La razón por la que perdimos el letrero es porque estábamos luchando con una silla de ruedas a través de su estacionamiento empedrado, en un lugar que dice ser accesible. Tampoco hacen cumplir su silla de ruedas, solo espacios, por lo que los espacios para sillas de ruedas fueron ocupados por vehículos no autorizados, incluida la recogida masiva obligatoria. Posteriormente, se nos emitió un aviso de cargo de £ 100. Cuando recurrí por pagar a clientes, la apelación fue rechazada. Cuando los llamé y les expliqué toda la situación, incluida la discapacidad, parecen haber cedido. La saga continúa. Esta no es una forma de tratar a los clientes que pagan. Aparte de eso, la comida estaba... bien. El servicio fue agradable. Las opciones eran limitadas. Las hamburguesas vegetales estaban bien. El pastel de estaca y cerveza estaba bien. La corteza muy delgada. Los precios eran bastante altos.

Cenamos en este restaurante cada noche por 3 noches. La comida era excepcional y el equipo era extremadamente amable. Vidya en particular fue una ayuda increíble. Su naturaleza cálida y compasiva era extremadamente sincera. Después de habernos alojado en varios hoteles de lujo antes y cenado en varios restaurantes de lujo Pua, no hemos experimentado el nivel de profesionalidad de Vidya de ninguna otra persona de hospitalidad. El grupo hotelero Marriot tiene suerte de tenerla.

Good food dreadful interior design and dodgy Saturday night party music.

We love the Prado and have gone several times in the past for lunch to sit out on the patio and enjoy the beauty of Balboa Park. We went on a Sunday night, enjoying the 1000 point table offering from Open Table and excited to try a newer menu, we sat down and embarked in the amazing hummus and flatbread. Our waiter immediately asked if we were celebrating anything and we told him about it our recent engagement. The recommendations on the dishes were spot on and the Moroccan Duck and fresh pasta dishes were a great choice. Additionally, we got a dessert to celebrate. It was a great night and we even got information on the Prado as a wedding venue.

Good food, the rest was ok service ok, place did look a bit untidy and the toilets need cleaned and toilet seats fixed

Food wasn't nice. Place was empty and the server got the order wrong. Food all came at different times so one persons was cold by the time the rest came. Terrible.

When I read about the awards given to the Edinburgh Chop Chop I thought I had better try out the Glasgow restaurant so that I wasn't missing anything. I was not disappointed, this was a really good meal. Essentially the starters are like Ravioli in appearance, filled with the tastiest of Chinese ingredients. There is still recognisable main course dishes with boiled rice which are beautifully cooked. Lovely, I'll be back.

Disappointing choice of dishes, plenty choices though if you are a dumpling lover which chop chop seem to specialise in. Not what we were expecting.

Always look forward to having the steamed pork and chive dumplings!
