After walking all over West London I couldn't resist this amazing looking restaurant, both inside and out. The staff were very friendly. My pint of draught beer was actually 50p cheaper than my pint of flat Tribute beer i had in one of the Kings Road pubs ! I chose Jodhpuri Murgh ( A traditional Rajasthani style chicken curry ) I'd never eaten one of these before. The flavours were superb although slightly salty for my liking. You order the rice separately. I just chose plain boiled rice. The prices are more expensive than I'd normally pay but you are in a wonderful restaurant in London. The idea of trying to find somewhere to eat inside the Battersea Power Station ( like hell on earth ) was a definite no no.

I went to celebrate my birthday with my children. It was an amazing experience with food and drinks. They even got a celebratory cake for me which was so nice. Thank you. Only thing I will say is the missi roti I ordered was not soft as I expected but they promptly changed it to Tandoori roti when I mentioned. I was told by staff it is not soft but that has not been my experience in the past at other places. That is reason for one less star.

We had an amazing experience at Chokhi Dhani. The ambience, staff, the food all of these elevate your experience. We ordered Maharaja and Maharani thali and it was absolutely worth it. The Chefs did their best in resembling the authentic taste of Rajasthan. Even the cocktails were splendid. ‘White Elephant’ stole the show. Rajiv and his team were polite and courteous. Would definitely go back.

For a restaurant that markets itself as ‘premium fine dining’, I must say the food was not at all premium. Lack of flavour and taste in most of the dishes we ordered. And for that reason I think the menu is very overpriced for the low quality food. I think this restaurant is just for aesthetics, not a pleasant experience at all, just a huge waste of money. Service wasn’t great either, they were quick to take away our plates before we had even finished. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

All the reviews made this place sound excellent. I had a trip over to it and it looked extremely nice - unfortunately I wasn’t allowed in. Apparently tailored shorts and polo shirt are not in accordance with their dress code - which I can’t find on the website; you have been warned. Shame.

Located in Nine Elms and within walking distance from Battersea Power station, an authentic Rajasthani cuisine place with unmatched service. The hosts and staff were amazing. And that’s what also sets it apart from other fine dine places. On arrival we were shown to our table amidst a beautifully decorated ground floor with motifs on walls, brass artefacts on shelves and wooden carvings all around. The service is very quick and the food is excellent. We ordered mirchi bada for starters and then gatte ki sabzi, murgh makhan along with missi roti, bajra rotla. And also the maharani thali which is a vegetarian only fare. The server explained every dish within the thali which was a nice touch. For desserts, the malpua with rabri and Gulab jamun were a fitting end to a delicious meal. This place is not easy on the wallet but if you want authentic taste and a special meal for a special occasion, then this should be your place of choice.

Very nice service and food was fantastic. Rajasthani food is not as common in comparison to other Asian restaurants in UK (Bangladeshi). This restaurant really stands out with it's authentic cultural, ambitious and outstanding food. Staff are very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing food. Everything was just perfect. Great ambience. The food is 100% Indian flavours and has not been adjusted for European palette.

Amazing experience of warm hospitality and authentic flavourful Rajasthani food!! Couldn’t have been better. Ordered couple to snacks- mung dal pakodi and Palak paneer seekh, both delish, took me back to streets of Jaipur. And then the star Thali- with all authentic dishes like Ker Sangri, Gatte, Daal Baati Churma(mind blowing), laal maas, Jodhpuri Chicken, and kadhi all were amazing. And mung dal halwa for dessert- perfect balance of sweet, ghee and spices like cardamom. Must try! To top it all, very nice staff, served with a smile. Overall an amazing experience and can confidently say, food much better than the Jaipur Chokhi Dhaani! Well done! 👏🏻👏🏻

We stopped here for lunch after visiting battersea power station and it is just minutes walk away. The restaurant is immaculately presented inside and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food……wow! It was exceptional. Some of the best flavours I have ever had at an Indian restaurant. We had a range of main dishes and sides and everything was so delicious. Could not fault anything and for the setting and food quality the prices were very reasonable. Would love to return and enjoy some more fine cuisine one day.

The food looked amazing and was an explosion of joy in my mouth. The Vegetable Samosas starter was the best I have ever had. The chicken with coconut main dish was excellent. As were the plain tin and Nan breads

I was suggested this restaurant by an Indian friend and I am glad I listened to him - excellent dishes (recommend in particular the King and Queen dish, to try a bit of everything) and very kind personnel who explained in detail all the dishes served. Elegant athmosfere with typical and very well curated interiors bringing you right into the Indian tradition. Will come back and I recommend to both couples and friends groups.

What a lovely meal and experience we had here while celebrating my husband's birthday. We all had veg or meat thali and everything was just delicious. I am not a fan of daal baati churma but they made it exceptionally well and everyone loved having it. Their drinks are also nice. I lover their ambience and service. They really made it extra special for my husband. He came home with a smile of contentment. Free nearby parking just makes it so accessible. My only criticism would be they take too long to get the food out and they need to work on their maalpua. I'll come back here again nonetheless.
