Probably the worst Chinese I've ever had. The chicken curry was minging, the chow tasted off and its just total waste of money

Been with these for a year or so now !! Last few weeks it’s been a joke !! Attitude when you ring up and mess the order up all the time !! Found a hair in my food last time , rang them back told them , and put the phone down 👌 says it all to me …. Your choice !!!!

Always use these but the last few times have gone downhill. Waited hour and half to be delivered nearly cold food. Took many times to call them to be greeted pretty rudely. Won’t be using again. Decided after 8 months to give these another try to see him things had improved… Clearly not hour and half later and still no sign of food

First time ordering, 2 hours to deliver the food on a Monday night. Food was very disappointing, will not be ordering again

Food has always been great, I don't know if there's been a change of cook or something but it was exceptional tonight. Crispy chilli beef was really crispy and fresh, huge portion too. I don't know what they put in the beef and brocoli sauce but it's beautiful

Disappointed this week . Singapore curry gloomy, chips stale and chicken chow mein dry

Been having food from choice for many years now, always happy with my meals, never had anything bad or didn't taste right. The food is always delicious, arrives boiling hot, no complaints at all. Thank you Choice Take Away!!

Chest add a Singapore chowmein and it's one of the hottest ones I've had in ages absolutely beautiful recommended it🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Had a meal delivered on Saturday night and three adults were extremely unwell with food poisoning which could not have been from anything else. We were ill for a couple of days after it. Rice didn’t seem normal consistency and didn’t seem fresh. Will never use again and have reported to Local Authority.

Always use these but the food tonight was ready for the bin Chips looked like they had dried out 3 years ago 🤦‍♂️ an everything dry ie warmed up 😬😢

Order took more that two hours, I phoned 4 times to see where the order was they hung up on me 3 times, and when I did get though I got the impression it was my fault it took so long. When the food finally turned up the food caddy had a £25 tee. Really would not recommend this take away.

Absolutely disgusting food in general. Cold chicken balls inside, all the food lukewarm crispy beef tasted way way gone off as did the curry sauce waste of £30. There are better places, Don’t buy go elsewhere.

Lovely food took an hour to arrive but was worth it!!

Awful service. Booked a delivery didnt arrive. Not answering my calls. Never again. Plenty of others with better service. Avoid. Still no answer in phone....truly shocking service....giving up now. Going elsewhere. Do not deserve to keep trading

Been going here for ever. Only Chinese I ever have. Its all always boiling hot and delicious.

Our usual Chinese but on two occasions have been severly let down by the service. 3 hours and 15 minutes waiting for our food to be delivered! When i rang after waiting 2 hours i was told my food was out for delivery, only to be told the second time ringing that it was still in the kitchen and that they were extremely busy; no apologises or offers of a refund because of the trouble. Will not be ordering from here again!

Took a chance as The Happy Wok has closed, crispy beef and chow mien were both lukewarm! Won’t be buying sub-standard food from there again.

Absolutely awful customer services, sent me LOADS of chicken in my tofu dish and then when I called to get a replacement they told me they were too busy and I could have money off next time. I told them no I want my money back now or the food now and the manager started slagging me off to the girl who was on the phone to me and said I should just remove the "one bit of chicken". Needless to say I hung up and I drove down there and in the 8 minutes it took me to drive there they had miraculously quietened down and made my food ready as I arrived. The manager also tried to lie to me about being able to get a refund online. Absolutely vile staff and wont be eating there again.

Our favourite Chinese. The staff are lovely and food is great (good vegan choices too!).

Great portions and good value for money. Not overly keen on the chicken in the curry so I would order roast chicken dishes

Has anyone else noticed the chicken wings smell like poo? We can not condone this behaviour we must stand as one

Best Chinese about don't use anywere else lush food!

Ordered on line with this take away realised I had made a mistake because we don’t like there food rang and cancelled straight away soon as he know I wanted to cancel he suddenly couldn’t understand then after a while he said no problem and slammed the phone down 🥴

Normally the place of choice for us. We've always loved choice for years but tonight (19th september 2019) everything seemed flavourless. The curry just tasted like unseasoned nothing. I had to out soy sauce over my food which I've never had to do but it still wasn't the same. The rice just tasted like eggy rice without the extra flavour you get from a Chinese takeaway. I imagine it was a one off and will carry on ordering from here but very odd for choice to be like this. Hopefully back to normal next time.

Good food..pretty quick preparation time. I just hate it though when you are ordering and their phone rings...and he stops taking your order to answer the phone..just find it rude...sorry.
