Burrito Cabeza in Aberdeen City

Good ambience but a bit disappointed on being catfished on the food. The images on the menu are very overpromised with a picture of a proper broast/fried chicken being displayed, only to receive chicken leg fried with no batter on. Portion size of the ‘large’ shawarma was absolutely miniscule considering we paid £10 for it. I understand rising costs but felt that this was a bit much. Hygiene was great in the shop. Absolutely clean and pristine. Staff were polite and welcoming.

It was a random Sunday, was walking down Bon accord then I turn then I see this little place. So I was a bit hungry so I go in and look at the menu posted up on top of the counter with a bunch of delicious looking food Arabian style food. So I go there and tell the bossman, 1 chicken shawarma wrap for about 7 British pounds(which as a student is a bit expensive for 1 meal but it was a Sunday so I was like let it be) then I placed my order. Waited a little bit bossman comes up with the shawarma bread ready to change my life, says what would you like, I head up and say lettuce and some cut pickles, bossman says: Ok! adds it to the bread then goes over to the chicken shawarma heated thingy. “Although here it was a bit of a disappointment to the story due to the portion of chicken bossman decided to give me but gotta understand business so let it be“. Bossman then cuts up some chicken places it to his canvas”the shawarma bread”. Taking it over to the sauces. Bossman then asks the controversial question, what sauce, stood there and said spicy mayo and garlic sauce. Bossman drizzles an ungenerous amount of sauce to his canvas with the chicken and veggies. Then wraps it up tight mixing all the lovely and rich flavors of this life changing shawarma. Handing it to me.(payed bossman after receiving it card declined like twice though *was a bit awkward). I say goodbye to boss and his friend and take the wrapped shawarma on my hand ready to take a bite, that led to a combination of feelings, flavors, aromas, portals to happiness that were bottled up in one average sized shawarma. Then came the second bite that made me stop and realize that I have found the one food I have been looking for my whole entire life. The best shawarma I have ever had in my life. All of a sudden I wanted an Arab wife that could possibly cook me good food like this. This restaurant has helped me develop a strong appetite, strong love, strong addiction( that I don’t have the funds for). But I tell you today was a great day, in fact a grand day. May god bless this place for its amazing food. The moral of the story is this places shawarma has joined the tier list of foods and holds a spot in my heart. I would recommend it any day!

Handmade lamb and spicy chicken shwarma kebab. I got the burrito and very component was on point: chicken, salad, rice, wrap. Everything was lovely and fresh and either the salad or chilli sauce had freshly chopped herbs through it which balanced the smokey meat flavour beautifully. Best kebab I’ve had in Scotland - or anywhere for that matter! Highly recommend 👍

Rancid food, was lukewarm when sat down to eat shorty after purchasing. £10 for a cat portion of meat with a 'plasterboard' like naan. Meat was nasty and full of fatty chewy bits. Two guys operating did not seem keen to serve at all. First and last time there, big let down.

The cheeseburgers and chips are absolutely delicious from here. Your food is cooked Infront of you and it doesn't take long. The people who own it are very nice and friendly and really welcoming aswell. The place is beautiful and tidy. I will definitely keep going there. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and to anyone who likes a cheeseburger.

A bit disappointed with the food seeing so many good reviews. Very oily, fried chicken was not good at all. Something that we do at home when we are in a hurry. The lamb shawarma was good I must say. Service is fast, clean interior and good for sitting in. But too oily all foods.

came to eat with a couple friends. i got the chicken shawarma. the is naan made fresh in a tandoori oven, the meat is delicious and well seasoned, the vegetables are fresh and and add a lovely crunch and brightness to the wtap. The staff is so genuinely kind. good portion size for the price too, definitely filling. stop by if you’re ever in the area!

came here to eat with my friends, they orderthis us me food and i wasn’t too hungry so i didn’t have anything. my friends both really enjoyed their food and then, the owner saw i was sitting without anything and gave me a burger on the house which was the nicest thing ever. if you are looking for good food and friendly staff, here is the place to go

super calm and relaxing little place, decent selection of food on the menu. i just went in to get a takeaway for me and a friend, two Huge portions of chicken shawarma with the most beautiful chips we’ve ever had and the tastiest salad on the side. the guy behind the counter asked if i needed bread. not wanted, Needed. as if my life depended on it. and honestly my life did depend on it after i watched him make the bread right in front of me. and it was only £20 for 2 people! staff are super nice, greeted me when i walked in, and i didn’t feel pressured to order right on the spot. 10/10 i will be back, this has got to be the best takeaway in aberdeen

Went to this food place, initially felt it was quite small, but the heart is in the food and place, staff very well and kind, food was awesome, I am not one to recommend but this site has great food and prices for Aberdeen are great also, will definitely be returning when I am back in the town, 110%recommended.

The only shawarma in Aberdeen that makes handmade wrap breads to order. What a treat. The meat seems to be better quality than other places as well. Choose your own salad items, and you can add green parsley which I love! That's a rarity in Aberdeen. I do recommend.

This was my first time eating here and it won’t be the last ! I ordered chicken shawarma wrap ,and loved it ! The flatbread was made in front of us , the chicken shawarma was full of taste ! The staff was friendly,and the price was reasonable! Surely I will recommend this place !

Just had the most tasteless mix kebab I’ve ever had with items switched (didn’t bother to tell me), food had zero flavour, cremated lamb with bland chicken and rice, out of the packet cold bread and the soup was luke warm baked beans…not what I was expecting almost all of it went straight to the bin had to make do with a packet of crisps and a beer.

I haven't had a burrito but the mixed shawarma is really good, good price.

Probably the best value for money food you can get in Aberdeen. £6 for a Shawarma wrap which is packed with goodness, keep you full until the next day. Been ordering from here for 2 years, never a bad order. Lady worker there is cute 🙂

I had the Lamb Shawarma today for my lunch and it was super tasty, the lamb was nicely cooked with a generous helping of salad in a soft flavourful flatbread. I would recommend this place 🤘😁🤘

First time ordering here for delivery food was terrible evething came cold when hubby phoned to complain about his donner kabab being stone cold the lady on the phonehung up on him wont be back!

One of the rare places that offers a bit bigger burrito. And at reasonable price! So if you want a 15" burrito (or bigger), this is the place to go. They also have amazing chips - the thin one 😍 and the chips has always been delivered seasoned perfectly. The food has always been delivered being the right temperature. And the milkshakes taste great and have super price!

Massive burritos, couldn’t wait to get it home and eat, sadly though that’s as far as the praise goes. Bland food. When I think of Mexican food, I expect chilli heat, cumin & coriander flavours. The bread was nice. Sorry.

Nice little burrito shop that does Mexican food well and I had a lovely chat with the man serving me. Vegetarian option was satisfying and I didn't feel like it was missing anything, but have a chat about what you want on your burrito if you have a preference. I didn't try the ice cream rolls but looked like an interesting concept with a range of toppings.

It was good price and tasty, but a bit to much lettuce.

Best tacos ever. Chilli beef is delicious and dry, unlike other places that have sour soucy mushy tacos. Comes with a bit of salad as well either in hard shell or soft.

Este pequeño burrito mixto para llevar es bastante buena. El servicio era amable y rápido. El burrito era sabrosa, pero en general que utilizaban el tipo incorrecto de arroz. Arroz jazmín era utilizada que esperaría encontrar en una comida asiática, pero no en un burrito. La verdad es que el burrito todavía sabía bastante bien con esta confusión de arroz.

Went to burrito cabeza for the first and last time today. Definitely not Mexican food, I grew up in Southern California and I know Mexican food. This was bland, no spice no seasonings and not even hot when I got it. Very dissapointed considering all the hype it was getting!

Have always walked past this attractive looking Mexican food cafe, then my girlfriend decided to treat me, from the bright outside decor, to the sleek modern decor inside, this place is a class act! It only maybe a cafe but its value choice of food, and modern sleek advertising makes this the best cafe I've been too in ages, def the best on George street! I had a chicken rice box, which was packed with cheese and topping, my partner had the finest burrito she had had since her holiday in Mexico a few year back, A Coke and an Oreo ice cream took the bill to a £10 , fantastic value and a great addition to the city!

I have been here several times and have never been disappointed. There's a well priced variety of foods and meats (and veggie options too). They've also taken younger customers into consideration with a limited kids menu. There isn't much seating though, and it's usually busy, so be prepared to take this to go.

Came here for the first time today and all I can stay is wow. I had the chilli beef burrito and my boyfriend had the £6 meal deal of a burrito, nachos, a quesadilla and a drink! The food was a-m-a-z-i-n-g and it's excellent prices!! The best burrito I've ever tasted. The best burrito in town!!!
