh my god it was horrible the chicken was raw and cold the camermel chicken tasted reheated and the chicken curry had a layer of jelly on the top we had a few mouthful and didn't it. last night I was very ill along with my friend being sick and having diarrhoea we both are still unwell and will never go back as well I will be telling people how poor it is there

Staff were rude and not helpful at all. When we asked questions they laughed and were very sarcastic. Then they just started talking amongst themselves and ignored us and didn't pay attention to what we were ordering. The food was cold and tasteless. For the same amount of money you can go to Shins in market walk and get a lovely meal. I certainly won't be returning.

I’m so disappointed... my first experience with Chopstix was absolutely horrible.. I got the bbq chicken and sweet chili prawns and wow.. chicken was mushy, rice was hard and tasted rough, prawns weren’t gutted and I had hair in my food... staff was lovely but someone needs to whip that place in to shape.

I used to love coming here but today was not so good , if i could give a zero i would, the box is literally full of just rice , and considering i ordered three toppings, it was the equivilant of one topping since our previous visit. the boxes were a lot smaller, i feel its now a rip off , we used to come here so often but now, i would be coming here again, everything was bland especially the rice, the caramel chicken used to be fantastic, but nope cant taste it anymore, its like they have cut back and skimped on the portion sizes and the flavours, what a shame. filling a box up with rice to cut costs is a sure way to lose customers.

Have been eating here for years really disappointed today ; it was so bland ; they ran out of the Malaysian curry which after they remade it was just bland stir fry veg with very few pieces of bland chicken .Also noted one of the servers just barely filling the box .Total waste of money today

I am sorry I had to post a review , because the quality and flavour is just lower than BAD... it is so bad I couldn't finish the noodles... It says sweet and sour chicken all I could taste is STIX in my mouth .... BBQ chicken, you must be joking or mixed up soya sauce with bbq... the salt is on another level.. I was searching for that "bbq sauce" I got confused and spit it out, thought it was a fried broccoli instead.

It used to be one of the best fast food places in Woking, but last experience was outrageous: after the lockdown it took quite a while for chopstix to reopen, so we were glad to finally be able to enjoy some of our favourite fast meals! We've ordered two large portions of noodle with three toppings mixes, out of which we basically got a load of noodles with few scruffy pieces of meat. All in all - 14£ odd for two disappointing boxes of noodles. Appalling change in portion ratio sides to toppings. Would not recommend anymore.

Since the change its quality has dropped and staff attitude is bad , go back a year and it was 5 star , I feel like I have paid for overpriced poor quality food ( if you can call it that )

My son and I had lunch here today was the best we have had it was so amazing the noodles the rice the chicken the prawns it's a must to for you all to try we cant wait to go back

Stay away from the sweet stuff because you won't taste anything else but sugar. I would recommend ordering large rice with 3 fillings of Beef and Brocolli.

new staff are really helpful in accommodating allergies and helping work around allergens and making a good meal. Expensive but it’s food court food! Always delicious.

Food was perfect temperature; tasted great (both had rice; I had Sweet chilli prawns which were amazing and caramel drizzled chicken which was super yummy too! My partner had the caramel drizzled chicken and the salt & pepper chicken - both he said were really good). Both had medium food boxes with large drinks and cost a total of £15, which we thought was very reasonable. Portion size was perfect. Staff weren’t the most enthusiastic but I think they were focusing more on speed and quick service to try and cut the queue rather than spend extra time with unnecessary over friendly BS. It was very much a UK take on the US’s Panda Express (which I also love), just minus the precious precious Orange Chicken! Overall, very happy with the food; drinks and service.

Was servers rotten chicken and promptly refunded will not be eating there again, just eat literally anywhere else in the peacocks centre and if you are craving Chinese food golden dragon by the station is pretty good

At 10.30am today, stood for 7 minutes to try order while being completely ignored by the guy. Rude, unhelpful staff.Finally got served after moaning. The chicken looked like it was standing for awhile and when i got home i found HAIR in my food. Ordered caramel chicken & sweet and sour chicken with noodles... Threw it away. Will never go back!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!

Great food, a bit overpriced, happy staff.

As a Chinese taking a short tour in England, I needed something Chinese to save my Chinese stomach, that had recently been fed with some horrible English food, so I ordered half rice half noodle meal with chili chicken and fried potato chunks on top. After this 7.5 pounds meal, my stomach was not saved, in stead, it turned upside down with tremors and refused to accept such a thing to digest. Yes, I vomited a lot even with the English breakfast I had. The rice was harsh to chew. The noodle was salty. The chicken tasted not like chicken. They combined together chewed in my mouth gave me unspeakable feel. After a few mouthful of this food, I had to find some English food to comfort my mood and stomach. Sorry for this comment.

This fast food is disgusting and the staff are unfriendly. You can see why there is a queue for KFC but no one at chopstix. Food sitting under heat lamps for hours and over priced.

Terrible food, no taste whatsoever

never had a meal here before. and never again.. the sweet and sour chicken looked really nice, and that's where this ends.. it tasted bland, the chicken was sort of okish but could have done with being crispy, the noodles were horrible, like eating warm soggy cardboard.{not that I've eaten soggy cardboard } but this is the only way I can describe it. The rice was also not nice.. so all in all pretty awful.. next time when at Fleet services and I'm hungry, it will have to be something else..

I just needed to share my experience at Chopstix Noodle Bar at Fleet Services. I've ordered the barbecue, salt and pepper and caramel chicken as it looked yum but when I've tried eating it, I can't taste the chicken. It tasted like I'm eating a paste. When I looked closer, I've sliced all of it, you can barely see any chicken meat. All it was looked like a cornstarched, jelly, paste-like thing, see photos please.

The food is not great but does the job for a fast food noodles restaurant. Good for the price. If you like noodles it is an option.

As fast food goes this gives the regular big boys a run for their money great value decent Chinese / Korean / Japanese food always fresh and friendly staff.

This place is very hot and miss. Been there a couple of times and have on a couple of occasions food has tasted great then on other occasions food tastes stale and bland.

The food is great and is good value for money! Only £5.50 for either rice or noodles and one selection of chicken - Portions are big and very filling.

A good choice of noodles or rice and chicken. There are more authentic Asian places in Woking but a good choice in the food court.
