Had steak which instead of being medium rare it eas rare and chewy. Covered in peppercorn sauce which never asked for. Chips far too salty. Partners meal was just as bad. Overpriced for very substandard meal

The staff in this place are an absolute joke. Service was shocking. Although the place was almost empty we were seated just at the door so absolutely freezing the whole meal. The food for the price of it was not the best. Had I know that the £28 pound was nit actually an 8oz steak it pissed me right off. The presentation of the food was diabolical. My partners meal wasn't much better. So a meal for 2 with 1 drink each £88.70 absolute rip off. There's better places to go in Aberdeen do yourself a favor visit them instead and stay clear form this place

So, took daughter and grand children on Tuesday 5pm ish. Not a great eating out experience. When ordering lost count of items that were NOT available from the menu according to staff, everything from garlic bread to blue cheese sauce, etc, etc. Didn't realise my coke was free refill, sat with an empty glass for half the meal no offer from staff to get me a refill until I asked!!! Pretty poor show for a bill exceeding £100.

Had a great lunch yesterday at TGI Fridays beach boulevard. Immediately served and looked after by a few members of staff. All the staff were super accommodating and helped us get a nice lunchtime deal from the TGI app on our phones. Super customer service! Food was quality as always and recommend anyone to pop in if you’re stuck for a lunchtime meal or even a nice dinner. Big thank you to the team - Lewis, Adam and Tee for looking after us. You are superstars.

Haven't been into TGIs for a long time. Food was good, service was attentive. A bit noisy with kids parties but you can't have everything. Maybe go later in the evening.

Never usually have a problem with this place take the kids here often. But last night was appalling. Food was freezing and portions were dire 😩

I am a big fan. I had an amazing service, the waitress was very helpful and kind. My fiance eats gluten free, but she was still able to eat a nice meal with us. My son also loved the visit and did not have to wait long for his food. Will definitely revisit, this is a really family friendly restaurant.

Had booked in advance, went in and had to wait 5mins before taken to table even though only 6 tables were already taken. Several tables previously used had not been cleared and napkins, straws and food were lying on the floor. Place was cold and drafty. Our food was pretty good, ample portions and well presented. Coffees we ordered however took a long time to receive (our server said they were having problems with the machine) and were not up to standard. One was meant to be a latte but looked and tasted like a normal coffee. The other meant to be a plain white was virtually a black coffee. Service was fine though.

We used to enjoy a date night here but we won't be back every again, disabled toilets were filthy, they put a wheelchair user on a table in the coner where they had to push past a party of 15+ people just to get seated. My daughters food was cold. And 3 out of the 4 people we ate with ended up with food poisoning 🤢

First time using the takeaway option. Not the cheapest for a standard burger and fries, food was just warm. Overall all slightly over priced, average food, not sure I'd reorder again.

Best food in aberdeen ! the service and waiters are absolutely excellent! I suggest that you see for yourself and visit a wonderful restaurant, where you will be served like nowhere else at very reasonable prices!

The restaurant was way too cold. Some of the waitresses were serving in their jacket and even a hat. The toilets we as cold as outside. This ruined the experience for us. Looking around seeing the customers wrapped up and kids with jackets over the legs. My food was cold before I had finished it. The food itself was fine but not cheap.

Portions could be reduced slightly. Food is excellent but just too much. If portions were smaller you might be tempted to have a sweet.

Right, everyone knows TGI's for what it is, & sometimes it's bad, sometimes it's good, but this time, the food was ace👌🏼& the service was top notch (great job Lauren A). And I've not realised til now that, they don't have a QR code-order to your table-type service, they do full on customer service so, 5 stars for that, & for everything really😁

Had a blast at TGI Fridays Aberdeen Beach, and shoutout to Cara, our awesome server! She made the whole experience top-notch with her friendly vibe and spot-on menu suggestions. This was the first time I had been here and almost 10 years and I must say the reason why I did not come back here was I had a very unpleasant experience unfortunately this is continued almost 10 years later the food was very bland for the price that they are charging for and didn't look that exciting staff were friendly. I paid £16 for a hamburger and for the exact same price I could have got a double and more delicious looking burger from Five Guys would not recommend this place to anyone family or friends do not come here it is overpriced way overpriced for the quality of food that they give you

Very restricted menu, cold food

The food was good and the staff were friendly but everything else was mediocre at best. One of my friends didn't get his starter, whilst mine came late and likely only came because I mentioned that it was still missing when my main came. Oddly enough whilst the fact we were waiting ages for our food and bill the staff had plenty time to announce a birthday and celebrate it by shouting very loudly. This is something that happens all the time at TGIs and I absolutely hate it as it's completely disruptive for everybody else. If children were making the same noise for the same reason they'd be told to shut up and stop making a racket. Should mention that whilst it doesn't affect me too much the food is very pricey so I wouldn't recommend it if you're low on cash. Thanks for the food but I think I'll go to Pizza Hut next time.

Great branch. I love TGI. Great food etc. Service is a bit inconsistent here, especially when compared to the Union Sq branch up the road. Likely due to the location and inability to properly staff for numbers as I would imagine winter months can be inconsistent.

Went in for a visit at Wednesday lunchtime, when we arrived there were only two small tables occupied. We were seated very quickly and ordered our food and drinks. The drinks arrived quickly but sadly, this is where the positive experience ended. The restaurant was very cold, so much so that I had to wear my thick outdoor winter jacket and had to put jackets on my two toddlers. The food took a very long time to arrive, almost a full hour. We noticed that the tables before us and after us also had no food. When my ribs arrived they were barely luke warm. My wife's Steak Fritz arrived literally as a bare steak on the plate, none of the fries or vegetables made it to the dish, and the steak was 'just warm'. To the waiters credit, when we mentioned that the rest of my wife's dish was missing, he apologised and quickly brought out the missing veggies and sides. As the restaurant was so cold, our food that arrived just-warm quickly turned cold before we were halfway done. The staff seemed to be stressed and avoiding eye contact with customers. As a restaurant, it was strangely devoid of the smell of food and the background noise of customers talking happily. We noticed other customers also looking around wondering where their food orders were. This experience was a vast departure from our good experiences with this and other branches previously

Avoid if you can (Go to Union square instead). We came for dinner with kids. At the time there were only 2 other tables in the whole restaurant, waitress looked rushed for no reason. Daughter had to walk around the place to find someone, that could make her a balloon, only to find the staff sitting, with feet up, on their phones. Unlimited wings offers, gives you less portions each time they arrive. After covid, seems this place went downhill drastically. We got recommended from our friends to no go here, but we decided to try anyways and what a regret we did. Never again.

Had a wonderful meal here food was good a service was excellent the waitress Cara was very nice and was able to answer any questions I had regarding the menu.

I had an amazing experience at TGI Friday's thanks to my server Cara. Her attentive service and upbeat personality made the meal even more enjoyable. The food was exceptional, and I highly recommend the Cheese Dipper Burger. Five stars!

After sorta getting dragged along by some friends, was pleasantly surprised. Super busy, but Cara made sure we didn't have to wait long and seemed genuine in every interaction. After hearing plenty of jokes about the food quality over time, it was way better than I expected. Also, pricing wasn't too bad compared to some competitors too. I'd definitely be open to calling back in every now and then.

Venue was cold , food could have been warmer, have tasted better coffees. Not an enjoyable experience.

A very disappointing visit here with family on Friday 3rd November. The service was awful despite the restaurant being empty. Not all the orders arrived at the same time or even when we asked for the missed food. The coffee came minus any coffee which I took back. I waited 20 minutes for a replacement which again I had to ask for. Would not go back any time soon.

This place is awful . The service was slow . We got juice , it came with ice , I had to send it back , we ordered coffee , it eventually arrived after 15 mins , I've never tasted such disgusting coffee in my life . Our food came out after 30 mins , luke warm . I was really hungry , so started eating it . The waitress eventually came across , and asked if everything was OK, I said no and explained . We were sat by the window and just up from the door, we were frozen , couldn't even take our jackets off . Everything the door opened it was worse . Won't be back . £17.50 for a pasta dish that was luke warm disgusting

Food and service were both good. One negative, was the middle of the restaurant (where we were sitting) was very cold. Think it was a combination of the door opening and air conditioning was on. Even when we asked for it to be switched off, that area of the restaurant was still cold.

We had a great time on our visit, the server (Sabina) we had, she was fantastic! Very good with both our boys, she was very sweet. Thank you for a great experience.

Visited on a quiet Wednesday evening. Half an hour wait for drinks, Over an hour for food. Toilet mirrors had snot down them. Had to chase for food, Food didn't come all at once. Our youngest had to wait another 10 minutes for her order. Had to chase for cutlery. Three food items missing. Wait staff appear from the kitchen only to bring out food. Service terrible. Restaurant dirty, toilets disgusting. Food wasn't hot. Boycott this queens links branch please.

Terrible,kid’s menu expensive around 7£ and sausages hard my one year old can’t eat them,brokoli not properly cooked,potato mash like gummy bears.We ordered chicken wall what was smaller than we think and everything was absolutely disgusting we eat just because we was shopping all day and was hungry,my partner come little bit later I ordered extra chips and they forgot about them.They go to another table’s nonstop asking everything fine but not asked for us,we all stay thirsty. Girl with black hairs who served was quiet rude and when I pay she was looking my card pin code,she was very interested for it.Good car was front off restaurant big after that I not feeling safe.We pay more than 50£ and leave hungry and thirsty.Good was Macdonald on way home.Floors crazy sticky,toilets crazy dirty,baby changing table all was poop.

Not the greatest of visits tonight with the family firstly due to the shock of the price increase from last time we went there, granted it was a few years ago. Seeing starters at almost £10 and burgers over the £20 mark I thought it was quite overpriced. We ordered starters of JD chicken & mozzarella dippers, the dippers were great as usual but seem to have shrunk in size from before? The JD chicken was cold, but still edible. I ordered the double stack burger & my son had the boneless chicken both which were tasty so no complaints. My wife ordered the chimichanga, it came freezing in the middle. We sent it back and said another one would be fine, 10 minutes later she received another and once again, cold in the middle. Management did apologize and she decided to go for the burger instead. During this we overheard another table complain about the food being cold also. Pretty annoying for 3 different dishes to come out cold especially after a complaint. Management was good enough to take the starter and main off the final bill but I don't think we will go back to this chain as there are now much better and even cheaper options around.

Absolutely ridiculously priced. For a cheeseburger, fries, and coke, i was 25 quid. Utterly mental.

Service was very slow and didn’t have dessert as couldn’t wait. Food was extremely overpriced - £10.50 for a small hot dog and my chilli was lukewarm and also very small portion for £10.50 Music was blaring and not an enjoyable experience. Will not be back.

Went here for a mean I had 295 stripes to use. They didn't have the new York strip available when I used my stripes (convenient), the food itself was okay I had to downgrade to the steak frittes. When the bill came they hadn't taken the steak frittes off it, human error I get that but they also didn't remove the kids eat free with a full meal. There were 3 adults and 1 child, we didn't argue and left. Needless to say we will stick to the union square one in future.

Would have rated better if the food we had ordered didn't come all at once i.e our starter tacos to share and our mains rib's and steak. The taste was there, but the steak was a bit of a chew.

We had lunch here, the food was a fair standard for a chain restaurant but I felt it slightly overpriced compared to similar places we've been recently. Staff were very polite and happy to help.

Poor service. It wasn't that busy but had to chase staff for everything: to be seated, for menu, for refill on water and for bill. Food was overpriced for the quality. Chimichanga tasted like it had been microwaved, cold in the middle and hot at the ends. For close to £20, I expect a wee bit better. Wouldn't recommend the place.

Went for lunch with the kids. No wait to be seated as a walk in. Food was good as always. Service was friendly, as always, but felt a bit slow. Took a long time for someone to check up on our refills. But generally a good visit.

We visited late afternoon having not been for about 5 years. Unfortunately, it was not nearly as good as we remembered. The decor was looking a bit drab and the place wasn't very clean looking. Lots of dirty dished on tables around us despite there being a big waiting staff presence chatting by the till. Even though the place was quiet, some of our family members had to wait a lot longer on their order while others had them in front of them. Some elements of food were cold and overcooked ‐ the sweet potato fries in particular looked like left overs from lunch service. The burger was as tough as old boots. The sweets were nice but overall we felt let down. Don't think we will be back while visiting Aberdeen again.

Wow what can I say the staff were to busy having a laugh with each other to even care about the customers. My son had to go up to the bar to get a drink. Please not the restaurant was not busy at all. I had the chicken salad. The salad was that drowned in dressing you couldn't taste anything else and the chicken was that dry it would have hurt someone if I threw it at them. I understand why these places are now going downhill and closing.

Not really pleasant visit, I do understand it could be busy, but it was a lot of stuff , nd we was waiting quite a while to be seated. Starter was very good , my husband had a burger for main which was OK, I had rack of ribs , meat wasn't very soft , corn wasn't cooked and coleslaw was spoiled . We was sitted by the entrance and doors was continiously stayed open was very cold outside and all the other customers sitting around us was keep complaining about it , but stuff wasn't bothered .

Food was mediocre at best, took an hour and 20 minutes to be given my main which was steak i asked for medium rare and it was served well done, couldn't be bothered sending it back because of how long it took and we were already running behind and nearly missed our train home 🙄

A great place for a meal. Booking is recommended. The menu is varied and I am sure you will find a meal to suit you. Suitable for large groups and individuals. The staff are friendly and efficient, service is excellent. Wonderful place for celebrations. Parking is available. With ramp access for those who are unable to use the steps.

Last time I visited food never came had to pay for drinks and leave. Decided to give it a second chance and go back but was disappointed again, generally rude staff who were inattentive and food was just bad. It was cold and hot at the same time ? Microwaved ? Oily and just unpleasant don’t plan on ever coming back and don’t recommend to anyone else.

Didn't really planned coming in, but stopped for a wee bite, had some wings and shared a platter of tacos. It was good. Service delivery was timely and neatly served 👌. The atmosphere was booming with happy diners. Cool place I'd say 😎

Went on a date with my girlfriend first time in a while as we both work a lot, Can't be more happier with hospitality and service we received on our visit. Gavin was our server he was very polite and helpful. We ordered houmous and corndog for starters. The corndogs were delicious! Will definetly say the same about the houmous but could of been a few more nachos to eat the houmous with 🤣 For mains we both ordered the ultimate cheese dipper burger. Absolute banger of a burger. Size for the price absolutely worth it, took us a while to get through it. Good choice of delicious cocktails. Will recommend to anyone. 10/10.

Long wait for a table. Took 20 mins to get the wee man a juice. Paid for the drinks and left. Would think they'd put more staff on for the Easter break. Usually always a long wait at this place

TGI Friday's has always been a favourite but after lockdown it seemed to of lacked taste, one of my friends was taking me out for some food so decided it was time to try Fridays again. I didn't book ahead of time, so when arriving we were given a buzzer, luckily 15mins later it went off and we were shown to a table. We were placed quite near to the door so every time it opened there was a cold breeze so sat with our hoodies on. Our waitress Isla M was fantastic, so bubbly and friendly and really made TGI Fridays what its all about, we ordered the sesame chicken strips & friday's glazed burger but unfortunately when it came out the chips were cold and food was luke warm. Isla was really apologetic and took our food straight back, luckily the second time it all came out roasting hot and fresh. Since it was my birthday we decided to try the biscoff sundae which was well filled and tasted great. Prices at TGI Fridays is a little high for what it is but worth it for the atmosphere. Big shoutout to our friendly waitress Isla M who was fantastic from start to finish, really deserves some appreciation and was a great help when the food came out cold.

Grubby tables, mens toilets very dirty. Starters were decent, mains were mediocre, salad was dry and bitter. The place looked unloved and tired. The staff didn’t seem motivated or particularly bothered unfortunately.

I have allergies and the manager was so helpfull. On the down side a lunch menu would be good. Otherwise very nice.
