Had good food after a long time. We had halwa puri from their breakfast options. The halwa was delicious and sweet. The highlight was veg momos with the red chutney. Mahima was really helpful with the choice selection and friendly. Their masala chai is a must try to warm up the cold.

I enjoyed a lot by the taste of Gobi and kothu is really nice and spicy Good service by tresha Really will come back soon.

We was visit today. But just waist of money and time. No tadt of food. Samosa chat, pani puri just normal, karak chai and Masala tea is fully rubbish. Tea cup is very small for 2 years baby. You can not hold the tea cup. I never recommend anybody to go there for eating.

Good Indian food for amazing price.

I tried only a few dishes. Except misal pav is all good. Misal pav is entirely different from what we get from North India. Few seating capacity. Parking we can get 5min walking distance.

If you need a serious spic hit....this is the place!

Atmosphere of this restaurant is like an India. And the food is so good. They have various types of food from india. When we eat there we feel like we are in india. I visited with my friends and I will visit this place with my family too. I will recommend this restaurant to my friends and some british friends because they can enjoy indian food here in manchester.

Well located in the famous Curry Mile in Manchester. The restaurant is small but cozy. We loved the ambience. The Momo tasted great, just like I had in Delhi! The Gulam Jamun was definitely the best I have had in the UK so far! (Again, just like you find it in India). Bhelpuri was ok (I would have loved it to be more spicy). Dosa was great! The staff were very friendly and the place felt like home. So, if you are up for trying some indian street foods, I highly recommend it.

A few weeks ago my wife ordered veg samosa with chaat. It was tasty and the customer service was good as well and very welcoming. However it was a bit pricey and there was a % fee on addition as a fee for service (i think 5 per cent).

Always such a great experience. Quick, delicious, and super friendly service. Menu is well indicated for dietary requirements, though not for allergens so you need to ask for the allergens list.

I liked the pani puri and I didn't like the fish pakora.

Chit 'N' Chaat is one of my favourite restaurants on Wilmslow road. Very decent prices and top quality food. Their chaat is on another level, the aloo tikki chaat being one of my favourites. The masala dosa is another crowdpleaser. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. The only potential issue is that the interior is relatively small compared to other restaurants, so if you were going as a large party I'd probably call up in advance to discuss seating.

Quick service. We walked in on a Friday night and they had space. Food was delicious, we had 5 things between the two of us. Depending on what you get I think they recommend 4 things to share between two. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere, will be back.

Overall it's a good place except that one rude judgy waitress there. The moment I entered and was looking for a seat she came to me and asked "yes" in the most judgy way possible. She may have her own reasons to do that but this isn't the place and it was really disappointing.

Expected a bit more spice to the Hakka noodles I ordered.

Went yesterday. Staff were nice but looked very overwhelmed and overworked despite only having a couple of tables in. Maine were served despite not receiving starters and us asking twice for them. Was told they only have one fryer. So obviously the veg stuff gets fried with the meat. Food was ok. Wife enjoyed her dosa. But why do they add a service charge. This is not a 5 star restaurant. Must be the only restaurant on wilmslow road that do. How can you charge a service charge and call it discretionary when you automatically add it to someone’s bill and to make it worse don’t provide a great service. BEWARE OF THE SERVICE CHARGE. I wouldn’t mind paying the extra but your service is not up to scratch. Other than that will not return. Many other options in the area.

I love everything on their menu. Their aloo tikki chat, papri chat, dosa, vada par, wings tastes amazing. I literally crave every other month to go back to this place. I highly recommend if anyone wants to try some street food then you must visit here.

It was the best good I had in so many years in UK. Really can't take the taste out of my tongue. The service was amazing. We went to manchester and found this gem. Would highly recommend this place. They let us in right before they were about to close and served us in less than 5 minutes of us ordering. The food was absolutely incredible. Best Indian food in Manchester and I would 100% recommend to others!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING my friends and i were starving at almost 10pm and these lovely people let us stay in after closing to order and eat in the food was absolutely delicious coming from a south indian and they were very friendly and nice the food was the perfect level of spice and SOOO flavourful and they gave us the food in about 3 minutes and was very reasonably priced recommend

What an amazing food, we were served by Gayetri Lishu and Veeru. We tried chicken momos, ghee idli and garlic chicken. They all were brilliant food. Would definitely visit again from Oxford.

Wow, just wow. We've been stuck on the continent with dire Indian food and this was an absolute joy! The flavours and textures were sublime. Service was crazy efficient, super friendly and helpful. Amazing value too. An absolute gem, will be back!

Tenía una enorme dosis de Masala con varios chutnies. También pani puri. El personal es encantador y el restaurante tiene buena relación calidad-precio. Recomendado.

Really great Indian street food, quite authentic for my tastebuds. Recommend the dabeli, vada pao, chicken lollipops and sev puri, which we got. Note : the pictures are a bit deceptive, the portions are really good! Will definitely come back and recommend this place highly. Hygiene standards are also great - don’t forget to wash everything down with masala or pink Kashmiri chai!

WOW!! I am so happy we stumbled across this place!! Incredible flavors, every mouthful — the samosas in particular were a perfect blend of spices and that awesome plump potato-y texture inside. Delicious homemade sauces and the best mango lassi I’ve had in years! Staff handled a busy, hectic atmosphere WITH APLOMB and were never too busy to answer our questions and make sure we were taken care of. Definitely returning.

We ordered pav baji, vada pav and mogo everything was too salty couldn't taste any spice or flavour other than salt. Won't be coming again.

I literally could not recommend this restaurant enough, the food was so so so good. We got the okra fries - they were INSANE, way way better than Dishoom, the Pav Bhaji - the Pav was sooo soft and the bhaji was absolutely bursting with spiciness and tanginess, the Momos - these don’t rlly look like traditional momos but they had SO much flavour and the spicy chutney with them is soo good, the mogo chips - soo delish, and the Dhabili - something I had never tried before and absolutely devoured. The service was really nice, the food came out quick and the music was perfect for the food! Don’t be put off by the slightly high prices, the food portions are very worth it!

I recently dined at Chit N Chaat, and I must say it was one of the best Indian food experiences I've had in the UK. The food was absolutely delicious, with the dosas and pav bhaji standing out as exceptional. The flavors were authentic, and every bite reminded me of home. If you're looking for genuine Indian cuisine in the UK, Chit N Chaat is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!

Lovely pleasant experience, the food was fantastic & the staff were professional & friendly. Was really busy & our food still came out hot / fresh in a very reasonable time.....my only very slight critique would be the chicken noodle portion size could be bigger given it was almost £9 & authentic sauces should be served rather than tomato sauce. Besides this, I have nothing but positive thoughts on this place & I definitely will be recommending & returning.

Simply wow, from start to finish the service from Sai and Veeru was excellent, they were attentive, welcoming and always happy to accommodate any requests. The food itself came out one by one and just when you thought it couldn’t get better, it did. The masala dosa was superb with great tasting a generous portion of filling too. Following this keema pav and chicken reshmi kebabs were divine to top that the makki di roti and saag was a real delight, not forgetting the tantalising aloo tikki’s. Finishing off our meal we went for the ajar halwa and gulab jamuns which were freshly made, simply exquisite with our kadak and masala chai. Not one bit of food or drink including a nimbu pani was left. Amazing work and even better food, cannot wait to come back and try all the rest of your dishes.

Wow what a hidden gem visited here on wednsday evening got to say I was taken back with the quality and taste of the food i was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smiling waitress I bought the Veg Momos and Pani puri the food was absolutely delicious mouth watering pani puri full of flavour Momos could have been steamed instead of fried but still tasted fantastic packed a punch overall Good quality and fantastic value for money food I was really satisfied will definitely be coming back and would defo recommend if you fancy a change from the usual foods you get on wilmslow rd

Some cuisines like Pao bhaji are really good. However, I couldn't get the purpose of serving mini idlis. Also, there's been a recent incident with my wife and me when we went there today and ordered breakfast (Chana Puri and Chhole Bhature). the taste and quality of food was good but we had drink in a travel mug for which we asked for an empty glass to share between us. I was shocked when the lady serving there offered the glass and said simultaneously "Sorry, if that's tea it's not allowed to have it here". I found it really offending because, firstly, it's just a protein drink and even if it's a chai (which my wife in her previous visit took there and she was refused to drink it due to same reason when she ordered food), we have ordered the WHOLE breakfast and paying for it. Some Indians are very peculiar about their tea and if they are carrying it in a travel mug why are they being stopped doing that. Why can't they enjoy your ambience and food with their own drink even if they are paying what they've ordered for? Why are you spoiling the mood of the customer by creating fuss over little thing, an empty glass really?????

The one star I rated is only for the Amritsari fish. Rest everything is rubbish. The girl at the cash counter is so arrogant, having no customer dealing etiquettes and not at all ready to take the feedback . Instead of taking feedback open heartedly, she was taunting us. Would not recommend this place at all. Overly priced things with less quantity and zero taste. Worst experience of dining at an Indian restaurant in Manchester.

An amazing restaurant! One of my favourites in Manchester. The food is very flavoursome and authentic. My favourites are the paneer dosa and gobi manchurian. I also enjoyed the hakka noodles, cheese toastie and vada pav. I have tried almost all of the veg dishes here and the only one I did not enjoy was the saag. Everything else has been amazing! Also pricrs are amazing and really affordable for such delicious food. Would really recommend to everyone!
