Very slow service and it wasn't even busy. Food was over seasoned (chips and potato fries had too much salt, way too much burger relish). Every table was propped with serviettes. Toilets were the worst I have been in for some time!

Anisa was a brilliant server, very friendly. Service was fast and the food/drinks were amazing. Will definitely return soon!

OK, first of all pretty good place. I just wish that the service was a bit quicker. It took 20 minutes just to order and 30 minutes to serve. The food wasn’t that good and there’s a couple of reasons including that the people like take super long to make this stuff and it’s very poor quality fruits veggies everything is not that great. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Where to begin, as soon as we walked in we noticed how cold it was in the restaurant, everyone was sitting with their jackets on eating their meals, service was ok but then we were expected to eat with our fingers as I had to go chasing them for cutlery, when I did find the staff they were having a good old laugh in the kitchen. The fact the restaurant was pretty much empty on a saturday night should have been enough alarm bells for us but we live and learn. I've eaten in a few TGI's including this one in the past but I will definitely not be back at this one.

Staff were rushed, laughing and joking when customers needed something. Food was cold when served. Had to eat food with hands as no cutlery was present and when asked staff, staff member said that cutlery would be brought to us however this didn’t happen. Table was sticky and several complaints were made during our time there. It was busy however staff were talking instead of doing their job. Over paid £12 as well and receipt proves it.

Ordered meat substitute chicken wings but got served normal chicken wings instead. Were swapped out after though. Asked for salad as side but got chips instead. Servers seemed busy but there wasn't that many tables in

Food was the worst I have had since I was served frozen sweet and sour 30 years ago. The first hot chocolate was stone cold The second one tasted like hot water Both of which was in stead of the coffee as the machine was broken. They had no bbq sauce for ribs No sweeteners Childs hot was really greasy sweetcorn cold chips like warm Worst TGI experience ever used to regularly won't be back To top it off waitress was rude and threw food across table Toilets dirty Seats dirty Waitress heard talking about my hot chocolate complaint to other staff

Restaurants these days have really gone down hill especially since covid. It's like staff don't care about customers anymore because no one can afford to eat out and prices are higher than ever and they are empty. Staff seem bored. Because of this, standards have slipped. The high chair was dirty and we had to clean our own booth seats as well as the high chair. If the place is empty and the staff are bored why is the place not immaculate? Because no one cares anymore! Yet prices are sky high! It's like they are just waiting to be shut down. And why are the chairs in these places torn when they clearly make enough money to be replaced? Its a restaurant not mcDonalds! It's such a shame when you go out as a family of 2 and a baby and spend £60+ for LUNCH for the first time in a year since your baby was born and this is your experience! It's so sad this is the restaurant experience now. Lazy customer service and satisfaction. The waitress was nice enough but if she really cared, the chairs and high chair would have been clean. Very disappointed after spending so much money 😞

Lovely time. It was a birthday occasion and staff all came out to sing Happy birthday which was very touching. Highly recommend.

Very very expensive nowadays was near 100 for 2 people only one alcoholic drink rest soft drinks ok I had 3 courses my daughter had 2 still 70 at best Personally Personally no wonder there in trouble with high prices aberdeen beach branch badly needing money spending on some repairs and upgrades . Definitely won't be rushing back until pricing is adjusted

The staff were fantastic, A+++ honestly. However, for the ridiculous prices, the food and drinks are of terrible quality. Prepared well, but not worth the money. Also, they serve the worst-tasting fresh orange juice I've ever come across outside the US.

I was here with 3 friends for our first visit there. Our table Was included with a nice view. Unfortunately the table, the toilet and our sitting spot was not clean. The Toilette We received our food quite fast. The worst Part was the food itself. It was cold and the Steak wasnt Medium as ordered. There is also a Lack of Staff so the Service was Bad. That was our first and last visit.

The service was great, speedy, friendly and the norm for a TGI restaurant. The food was ok, me and my wife both had the New York strip, the presentation on the plate was a bit chucked together and also not the warmest. I have been to other TGI's and they are normally great! But this one was a bit meh.

This is no longer fast food prices. £30 for a mediocre rack of ribs was ridiculous. This is up there with Miller and Carter prices with nowhere near the same quality. Personally won't eat here again.

Food was great as was service, but as for £4.25 for a tin of Irn Bru, really extortionate

Busy, not enough staff, over 30 min for first course

This was my first time here! My server, Cara, was super nice and made my first time really enjoyable! I will definitely be back!

Very disappointed to be writing this review as I usually love TGI’s. However I had an absolutely awful experience here last week with my family. We were sat down for our meal just having received our food when one of the waiters came over to ask us not to do something , however it was less him asking and more him shouting at us and threatening to kick us out over a minor mistake which we corrected instantly. We apologised and asked him not to talk to us that way which resulted in him continuously walking by our table mouthing and muttering obscenities at us. After a few minutes of this we were fed up and left, having barely started our meal. As we left the waiter continued to yell insults at us, resulting in one member of our party leaving in tears. This experience had made me very hesitant to return to any TGI Fridays as I no longer feel comfortable if this is how staff treat paying customers. Thank you to the staff member who apologised profusely to us, you were the only positive in this entire experience. I hope the waiter got struck off as someone with that attitude should NOT be working with the public.

Only putting 1 star because I can’t put 0! I had an awful time there with my family we were verbally assaulted and shouted at by one of the staff members over a small mistake he then continued to yell obscenities at our family even making my mother cry I would not recommend this place to anyone it is poorly run and the staff are unbelievably out of order it’s lucky I never phoned the police!

Lauren had fantastic customer service, even in what seemed to be a very busy day. She always carried herself well and had a lovely smile the entire time. All in all she made the experience worthwhile, and would happily visit again soon

Ruaraidh quite frankly popped off. He was very very attentive to us and made sure we always had a drink. Lovely soul, very good at his job!

How disappointing this restaurant has become. We are regulars and have in previous years be satisfied with our visits but this year it has become over priced, understaffed, dirty & generally unpleasant. Last night we waited 20mins to have our order taken then a 40mins wait for our food. We had a 8oz steak and sesame chicken. The steak was ordered medium rare and was served medium-well done. The new salad that comes with the sesame chicken is vile tasting and does not complement the glazed chicken. Why change something that previously worked? Tables all around us we left uncleared and we saw people leaving before ordering as the wait was too long and others having to box up their order as they has places to be. All in all we have no intentions of hurrying back.

Arif was a fantastic server, extremely attentive and polite. The building is showing its age but the food and staff are great.

My family and I came for dinner this evening, and I now wished we didn't bother. After ordering our main course, we were made to wait for our food for 45 minutes! I appreciate that they were slightly busy at the time, but when the food arrived it was ice cold! I'm not sure how they have the audacity to charge us £80 for such a sub-standard meal. I will definitely avoiding this restaurant like the plague in future. I'd rather get something from mcdonalds, better food at a third of the price!

I have been coming to TGI Fridays and been a fan for many years. Not just this one but I try to visit one everywhere I go. Lately, I’ve noticed it’s been losing its identity. From the fact that the waiters are no longer “quirky” to the quality of the food. It’s just not tgi anymore. Which is a massive shame. Over the school holidays we have been 7 times. Unfortunately, the new menu came in recently and today we went to check it out. I find it appalling that this menu has even been released. Less food, higher price, lower quality. I was going to right it in detail but I find I can sum it up like that. While we were eaten a family and a couple got up and left after being seated. We over heard the family saying it’s just too expensive. I absolutely agree. You seem to be expecting a family of 4 to pay £20 + for a burger. For a family restaurant that’s absolutely appalling. Not only that, the kids eat free vouchers only Works one adult to one child now because some person has decided, because reasons 🤷‍♂️. At least look like you care. Anyway, after more than a decade my family have decided, although we can afford to eat here, talking into consider the food quality and the deterioration of the brand identity ( which affects the atmosphere ) we can no longer enjoy coming to tgi. It was a great couple of decades. But you are no longer providing what a family wants or enjoys. Apart from maybe your garlic fries 🤷‍♂️ if it wasn’t a small handful for the price. Cheers for the good times.

Genuinely awful experience at Aberdeen Beach TGIs. Waited almost an hour for our food to arrive and when it did, every order was wrong or had an issue with. Kids hot dog delivered instead of a burger, swiftly replaced with an adults glazed burger on a kids bun. Completely wrong burgers for adults, and several sides cold. No water delivered for the table until 3rd time of asking. After complaining and asking for certain items to be removed from the bill I was presented with a bill for almost the entire amount as they had ignored what I said, and ignored the fact that 3 of 4 adult meals were completely untouched. We lift hungry and paid over fifty pounds for the privilege. TGIs used to be great fun but now the food is poor quality, and wait staff really don't care about you at all. Won't make the mistake of going again.

Music a bit loud on my personal opinion. Because of my diet I didn't took advantage of spiced chicken dishes and burgers. Prawns was really good, portion size disappointingly small for price.House salad very small portion for £5 and really basic ingredients, tomatoes tasteless. Sober loader cocktail was tasty.

Was in for food last night with friends, service was OK but the food was cold and burnt and some of the food we couldn't even cut into as it was rock solid, took ages for the food to arrive. We struggled eating any of it. Really disappointed, was the same last year when we was in. Won't be back for a 3 time.

I love this place, the food, the drinks and the view always delivers. The waitresses are very kind. It is a dog and family friendly restaurant, they always take an extra step to keep the kids and puppies happy.

Prices are crazy for an average family restaurant. £20 for a pasta dish with three small bits of chicken on top and £6.50 to add a bit of garlic bread😮. We waited a really long time to get our food and the place was a bit dirty. Ladies toilets were minging. Would not recommend, just go to pizza hut instead

Came in for lunch with my family .I wouldn't recommend this place at all. It's dirty and has poor service. The food was mediocre at its best. Our food was not even hot when it reach us. This TGIs is not worth the bill. Service was very poor. Our drinks were refillable and never once were we approched. Our server was too busy flirting with the girls next to us. The bill took 10 minutes to even reach us with the place near empty. Atmosphere was not fine at all. There's flies , flying around and it was extremely annoying. Music was too loud can barely hear ourselves. All the tables were shouting on top each other. Another note. Clean your toilets. We were needing to change our babys nappy and the baby changing area was in the disabled toilet. Let's just say , even if I was disabled. I wouldn't even set wheels in that area... Clean the explosive diarrhea for goodness sake!

Always a good choice - very friendly and efficient serving staff, great choice on the menu. Highly recommended. Can get very busy, you may have to wait for a table

Had the best service from Heather tonight, she was incredibly friendly, conscious of our different needs, very informative of the menu, available choices and helped provide a positive experience for me and my 2 boys. Food was good, but as with all places nowadays the prices are higher. Big thank you Heather for making our night!!

Popped in for a few drinks the girl who served us was lovely, friendly and chatty. Great open airy place to sit with views of the beach. No waiting for drinks. Kid friendly has a family vibe. Dog friendly. Toilets and parking nearby.

Big fan of TGI’s, food is always great quality. Reasonable wait time for food to be served after ordering too. Servers are welcoming and check up on their tables often, but not too much. Definitely recommend the calamari *chefs kiss*.

I am a big fan. I had an amazing service, the waitress was very helpful and kind. My fiance eats gluten free, but she was still able to eat a nice meal with us. My son also loved the visit and did not have to wait long for his food. Will definitely revisit, this is a really family friendly restaurant.

Online menus don't show prices unfortunately. Food and drink very expensive for a couple. If a family with kids eating free then may work out OK. Anyway we found it too expensive and told the waitress we were leaving. Not asked why.

Dirty tables and condiments trays. Terrible service. Ladies Bathroom had no toilet roll and they were asked twice to replenish it. Toilets were disgusting. Waited 45 mins for mains then extra 15 mins for sides.

Beautiful food, sesame chicken delicious as always. Cheese and maple loaded bacon fries were a real treat. Would definitely buy again. Nathan provided great service and was very attentive.

Absolutely mouth watering food, cooked perfectly, service was amazing, food was amazing. If you've not experienced any TGI Fridays, you should definitely visit. I promise you won't be disappointed

Had steak which instead of being medium rare it eas rare and chewy. Covered in peppercorn sauce which never asked for. Chips far too salty. Partners meal was just as bad. Overpriced for very substandard meal

The staff in this place are an absolute joke. Service was shocking. Although the place was almost empty we were seated just at the door so absolutely freezing the whole meal. The food for the price of it was not the best. Had I know that the £28 pound was nit actually an 8oz steak it pissed me right off. The presentation of the food was diabolical. My partners meal wasn't much better. So a meal for 2 with 1 drink each £88.70 absolute rip off. There's better places to go in Aberdeen do yourself a favor visit them instead and stay clear form this place

Had a great lunch yesterday at TGI Fridays beach boulevard. Immediately served and looked after by a few members of staff. All the staff were super accommodating and helped us get a nice lunchtime deal from the TGI app on our phones. Super customer service! Food was quality as always and recommend anyone to pop in if you’re stuck for a lunchtime meal or even a nice dinner. Big thank you to the team - Lewis, Adam and Tee for looking after us. You are superstars.

Haven't been into TGIs for a long time. Food was good, service was attentive. A bit noisy with kids parties but you can't have everything. Maybe go later in the evening.

So, took daughter and grand children on Tuesday 5pm ish. Not a great eating out experience. When ordering lost count of items that were NOT available from the menu according to staff, everything from garlic bread to blue cheese sauce, etc, etc. Didn't realise my coke was free refill, sat with an empty glass for half the meal no offer from staff to get me a refill until I asked!!! Pretty poor show for a bill exceeding £100.

Had booked in advance, went in and had to wait 5mins before taken to table even though only 6 tables were already taken. Several tables previously used had not been cleared and napkins, straws and food were lying on the floor. Place was cold and drafty. Our food was pretty good, ample portions and well presented. Coffees we ordered however took a long time to receive (our server said they were having problems with the machine) and were not up to standard. One was meant to be a latte but looked and tasted like a normal coffee. The other meant to be a plain white was virtually a black coffee. Service was fine though.

First time using the takeaway option. Not the cheapest for a standard burger and fries, food was just warm. Overall all slightly over priced, average food, not sure I'd reorder again.

We used to enjoy a date night here but we won't be back every again, disabled toilets were filthy, they put a wheelchair user on a table in the coner where they had to push past a party of 15+ people just to get seated. My daughters food was cold. And 3 out of the 4 people we ate with ended up with food poisoning 🤢

The restaurant was way too cold. Some of the waitresses were serving in their jacket and even a hat. The toilets we as cold as outside. This ruined the experience for us. Looking around seeing the customers wrapped up and kids with jackets over the legs. My food was cold before I had finished it. The food itself was fine but not cheap.

Portions could be reduced slightly. Food is excellent but just too much. If portions were smaller you might be tempted to have a sweet.

Right, everyone knows TGI's for what it is, & sometimes it's bad, sometimes it's good, but this time, the food was ace👌🏼& the service was top notch (great job Lauren A). And I've not realised til now that, they don't have a QR code-order to your table-type service, they do full on customer service so, 5 stars for that, & for everything really😁

This was the first time I had been here and almost 10 years and I must say the reason why I did not come back here was I had a very unpleasant experience unfortunately this is continued almost 10 years later the food was very bland for the price that they are charging for and didn't look that exciting staff were friendly. I paid £16 for a hamburger and for the exact same price I could have got a double and more delicious looking burger from Five Guys would not recommend this place to anyone family or friends do not come here it is overpriced way overpriced for the quality of food that they give you

Had a blast at TGI Fridays Aberdeen Beach, and shoutout to Cara, our awesome server! She made the whole experience top-notch with her friendly vibe and spot-on menu suggestions. The place had great energy, the food was delish, and Cara's service totally rocked. Definitely gonna swing by again for some good times and tasty eats! 🎉🍔

The food was good and the staff were friendly but everything else was mediocre at best. One of my friends didn't get his starter, whilst mine came late and likely only came because I mentioned that it was still missing when my main came. Oddly enough whilst the fact we were waiting ages for our food and bill the staff had plenty time to announce a birthday and celebrate it by shouting very loudly. This is something that happens all the time at TGIs and I absolutely hate it as it's completely disruptive for everybody else. If children were making the same noise for the same reason they'd be told to shut up and stop making a racket. Should mention that whilst it doesn't affect me too much the food is very pricey so I wouldn't recommend it if you're low on cash. Thanks for the food but I think I'll go to Pizza Hut next time.
